9. The set of instant nutritious snacks as claimed in claim 8 wherein the spoon handle of the spoon (7) is of a telescopic structure.

10. The set of instant and nutritious snacks as claimed in claim 7 wherein the cup body (1) and lid body (2) are wrapped with a plastic film (10).
