wherein, the upper side of the movable seat (3) for placing the umbrella is attached with a spongy cushion (9) for supporting the umbrella.

The umbrella storage rack of claim 1, wherein: the movable seats (3) are vertically and slidably arranged on the four guide shafts (2) in a penetrating mode, a support ring (5) for supporting the lowermost movable seat (3) is fixedly sleeved on the lower side of each guide shaft (2), and a lifting mechanism (4) is arranged between any two adjacent movable seats (3).
