One technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present disclosure is: the provided quick pressing device for the flange plate and the flange plate machining device are used for realizing quick pressing of the flange plate, and are strong in pressing force, free of influence on the machining range of a machine tool and small in installation space.
The quick pressing device for the processing flange plate provided by the embodiment of the disclosure comprises a standard body, a positioning block and a pressing mechanism, wherein,
the positioning block is detachably arranged at the upper end of the standard body,
the positioning block comprises a positioning part and an installation part which are connected into a whole, the positioning part is matched with the inner diameter of the flange to be processed, the outer diameter of the upper part of the installation part is larger than that of the positioning part and is arranged in a step shape with the positioning part, and the upper part of the installation part is used for supporting the bottom of the flange to be processed;
the lower end of the mounting part is connected with the upper end of the standard body;
the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the flange to be processed from the upper part of the flange to be processed.
Furthermore, the pressing mechanism comprises a pressing claw, a locking screw rod and a transmission mechanism, and the locking screw rod drives the pressing claw to press or loosen the flange to be processed through the transmission mechanism.
Furthermore, an accommodating cavity is formed in the upper portion of the standard body, the transmission mechanism is located in the accommodating cavity, and a through hole for the locking screw to pass through is formed from the lower end of the accommodating cavity to the lower end of the standard body;
the positioning block is provided with a positioning hole communicated with the accommodating cavity, one end of the pressing claw is hinged to the transmission mechanism, and the other end of the pressing claw extends out of the positioning hole to press or loosen the flange to be processed.
Furthermore, the pressing claw is in a sickle-shaped structure, and comprises a pressing part, a limiting part and a hinged part which are sequentially connected from the knife head of the sickle-shaped structure to the handle direction, wherein,
the hinged part is connected with the transmission mechanism through a rotating pin,
the limiting part is provided with a limiting groove which is connected with the positioning block in a matching way,
the pressing part extends out of the positioning hole.
Furthermore, a limiting piece is arranged in the positioning hole, a limiting block is arranged on the limiting piece, the limiting part of the pressing claw leans against the limiting piece, and the limiting block is located in the limiting groove.
Furthermore, the transmission mechanism comprises a moving block and a spring, the moving block is fixedly connected with one end of the locking screw rod, the spring is located below the moving block and sleeved on the locking screw rod, and the other end of the spring abuts against the bottom of the accommodating cavity.

Some embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the pressing mechanism includes a pressing claw 3, a locking screw rod 4 and a transmission mechanism 5, the locking screw rod 4 passes through the transmission mechanism 5 drives the pressing claw 3 compresses or loosens the flange plate 6 to be processed. When the locking mechanism is used, the locking screw rod is rotated, and the vertical displacement generated when the locking screw rod is rotated is transmitted to the pressing claw through the transmission mechanism, so that the pressing claw is loosened or tightly pressed on the flange plate to be processed.
In the compressing device disclosed in some embodiments of the present invention, the upper portion of the standard body 1 is provided with an accommodating chamber 11, the transmission mechanism 5 is located in the accommodating chamber 11, and a through hole 12 for the locking screw rod 4 to pass through is provided from the lower end of the accommodating chamber 11 to the lower end of the standard body 1; the positioning block 2 is provided with a positioning hole communicated with the accommodating cavity 11, one end of the pressing claw 3 is hinged on the transmission mechanism 5, and the other end of the pressing claw 3 extends out of the positioning hole to press or loosen the flange plate 6 to be processed.

In fig. 1, the pressing claws 3 are shown in dotted lines as the pressing claws release the flange plate to be machined. The press claw is preferably arranged in three, the moving tracks of the three press claws require three parts to be pressed all the time, and the pressing stability is ensured.

In the compressing device disclosed in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating chamber 11 includes a first accommodating chamber 111 and a second accommodating chamber 112 which are arranged from top to bottom, the diameter of the second accommodating chamber 112 is smaller than that of the first accommodating chamber 111, the spring 52 is arranged in the second accommodating chamber 112, and the motion block 51 is located in the first accommodating chamber 111. The first containing cavity and the second containing cavity respectively limit the moving block and the spring.
When the quick flange pressing device in the embodiment is used as part of the flange machining device, the flange machining efficiency can be effectively improved, meanwhile, due to the detachable arrangement of the positioning blocks, the positioning blocks of various specifications can be arranged for each set of pressing device, the quick flange pressing device is suitable for flange plates of different specifications, when different flange plates are machined, the corresponding positioning blocks are replaced, parts such as standard bodies do not need to be replaced, and the machining of the flange plates of different specifications on the same pressing device can be realized.
