Description

Adhesive tape and cable
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a cable field especially relates to an adhesive tape and cable.
Background
Cables are widely used in various smart devices for transmission of electric energy and conduction of electric signals. For example, in the field of cameras, electrical transmission between the camera and the outside is usually achieved through cables, and meanwhile, cables are also needed to connect the components inside the camera, so that the components can move relatively, such as rotate, bend and the like, in consideration of the requirements of the shooting angle or other aspects. However, when the components move relative to each other, the cable is also bent and deformed, and friction is easily generated between the cable and the components of the camera, which may cause adverse effects such as abrasion on the cable.
In the prior art, in order to prevent the cable from being worn, the following two methods are generally adopted:
1. tubular auxiliary materials such as a yellow wax pipe, a heat-shrinkable sleeve, a woven mesh pipe and the like are adopted; namely, the tubular auxiliary material is coated on the periphery of the cable to protect the cable; however, in order to facilitate the threading of the cable, the diameter of the tubular auxiliary material needs to be much larger than the diameter of the cable, and therefore, the tubular auxiliary material is more likely to interfere with the components, such as friction. In addition, the tubular auxiliary material is generally hard, so that the fatigue strength is poor, the auxiliary material is easy to break when being bent and twisted, and the protection effect on the cable is lost.
2. Adopting an adhesive tape with a glue layer coated on one surface; the tape is wrapped around the periphery of the cable, and the wrapped tape typically overlaps. However, this method is likely to cause a problem that the adhesive tape is cracked or separated. For example, when the cable is stressed and bent, the adhesive tape is also bent along with the cable, so that the adhesive layer is easily pulled, the adhesive tape and the adhesive tape are separated, the adhesive tape and the cable are separated, and the cable is not protected; meanwhile, the undesirable phenomenon is more obvious when the external temperature is lower.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In one aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide an adhesive tape, including a substrate and an adhesive layer; the base material is a strip-shaped film and is provided with a first surface and a second surface; wherein the first surface is a surface deviating from the second surface; the first surface is provided with an adhesive area and a smooth area, the adhesive area and the smooth area extend along the length of the base material and are arranged in parallel in the width direction of the base material, specifically, the adhesive area and the smooth area are arranged in parallel and respectively extend along the length direction of the base material, and meanwhile, the adhesive area and the smooth area can be arranged adjacently or at intervals in the width direction of the base material; the bonding layer is arranged on the bonding area.
Wherein, relative to the bonding area, the bright and clean area refers to the area without bonding layer; when the adhesive tape is adhered to an object to be adhered, the adhesive layer plays a role in adhering, and the smooth area and the second surface cannot be adhered to each other.
For example, when two components need to be bonded, the two components can be bonded through an adhesive tape, namely, the adhesive layers are respectively bonded with the two components to be bonded; when the cable main part is protected, the periphery of the cable main part can be wound in a spiral winding mode, bonding between the cable main part and the cable and protection of the cable are achieved, meanwhile, due to the fact that the bonding area of the adhesive tape bright and clean area is arranged, when the adhesive tape is wound on the periphery of the cable main part, direct bonding between the adhesive tape and the adhesive tape can be avoided, the bonding area can also be prevented from being overlapped on the periphery of the cable main part, when the cable main part is bent and twisted, the adhesive tape cannot be adhered and interfered, and therefore the bonding effect between the adhesive tape and the cable main part cannot be influenced. Therefore, through adopting the sticky tape that this application provided, can greatly promote its application scope, also have great use flexibility simultaneously.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the first embodiment provided in the present application, the base material 110 is a flat strip-shaped film, and the first surface 111 and the second surface 114 are both planar. The adhesive region 112 and the finishing region 113 extend along the length of the base material 110 and are arranged side by side in the width direction of the base material 110, and the adhesive layers 120 are uniformly arranged on the adhesive region 112.
Here, when wrapping the cable main body, the adhesive tape 100 is generally wound around the cable main body in a spiral shape, and thus, in order to ensure flatness of the wound adhesive tape 100, the thickness of the adhesive layer 120 may be the same as that of the base material 110.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, in the second embodiment provided in the present application, the substrate 110 is a long film, the second surface 114 is a plane, and the bonding regions 112 are configured as groove-like structures recessed relative to the surface of the polishing regions 113.
Further, in order to ensure the overall flatness of the tape 100, the surface of the adhesive layer 120 is flush with the surface of the finishing area 113.
Considering that the adhesive tape 100 is generally sold and used in a form of a roll after being molded, since the adhesive tape 100 in this embodiment has good flatness as a whole, it is not easy to generate deviation when being wound into a roll, thereby improving the quality of products.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, in the third embodiment provided in the present application, the clean area 113 is configured as a groove-like structure recessed relative to the surface of the bonding area 112.
When the cable main body is wrapped, the adhesive tape 100 is usually wound around the periphery of the cable main body in a spiral shape, so that the adhesive tape 100 wound in advance can be accommodated in the groove, thereby ensuring the flatness of the wound adhesive tape 100.
Further, the ratio range between the width of the bonding region 112 and the width of the substrate 110 can be adjusted according to actual requirements; for example, embodiments are provided in which the ratio between the width of the bonded region 112 and the width of the substrate 110 may range from 1:5 to 1: 3.
Of course, the range of the ratio between the width of the bonding region 112 and the width of the substrate 110 is not limited to the above range disclosed in the embodiments of the present application, and the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
Further, in order to distinguish the adhesive layer 120 and the finishing area 113 on the tape 100, the substrate 110 may be made of a transparent material, such as biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), Polyethylene (PE), etc.; the material of the adhesive layer 120 may be a polyurethane adhesive, etc., although pigments may be added or other means may be used to distinguish the adhesive layer 120 from the finish 113.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, in the fourth embodiment provided in the present application, the second face has an identification line 115; wherein the marking line 115 marks the interface between the adhesive region 112 and the clear region 113. When the staff winds the adhesive tape around the periphery of the cable main body, the boundary position between the adhesive layer and the smooth zone 113 can be judged by observing the identification line 115, so that the use convenience can be greatly improved.
Further, in order to reduce the coefficient of friction between the clean area 113 and the second side 114 of the tape 100, in any of the above embodiments, the surface of the clean area 113 may be sanded or the second side 114 may be sanded.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application also provides a cable, which comprises a cable main body and the adhesive tape.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 7, the adhesive tape 100 is spirally wound around the periphery of the cable main body 200; wherein the adhesive layer 120 is not attached to the second surface 114.
By using the adhesive tape 100 and the winding manner, not only can the adhesion between the adhesive tape 100 and the cable main body 200 be ensured, but also the adhesive tape 100 can be completely wrapped on the periphery of the cable main body 200, so as to provide a good protection effect for the cable main body 200. In addition, since there is no adhesion between the adhesive tape 100 and the adhesive tape 100, the relative movement between the adhesive tapes 100 does not have any adverse effect on the connection between the cable main body 200 and the adhesive tape 100, and also facilitates the relative movement between the adhesive tapes 100. For example, when the cable main body 200 is stressed to bend and twist, the adhesive tape 100 deforms along with the deformation of the cable, and the adhesive tape 100 can move relatively along with the deformation of the cable, so that the connection stability between the cable main body 200 and the adhesive tape 100 is ensured, and therefore, the cable main body 200 can be well protected, and the cable main body 200 is prevented from being worn.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
