Clothes hanger
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a household daily necessities field especially relates to a clothes hanger.
Background
As a necessity for life, the clothes hanger is widely used in daily life of people, and the clothes hanger is mainly used for drying clothes. At present, the clothes hangers of the household type are usually in a fixed structural form, which, although relatively simple in structure, are not flexible enough. When the clothes hanger is used, the clothes hanger needs to be supported in an inverted Y shape, so that the clothes hanger which cannot be folded occupies a large space, and the arrangement of other household articles is influenced; especially, when the suitcase is carried out, a large space of the suitcase is occupied, which is very inconvenient.
In the prior art, for example, a chinese utility model patent with publication number "CN 202858752U" discloses a clothes hanger, which comprises a hook, a connecting part and two hanger arms; the hook is provided with a bulge, a groove body matched with the bulge is arranged in the connecting part, and the hook is connected with the connecting part in a mode that the bulge is matched with the groove body; the two clothes hanger arms are respectively provided with a rotating shaft, the connecting part is provided with a clamping groove matched with the rotating shaft, and the two clothes hanger arms are movably connected and clamped and fixed with the connecting part in a manner that the rotating shaft rotates and is clamped in the clamping groove. The utility model relates to a clothes rack which can be folded, is convenient to carry after being folded, is not easy to break and is very convenient to use.
In addition, it is further stated in the description of this patent document that the hanger arm also comprises at least one clip, which is arranged between the two bracket walls.
The technical proposal disclosed by the publication number CN202858752U has two disadvantages,
first, although folding and storage of the clothes hanger are achieved, the hooks are all arranged in a relatively fixed mode, the hooks are hidden through upward overturning and closing of the clothes hanger arms, and therefore the grooves for storage are required to be arranged on the upper end faces of the clothes hanger arms. When the clothes hanger is in an unfolded state, the upper end face of the hanger arm is used for supporting the collar and the shoulder, and is the most main stress point when the clothes is hung; however, the above scheme is limited to only arranging the groove on the upper end face of the clothes hanger arm, so that the stressed part of the clothes hanger arm for clothes is uneven, and the groove and the folded edge exist, thereby easily enabling the collar and the shoulder part to be wrinkled or deformed.
Secondly, how the clip is arranged is not further described in the specification of the patent document, and as can be seen by referring to fig. 1 to 4 of the patent document, the clip is embedded in the groove of the clothes hanger arm and can be rotated to realize storage and unfolding use so as to match the hook, the connecting part and the folding and storage functions of the two clothes hanger arms. On the basis, as can be seen from the attached figures 1 and 4, when the clamp is used, the handle end of the clamp is positioned above the arm of the clothes hanger, and the clamping end of the hanging clamp is positioned below the arm of the clothes hanger; and the articulated axis of two centre gripping arms of clip sets up along the length direction of recess, and the mouth of pressing from both sides of two centre gripping arms of clip is adjusted the direction and is unanimous with the width direction of recess promptly, and the mouth size that presss from both sides of clip is restricted by the width of recess greatly so, and then makes the mouth that presss from both sides of clip strut the degree and is restricted, and the clamp of clip gets the ability not enough.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem, the utility model aims to provide a clothes hanger, this clothes hanger adopts hidden string to press from both sides, and the articulated axis of two centre gripping arms sets up along the width direction of recess, makes the mouth size that presss from both sides of clip not restricted, guarantees the clamp of clip and gets the ability.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the utility model adopts the following technical scheme:
a clothes hanger comprises a hook and a hanging rack, wherein the hanging rack comprises two clothes rack arms; the lower end face of the clothes hanger arm is provided with a groove, a hanging clamp is hinged in the groove, and the hanging clamp can be hidden in the groove; the hanging clamp comprises two clamping arms which are hinged with each other, and the hinge axes of the two clamping arms are arranged along the width direction of the groove.
The utility model adopts the above technical scheme, this technical scheme relates to a clothes hanger, and this clothes hanger includes couple and stores pylon. This scheme adopts hidden string to press from both sides on a clothes hanger basis, and the width direction setting of recess is followed to the articulated axis of two centre gripping arms, makes the double-layered mouth size of clamp not restricted, guarantees the clamp of clamp and gets the ability.
Preferably, the middle part of one of the clamping arms of the hanging clamp is hinged in the groove of the clothes hanger arm, an opening is arranged on the clothes hanger arm above the hinged end, so that the handle end of the hanging clamp can be turned over to penetrate through the opening to be located above the clothes hanger arm, and the clamping end of the hanging clamp is located below the clothes hanger arm. In the technical scheme, the middle part of the hanging clamp is hinged in the groove of the clothes hanger arm, and when the hanging clamp is used, the handle end of the hanging clamp can turn over to penetrate through the opening and is positioned above the clothes hanger arm, so that the hand of a user acts on the handle end of the hanging clamp more conveniently and applies force more easily. The clamping ends of the hanging clamps are located below the hanger arms, and the clamping ends of the hanging clamps extend out of the grooves, so that the length of clothes which can extend into the clamping openings of the hanging clamps is restricted, the clamping arms of the hanging clamps can extend out relatively in order to guarantee the clamping force of the hanging clamps, and the hidden space of the hanger arm grooves for the hanging clamps is required to be larger.
Preferably, the end part of the handle end of one of the clamping arms of the hanging clip is hinged on the edge of the notch at the lower end of the groove of the clothes hanger arm, so that the handle end and the clamping end of the hanging clip can be overturned below the clothes hanger arm. According to the scheme, when the hanging clamp is used, the handle end and the clamping end of the hanging clamp can be turned over and positioned below the arm of the clothes hanger, and the handle end of the hanging clamp is arranged at the edge of the notch at the lower end of the groove, so that relatively speaking, a user has difficulty in applying force to the handle end; because the clamping end of the hanging clamp is completely arranged outside the groove, the length that the clothes can stretch into the clamping opening of the hanging clamp can not be restricted, and the hidden space requirement of the groove of the arm of the clothes rack on the hanging clamp is low.
On the basis of the scheme, the hanging clip can be completely free, namely can rotate relative to the hanger arm along the hinged end along with gravity, and when the hanger arm is adjusted in the unfolding state and the folding state, the hanging clip always vertically hangs along with the gravity and hides the hanging clip in the hanging clip through the movement of the groove. And in this embodiment, hang and be equipped with buckle location structure on pressing from both sides lateral wall and the recess inside wall, so that hang to press from both sides and hide and set up in the recess. Adopt buckle location structure, can make and hang clamp lateral wall and recess inside wall relatively fixed, even if when a clothes hanger expandes the state, if do not have external force to remove above-mentioned buckle location structure, hang the clamp and still hide and set up in the recess.
Preferably, the hanger further comprises a rotating base; the inner ends of the two clothes hanger arms are hinged on the rotating base, and the two clothes hanger arms can rotate relative to the rotating base along the hinged ends and are switched between an unfolding state and a folding state; in a furled state, the grooves of the two clothes hanger arms can be butted to form a containing cavity. In the technical scheme, the hanging rack comprises a rotating base and two clothes hanger arms, the inner ends of the two clothes hanger arms are hinged to the rotating base and are switched between an unfolding state and a folding state, and therefore unfolding, using and folding and storage can be achieved in the unfolding state. The groove is limited to be arranged on the lower end face of the clothes hanger arm in the technical scheme, so that the grooves of the two clothes hanger arms can be butted to form a containing cavity, namely the clothes hanger arms in the scheme are turned downwards and closed, and the grooves are hidden in a closed state and cannot be perceived from the outside.
Preferably, the hook is arranged on the rotating base in a vertically sliding manner; when the clothes hanger is in a furled state, the grooves of the two clothes hanger arms are butted to form a containing cavity, and the hook is hidden and arranged in the containing cavity. According to the scheme, the hanger is arranged in a vertically sliding mode relative to the rotating base under the condition that the hanger arm is turned downwards and closed, and the hidden storage of the folded hanger is achieved while the hanger arm can be turned downwards. Furthermore, the upper end face of the clothes hanger arm can be set to be flat and smooth without arranging a groove, so that the smoothness of the part of the clothes in contact with the upper end face of the clothes hanger arm is ensured, and the clothes hanger is not easy to deform.
Preferably, the hook is connected with the two clothes hanger arms through link rods respectively, two end parts of the link rods are hinged to the hook and the clothes hanger arms respectively, and the hook is linked with the clothes hanger arms. In the scheme, the up-and-down sliding of the hook is linked with the rotation of the clothes hanger arm, and the hook slides up and down correspondingly under the action of the link rod when the clothes hanger arm is rotated by a user, so that the operation mode is simplified and the use efficiency is improved only by operating the clothes hanger arm.
Preferably, a positioning component is arranged on the hook, the positioning component enables the hook to be fixed relative to the rotating base to maintain the unfolding state, and the connecting rod supports the clothes hanger arm. In the technical scheme, the hook is abutted and positioned with the rotary base through the positioning component, so that the hook can be relatively fixed with the rotary base under the condition that the clothes are hung under stress, and the unfolding state is maintained. In this case, a link acts as a support rod on the clothes hanger arm for supporting the clothes hanger arm.
Preferably, the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning block; when the rotary base is in an unfolded state, the first positioning block is positioned above the rotary base, and the lower end face of the first positioning block is abutted against the rotary base for positioning; in the technical scheme, the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning block, and the first positioning block is abutted against the upper end of the rotating base for positioning, so that the hook cannot move downwards relative to the rotating base; even when the clothes hanger arm bears the weight of clothes, the stable unfolding state can be maintained due to the combined action of the link rod and the first positioning block.
Preferably, the positioning assembly comprises a second positioning block; the second positioning block is positioned below the rotating base, and the upper end face of the second positioning block is abutted against the rotating base for positioning, or the second positioning block is abutted against the link rod so as to support the link rod and limit the unfolding angle of the link rod. In this technical scheme, the locating component still includes the second locating piece. The first positioning block is abutted against the upper end of the rotating base for positioning, so that the hook cannot move downwards relative to the rotating base. The second positioning block can adopt two schemes, the first scheme is that the second positioning block is abutted against the lower end of the rotating base for positioning, so that the hook cannot move upwards relative to the rotating base; thereby the couple can be relatively fixed with the rotating base, maintains stable development condition. The second method is that the second positioning block supports the link rod and limits the unfolding angle of the link rod in a mode of abutting against the link rod, the link rod is supported and cannot be turned downwards continuously, the hook cannot be pushed upwards, and the hook cannot move upwards relative to the rotating base, so that the hook can be fixed relative to the rotating base and a stable unfolding state is maintained.

A garment hanger as shown in figures 1 to 10 comprises a hook 1 and a hanger comprising a rotatable base 2 and two hanger arms 3. The inner ends of the two clothes hanger arms 3 are hinged on the rotating base 2, and the two clothes hanger arms 3 can rotate relative to the rotating base 2 along the hinged ends and are switched between an unfolding state and a folding state. The lower end face of the clothes hanger arm 3 is provided with a groove 31, and a hanging clamp 6 is hinged in the groove 31. In the furled state, the hanging clip 6 is hidden in the groove 31. In the unfolded state, the grip end 62 and the holding end 63 of the hanging clip 6 can be simultaneously outside the recess 31. The hanging clamp 6 comprises two clamping arms 61 which are hinged with each other, and the hinge axes of the two clamping arms 61 are arranged along the width direction of the groove 31. This embodiment relates to a hanger comprising a hook 1 and a hanger. The hanging rack comprises a rotating base 2 and two clothes hanger arms 3, the inner ends of the two clothes hanger arms 3 are hinged to the rotating base 2 and are switched between an unfolding state and a folding state, and therefore unfolding use and folding storage can be achieved in the unfolding state. On this basis, this scheme adopts hidden hanging to press from both sides 6 on a clothes hanger basis, and the width direction setting of recess 31 is followed to the articulated axis of two centre gripping arms 61, makes the mouth size that presss from both sides of clip not restricted, guarantees the clamp of clip and gets the ability.
Based on the above general inventive concept, the present embodiment can adopt the following two embodiments; this example focuses on the second embodiment.
In the first embodiment, reference is made to the patent document with the publication number "CN 202858752U", wherein the middle part of one of the holding arms 61 of the hanging clip 6 is hinged in the groove 31 of the hanger arm 3, the hanger arm 3 above the hinged end is provided with an opening, so that the handle end 62 of the hanging clip 6 can be turned over and pass through the opening to be above the hanger arm 3, and the holding end 63 of the hanging clip 6 is below the hanger arm 3. According to the technical scheme, the middle part of the hanging clamp 6 is hinged in the groove 31 of the clothes hanger arm 3, and when the hanging clamp 6 is used, the handle end 62 of the hanging clamp 6 can be overturned to penetrate through the opening to be positioned above the clothes hanger arm 3, so that the hand of a user acts on the handle end 62 of the hanging clamp 6 more conveniently, and the force is applied more easily. The clamping end 63 of the hanging clamp 6 is positioned below the hanger arm 3, and the clamping end 63 of the hanging clamp 6 extends out of the groove 31, so that the length of the clothes which can extend into the clamping opening of the hanging clamp 6 is restricted, the clamping arm 61 of the hanging clamp 6 can extend out relatively in order to ensure the clamping force of the hanging clamp 6, and the groove 31 of the hanger arm 3 has a higher requirement on the hidden space of the hanging clamp 6.
In a second embodiment, which can be seen with reference to fig. 2 and 7, the end of the handle end 62 of one of the gripping arms 61 of the hanging clip 6 is hinged to the lower notched edge of the recess 31 of the hanger arm 3, so that the handle end 62 and the gripping end 63 of the hanging clip 6 can be turned under the hanger arm 3. This solution, in which the handle end 62 and the gripping end 63 of the hanging clip 6 can be turned underneath the arm 3 of the clothes hanger when using the hanging clip 6, is relatively difficult for the user to exert force on the handle end 62, since the handle end 62 of the hanging clip 6 is at the lower end notch edge of the recess 31. Because the clamping end 63 of the hanging clip 6 is completely arranged outside the groove 31, the length that the clothes can extend into the clamping opening of the hanging clip 6 is not restricted, and the requirement on the hidden space of the groove 31 of the clothes hanger arm 3 for the hanging clip 6 is small.
On the basis of the two schemes, the hanging clip 6 can be completely free, namely can rotate along the hinged end thereof relative to the clothes hanger arm 3 along with gravity, when the clothes hanger arm 3 is adjusted in the unfolding state and the folding state, the hanging clip 6 always vertically hangs along with the gravity, and the hanging clip 6 is hidden in the hanging clip through the movement of the groove 31. In this embodiment, a snap positioning structure may be further disposed on the side wall of the hanging clip 6 and the inner side wall of the groove 31, so that the hanging clip 6 is hidden in the groove 31. Adopt buckle location structure, can make and hang 6 lateral walls of clamp and recess 31 inside wall relatively fixed, even if when a clothes hanger expandes the state, if do not have external force to remove above-mentioned buckle location structure, hang clamp 6 and still hide and set up in recess 31.
In the embodiment, the hook 1 is arranged in a manner of sliding up and down relative to the rotating base 2; in a furled state, the grooves 31 of the two clothes hanger arms 3 can be butted to form a containing cavity, and the hook 1 is hidden in the containing cavity. On the basis, the grooves 31 are formed in the lower end faces of the clothes hanger arms 3, and the grooves 31 of the two clothes hanger arms 3 can be butted to form a containing cavity, namely, the clothes hanger arms 3 are turned downwards and gathered. In this case, the hanger 1 is provided to slide up and down with respect to the spin base 2, and the hanger arm 3 can be turned down and the hanger 1 can be hidden and stored after being folded. Furthermore, the upper end face of the clothes hanger arm 3 does not need to be provided with the groove 31, and the upper end face can be set to be flat and smooth, so that the smoothness of the clothes part contacted with the upper end face is ensured, and the upper end face is not easy to deform.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, the hanger 1 and the two clothes hanger arms 3 are connected through the link 4, two ends of the link 4 are hinged to the hanger 1 and the clothes hanger arms 3, and the hanger 1 is linked with the clothes hanger arms 3. The lower ends of the two link rods 4 are hinged on two axes at two sides of the lower end of the hook 1 or on the same axis in the middle of the lower end of the hook 1. And rotating shafts 41 or rotating shaft grooves 42 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the connecting rod 4, and the rotating shaft grooves 42 or the rotating shafts 41 corresponding to the hooks 1 and the clothes hanger arms 3 are arranged on the hooks. The rotating shaft 41 can be clamped into the rotating shaft groove 42 to realize hinging. The technical scheme comprises two implementation modes, namely that the lower end parts of two link rods 4 are coaxially hinged or eccentrically hinged; the coaxial articulation scheme can be seen with reference to fig. 7, and the hetero-axial articulation scheme can be seen with reference to fig. 2. The upper end and the lower end of the link rod 4 are detachably hinged on the hook 1 and the clothes hanger arm 3, so that the quick disassembly, assembly and replacement can be realized, and the hinge and the detachment are realized by adopting a mode that the rotating shaft 41 is butted with the rotating shaft groove 42.
The hanger 1 is provided with a positioning assembly, the positioning assembly enables the hanger 1 to be fixed relative to the rotating base 2 to maintain an unfolded state, and the link rod 4 supports the clothes hanger arm 3. In the scheme, the up-and-down sliding of the hook 1 is linked with the rotation of the clothes hanger arm 3, namely, when a user rotates the clothes hanger arm 3, the hook 1 correspondingly slides up and down under the action of the link rod 4, so that the user only needs to operate the clothes hanger arm 3, the operation mode is simplified, and the use efficiency is improved. The hook 1 is positioned against the rotating base 2 by the positioning means, so that the hook 1 can be fixed relative to the rotating base 2 when the hanger arm 3 is subjected to a force by hanging the clothes, thereby maintaining the unfolded state. In this case, the link 4 acts as a support rod on the hanger arm 3 to support the hanger arm 3.
In a further preferred embodiment, the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning block 51 and a second positioning block 52.
In the unfolded state, the first positioning block 51 is located above the spin base 2 and the lower end surface thereof abuts against the spin base 2. In this technical scheme, locating component includes first locating piece 51, first locating piece 51 with the location is supported to swivel base 2 upper end to make couple 1 unable relative swivel base 2 descend. Even when the hanger arm 3 receives the weight of the laundry, the link 4 and the first positioning block 51 cooperate to maintain a stable unfolded state.
Furthermore, the first positioning block 51 is elastically connected to the hook 1, and the upper end surface of the first positioning block 51 is an arc surface or an inclined surface with a guiding function. When the hook 1 slides relative to the rotating base 2 and the rotating base 2 abuts against the upper end surface of the first positioning block 51, the first positioning block 51 deforms. In the above technical solution, the first positioning block 51 is used for abutting against the rotating base 2 for positioning, and maintaining the unfolded state, the first positioning block 51 is elastically connected, and the upper end surface of the first positioning block is an arc surface or an inclined surface with a guiding function. When a clothes hanger is adjusted to an unfolding state from a folding state, the hook 1 slides upwards relative to the rotating base 2, the rotating base 2 abuts against the upper end face of the first positioning block 51 in the process, the first positioning block 51 is deformed, and therefore the hook 1 can smoothly slide out of the rotating base 2 without manually pressing the first positioning block 51. After the first positioning block 51 slides out and elastically resets, the function of keeping the unfolding state in a propping manner can be realized, and when the clothes hanger is adjusted from the unfolding state to the folding state, the first positioning block 51 needs to be manually pressed for unlocking.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the second positioning block 52 is located below the rotating base 2 and the upper end surface thereof is positioned against the rotating base 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the second positioning block 52 abuts against the link 4 to support the link 4 and to limit the deployment angle of the link 4.
The first positioning block 51 is positioned against the upper end of the spin base 2, so that the hook 1 cannot move downward relative to the spin base 2. The second positioning block 52 may adopt two schemes, the first scheme is that the second positioning block 52 abuts against the lower end of the rotating base 2 for positioning, so that the hook 1 cannot move upwards relative to the rotating base 2. Thereby the hook 1 and the rotating base 2 can be relatively fixed and the stable unfolding state can be maintained. In the second method, the second positioning block 52 supports the link 4 in a manner of abutting against the link 4 and limits the unfolding angle of the link 4, and the link 4 is supported and cannot be turned down, so that the hook 1 cannot be pushed upwards, and the hook 1 cannot move upwards relative to the rotating base 2, so that the hook 1 and the rotating base 2 can be fixed relative to each other and a stable unfolding state is maintained.
The hook 1 comprises a hook part 11 and a main body part 12, wherein the hook part 11 is positioned above the main body part 12, and a hanging opening 13 is formed between the hook part 11 and the main body part 12. The main body 12 is provided with a first sliding groove 14 arranged in the vertical direction, and the rotating base 2 is provided with a sliding block 21 which slides in cooperation with the first sliding groove 14. This technical scheme relates to the concrete structure of couple 1, and the first spout 14 that sets up in the couple 1 main part is fixed a position with slider 21 in the rotating base 2, plays the guide effect, produces the horizontal hunting when avoiding couple 1 relative rotating base 2 to slide.
Specifically, the upper end of the first sliding chute 14 extends to the edge of the hanging opening 13, and the upper end of the first sliding chute 14 is provided with a trumpet-shaped guide opening 16. In order to enable the hook part 11 of the hook 1 to pass through the rotary base 2 and be hidden in the containing cavity.
As shown in fig. 9, a second sliding groove 15 is provided on the hook portion 11 of the hook 1 in the extending direction of the upper end of the first sliding groove 14.
Or the scheme is that the clearance between the hook part 11 of the hook 1 and the rotating base 2 when the hook passes through the rotating base 2 is larger than the thickness of the sliding block 21.
The first slide groove 14 cannot extend from the main body 12 to the hook 11 due to the hanging opening 13 provided in the hanger 1. The purpose of this scheme is in order to realize that hook portion 11 of couple 1 can pass rotating base 2 and hide in accomodating the intracavity, and couple 1 is whole all to be hidden in accomodating the intracavity promptly. Therefore, the slider 21 in this embodiment can be separated from the first sliding groove 14, and the second sliding groove 15 is provided on the hook 11 of the hook 1, or the thickness of the hook 11 of the hook 1 is directly reduced, so that the slider 21 does not obstruct the hook 11 of the hook 1 from passing through the rotating base 2. When a clothes rack is adjusted from a folding state to an unfolding state, the hook 1 slides upwards relative to the rotating base 2, and the sliding block 21 enters from the upper end part of the first sliding groove 14, in the scheme, the hook 1 is connected with the clothes rack arms 3 on two sides of the hook 1 through the connecting rod 4, so that the hook 1 is limited to swing greatly in the sliding process to a certain extent, and the horn-shaped guide opening 16 can guide and align the sliding block 21 in a constrained swing range, so that the purpose of quick positioning and matching is achieved.
