Abstract
The utility model discloses a disposable wine bag, which comprises a disposable plastic material container in the shape of a traditional wine boot cup; a container mouth for pouring wine into the container; a pouring spout, having a part connected to the mouth of the container and comprising a compact tubular rigid plastic member with an upper thread for screwing the stopper, and a sealing ring between the pouring spout and the mouth of the container, for blocking any liquid and making the wine boot watertight.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disposable plastic wine bag.
Background
Currently, there are wine sacs and atlas wine sacs. These wine sacs or wine boot cups are filled with wine prior to use and during short trips or dispatches they are often damaged or lost by distraction.
Glass containers for wine are difficult to use, but their use in urban parlors and the like is dangerous. The multi-ply prismatic container may also be provided with a paperboard substrate (e.g., of the type described above)) They do not allow comfortable drinking directly from the container nor have a portable shape like a traditional wine sack.
These problems are solved using innovative wine sacs.
Disclosure of Invention
The disposable capsule of the invention has a structure capable of solving the described problems.
According to the invention, the wine sack (wine boot cup) comprises
-a disposable plastic material container in the shape of a traditional wine-boot cup;
-a container mouth for pouring wine into said container;
a pouring spout having a part connected to the mouth of the container and comprising a compact tubular rigid plastic part with an upper thread for screwing the stopper, and
a seal between the pouring spout and the mouth of the container, to block any liquid and to make the wine boot watertight.
In this way you can get a container with the shape of a traditional wine-boot cup, which is shaped and tied to a stopper to make it easy to carry. Further advantages are its recyclability (minimal impact on the environment), low cost relative to conventional wine boot cups and its disposability. If lost, it is not lost significantly before all of the material is consumed.
In addition, it is envisaged that the connection means between the pouring spout and the mouth of the container comprise claws to close said mouth of the container to exclude the possibility of reopening, thus preventing the possibility of handling the drink affecting its quality or preventing refilling of the container for hygienic or other reasons.

Detailed Description
Starting from fig. 1-4, the disposable capsule (1) of the invention comprises:
-a disposable plastic material container (2) in the shape of a traditional wine-boot cup;
-a container mouth (3) for pouring wine into said container (2);
-a pouring spout (4) having a part connected to the mouth (3) of the container (2) and comprising a compact tubular rigid plastic part with an upper thread (41) (see fig. 2) for screwing the stopper (5), and
-a sealing ring (50) between the pouring spout (4) and the mouth (3) of the container, for blocking any liquid and making the boot cup (1) watertight.
Plastic threads (disposable and recyclable) are also used; a first thread (10) for the plug (5) and a second thread (11) acting as shoulder straps capable of being connected to a lateral securing member (12) of the container (2) to prevent, on the one hand, the loss of the plug (5) and, on the other hand, to increase the portability of said wine boot cup.
Preferably, the connection between the pouring spout (4) and said mouth (3) comprises a claw (14) to close said mouth (3) and exclude the possibility of reopening it, and a ramp (20) to facilitate its insertion, similar to a pliers, which opens when the nozzle is added. The claws (14) are inserted into an internal recess (30) of the container mouth (3) to prevent rotation when unscrewing the stopper (5).
It can also be seen that the container (2) preferably comprises a base in the shape of a bottle bottom to set it in a standing position and to support it, for example along a linear sales rack.
The display container (2) is preferably made of a PET material and has a smooth surface, comfortable touch, flexibility, lightness, durability and aesthetic appearance.
The display container (2) ideally has an external colour and also distinguishes the internal wine type (red, white, etc.) and preferably has a label to improve quick identification.
In other variants of the invention, (see fig. 5-8), the disposable capsule (1) comprises:
-a disposable plastic material container (2) in the shape of a traditional wine-boot cup;
-a container mouth (3) for pouring wine into said container (2);
-a lid (101) closing the container mouth (3), fitted with an internal duct (103) extending to the outside to form a pouring spout (4), wherein the lid (101) comprises the nozzle (4),
-means for fixing said lid (101) to said mouth (3), or wherein means for fixing a pouring spout (4) to said mouth (3) are provided inside the lid (101) comprising a nozzle (4);
-a first upper thread (41) provided on the nozzle (4), and
-a plug (5) fitted with a second thread (106) to screw in the first thread (41) and close the nozzle (4) to seal the threaded assembly (seal (50), frustoconical expansion, etc.) with the corresponding component. In this way, the mouth (3) of the container can be removed only by unscrewing the lid and completely manually, if it is threaded or requires a suitable arrangement, if it is provided with an anti-extraction member, which makes it possible to prevent erroneous sanitisation of the contents, with the advantage of an economical manufacture of the lid (101) to avoid the negative effects of extraction from the mould, and with the advantage of the appearance of a traditional wine boot cup, being easy to carry and disposable.
As shown in fig. 5-8, the plug (5) preferably includes a flange (115) to connect the first cord (10) (fig. 5) to prevent its loss, and can contain the second cord (11) as a shoulder strap, similar to a conventional wine boot cup. To prevent molded hooks on the container (2) for the secondary thread (11), preferably the secondary thread (11) emanates from the carrying bag (113), ideally it is made of plastic mesh because it can be made of plastic so it can be recycled, which also allows you to look into the container (2) and have the appearance of a traditional wine boot cup. It is envisaged that the second thread (11) is mounted in the pocket (113) and is detachable to enable replacement, for example, by a different colour of the second thread (11) depending on the holiday (red for sanfiliming, wisar for green, etc.). In this example, further, the first thread (10) may be detachably connected to the bag (113) to allow its removal but prevent loss of the stopper (5) when in use, the container within the bag (113) being contaminated.
Also in this example, the container (2) has a base (15) in the shape of a bottle bottom that can be placed in a standing position and support the container, such as an in-line sales stand.
In addition, the container (2) is preferably made of PET material, obtained and has a smooth surface, comfortable to touch, flexible, light, durable, aesthetic; the container (2) ideally has an external colour to distinguish the internal wine type (red, white, etc.) and preferably a label to improve quick identification.
In this example, the means for fixing the lid (101) to the mouth (3) of the container ideally comprise
-a third thread (100) (see fig. 7) located in the container mouth (3) of the container (2);
-a fourth thread (102) in the cap (101) for screwing into the third thread. This opens the container to fill the wine boot cup. Alternatively, it is possible to envisage that the cap (101) also comprises anti-unscrewing means, avoiding refilling of the container (2) without suitable devices for removing the cap (101), thus preventing hygienic problems.
Optionally, the means for fixing the lid (101) to the mouth (3) of the container comprise (see fig. 8) an anti-extraction projection (66) inserted on the mouth (3) of the container or on the lid (101), complementary to a recess provided in the lid or in the mouth, respectively. This also prevents the container (2) from opening for the same reason of maintaining hygienic quality.
Having fully described the nature of this invention and the manner of attaining it in practice, it should be noted that the foregoing description, as indicated and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, is susceptible to change in detail without departing from the broad principles thereof.
