Detailed Description

The technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention. The item display cart 1 includes a lower receiving structure 10, an upper display structure 20, a display stand 30, a powered wheel 42 and a movable wheel assembly 40. The structure, function and manner of interaction of the various elements described above are explained in detail below.

The lower receiving structure 10 has an appearance of a cubic box having two movable doors 11 on one side thereof, and is openable to use the receiving space 15 of the lower receiving structure 10, and closable to protect the articles received in the receiving space 15. In actual use, the lower receiving structure 10 can be used as a receiving place for spare articles for sale or sundries. The upper display structure 20 is formed on the lower receiving structure 10 and has two side plates 21 and a top cover 22. As with the lower receiving structure 10, the upper display structure 20 is made of melamine board. An exhibition/sales area 205 is formed between the upper and both side plates 21 and the top cover 22 of the lower storage structure 20, and the exhibition/sales area 205 is a space mainly used for displaying the exhibited and sold items. In addition, in order to provide sufficient illumination to the items for display and enhance the display visual effect, the top cover 22 may be provided with an LED light 206, which may be in the form of a box light or a single light source, on one side of the display area 205, and the switch 23 may be provided on the side panel 21. Of course, the display area 205 may also be equipped with other marketing aids, such as POS devices.

The two side panels 21 of the upper display structure 20 have a plurality of mounting slots 24 on the opposite side of the display area 205, i.e., the two side panels 21 of the upper display structure 20 have a plurality of mounting slots 24 on the side away from the display area 205, and a plurality of movable mounting deck panels 25 can be detachably mounted to the side panels 21 through the mounting slots 24. The support bracket 252 is preferably made of metal and is detachably disposed in the mounting groove 24. The storage plate 254 is used to support objects, and one side of the storage plate 254 can be hung on the side panel 21 of the upper display structure 20 and supported by at least two support brackets 252. The design of the movable mounting plate 25 is one of the key points of the present invention. Due to the existence of the movable installation layer plate 25, the goods exhibition vehicle 1 can utilize the space outside the exhibition area 205 (inside the vehicle) to display goods; when the article exhibition vehicle 1 is not in use, the article placing plate 254 is taken down and the supporting frame 252 is removed, so that the volume of the article exhibition vehicle 1 can be reduced, and the movement is convenient. Meanwhile, the removed shelf 254 and the support frame 252 may be placed in the vending area 205 for storage.

For advertising purposes, the top cover 22 is provided with an information display 26 which facilitates the consumer to see the item display cart 1 from a remote location and also to know what items the item display cart 1 is going to sell or display. In practice, the information display 26 may be a stand-alone screen or a tablet computer. Therefore, the novel coffee machine is very suitable for business use of roadside grocery stores, mobile coffee shops and the like.

In the present embodiment, the two side plates 21 have a structure that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. Thus, the internal and external portions are possible. The inner part is close to the operator, and the thin edge of the side plate 21 is vertical to the ground; the thin edges of the side panels 21 of the exterior portion of the consumer or visitor are maintained at an angle of less than 90 degrees to the ground. Therefore, the consumer or the visitor can look down the display and sale commodity conveniently. Preferably, at least one openable/closable plate 27 may be installed between the both side plates 21. In this embodiment, there are 2 openable/closable plates 27. The openable panel 27, when opened (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), may be used as a visual decoration or temporary rain shield. When closed, the items within the display area 205 may be protected from being damaged while moving. In addition, between the two side plates 21, on the opposite side of the openable plate 27, a detachable folding plate 28 can be mounted. When the detachable folding plate 28 is attached to the article showcase 1, it is attached to the opening/closing plate 27 (when closed), and the showcase area 205 constituted by the side plates 21, the upper portion of the lower housing structure 20, and the top cover 22. The openable plate 27 and the detachable foldable plate 28 can be locked by a locking hole (not shown). As a result, the display area 205 cannot be exposed and the items placed therein are not easily stolen. When the detachable folding flat plate 28 is detached, it can be folded to stand on the ground. In this manner, the removable folding plate 28 may also be used as a removable form for providing advertising or display information.

The display stand 30 is detachably mounted to the outside of the lower receiving structure 10 through the engaging opening 13. The display stands 30 are another display space that extends beyond the display area 205, and the display stands 30, when deployed, can be maneuvered to augment the display of the item when desired. The display table 30 may further have at least one support column 31 connected to a lower portion thereof, the length of which is adjustable, so that when the display table 30 is erected in the engaging opening 13 and fixed, the display table can be supported by the engaging opening 13 and the at least one support column 31. Two support columns 31 are used in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the supporting column 31 has a two-section structure, wherein one section can be received in the other section, or the two sections can be folded to adjust the length of the supporting column 31 for easy receiving.

The power wheel 42 is installed at a side of the lower receiving structure 10 and provides power to move the article showcase 1. Accordingly, the movable wheel set 40 is installed below the lower receiving structure 10 to assist the movement and positioning of the article display cart 1. I.e. the movable wheelset 40, can be used to support the weight of the item-merchandiser 1 during travel and to hold the item-merchandiser 1 during braking. In the present embodiment, the movable wheel set 40 includes 2 wheels 41 with variable directions and 2 wheels 41 with non-variable directions. It is convenient to move the article display cart 1 if 4 wheels 41 can change direction, but the cost is high, and basically 2 wheels 41 with changeable direction (adjacently arranged) can meet the requirement.

Claims (9)

1. An item display cart, comprising:

the lower containing structure is a cubic box body, one side surface of the lower containing structure is provided with two movable doors which can be opened to use the containing space in the lower containing structure, and the other side surface of the lower containing structure is provided with a connecting opening;

the upper part exhibition and sale structure is formed on the lower part storage structure and is provided with two side plates and a top cover body, wherein the upper part, the two side plates and the top cover body of the lower part storage structure form an exhibition and sale area, the two side plates are provided with a plurality of mounting grooves on the reverse side of the exhibition and sale area, a plurality of movable mounting laminated plates are detachably mounted on the side plates through the mounting grooves, and the two side plates are of structures with narrow top and wide bottom;

the exhibition and sale platform is detachably erected outside the lower containing structure through the connecting opening, and at least one supporting column with adjustable length is connected below the exhibition and sale platform;

a power wheel for providing power to move the article display and sale vehicle, wherein the power wheel is arranged on the side of the lower accommodating structure; and

and the movable wheel set is used for assisting the movement and the positioning of the article display and sale vehicle and is arranged below the lower storage structure.

2. The item display cart of claim 1, wherein the top cover has an LED light mounted to a side of the display area.

3. The item display cart of claim 1, wherein an information display is mounted on the top cover.

4. The item display cart of claim 3, wherein the information display is a screen or a tablet computer.

5. The item merchandiser of claim 1, wherein the movable mounting deck comprises:

at least two support frames which are detachably arranged on the mounting groove; and

and the object placing plate is used for bearing objects, and one side of the object placing plate is hung on the side plate of the upper part exhibition and sale structure and is supported by the at least two supporting frames.

6. The item display cart of claim 1, wherein an openable panel is mounted between the side panels.

7. The item display cart of claim 1, wherein a removable folding plate is mounted between the side panels.

8. The item cart of claim 1, wherein the lower receiving structure further comprises a push bar on an outside thereof for a user to push the item cart.

9. The item merchandiser of claim 1, wherein the movable wheel assembly includes at least two wheels of variable orientation.
