Fig. 1 is a schematic exploded view of an air conditioner indoor unit 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic side view of the cap plate 200 of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the area a in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an indoor unit 10 of an air conditioner. The indoor unit 10 may include a cabinet 100, an air supply assembly disposed in the cabinet 100, and a cover 200.
The housing 100 may be enclosed by a base, a front panel, two lateral fascia, and a back panel. The back panel or one of the lateral trim panels may be provided with openings 110 through the panel for connection of fresh air ducts or removal of components within the enclosure 100. The cover plate 200 may be used to close the opening 110.
The following is to use the opening 110 to open on the back plate of the casing 100 for connecting the fresh air pipe as an example.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the indoor unit 10 further includes an elastic member 300, and the elastic member 300 may be configured to be engaged with the first limiting structure 210 and the second limiting structure 112 to limit the rotation of the cover plate 200 from the inside of the back plate, so as to prevent the cover plate 200 of the indoor unit 10 without a fresh air function from being removed from the outside of the back plate, which may cause a safety hazard.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 300 may include a main body 310, a first rib 320, a second rib 340, and two elastic jaws 330.
Specifically, the first rib 320 may be provided to extend from the main body 310 in a direction approaching the cover plate 200. The first stopper structure 210 may include first stopper ribs 211 extending from the periphery of the cover plate 200 toward the inside of the backplate to limit the inward displacement of the first ribs 320, i.e., the elastic members 300, in the radial direction of the cover plate 200.
Two elastic claws 330 may be disposed on two sides of the first rib 320 and bent and extended from the main body 310 back to the direction close to the cover plate 200. The first position-limiting structure 210 may further include two position-limiting ribs 212 spaced apart from the cover plate 200, and the two elastic claws 330 may be configured to be respectively engaged with the two position-limiting ribs 212 to limit the displacement of the elastic member 300 in a direction away from the cover plate 200.
The first stopper structure 210 may further include at least one protrusion 213 respectively disposed between the two elastic claws 330 and the first rib 320 to limit rotation of the elastic member 300 with respect to the cover plate 200, i.e., rotation of the elastic member 300 about its axis. The number of the protrusions 213 may be one while being provided between the two elastic jaws 330 and the first rib 320.
In some embodiments, the first limiting structure 210 may further include a second limiting rib 214 extending inward from the periphery of the cover plate 200 toward the backplate to limit outward displacement of the first rib 320 in the radial direction of the cover plate 200. In this embodiment, the number of the protrusions 213 may be two, and the second restriction rib 214 may be configured to connect the two protrusions 213 to improve the stability of the first restriction structure 210.
The second rib 340 may be provided to extend from the main body 310 in a direction approaching the cover plate 200. The second limiting structure 112 may be a slot opened at the periphery of the opening 110 and recessed radially outward, and the second protruding rib 340 may be clipped to the second limiting structure 112 to limit the rotation of the cover plate 200 relative to the backplate, thereby preventing the cover plate 200 from being removed from the outside of the backplate.
Fig. 8 is a schematic side view of the cap plate 200 of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the cover plate 200 may also be provided with a bead 240 extending toward the inside of the backplate.
