When the pressure of the water outlet end 1a2 is lower, the elastic force of the pressure reducing spring 2b is larger than the sum of the pressure of the water acting on the baffle plate 2a1 and the elastic force of the buffer spring 2c, so that the water blocking head 2a3 moves upwards, the flux of the water flowing out from the water inlet channel 1a3 is increased again, and the pressure of the water outlet end 1a2 is increased.
