Claims (8)

A multifunctional deaerating device of a vacuum degasser comprises a working box (1) and an electric heating plate group (2), wherein a working cavity is arranged in the working box (1), a liquid inlet pipe (3) is hermetically communicated above the left side of the working box (1), a liquid inlet valve is arranged at the liquid inlet pipe (3), a liquid outlet pipe (4) is hermetically communicated below the right side of the working box (1), a liquid outlet valve is arranged at the liquid outlet pipe (4), a maintenance opening is communicated with the front side of the working box (1), and a maintenance plate (5) is arranged at the maintenance opening in a sealing and threaded manner; the device is characterized by further comprising a motor (6), an insertion column (7), an insertion tube (8), a connecting column (9) and a stirring blade group (10), wherein the top end of the insertion column (7) is connected with the output end of the bottom of the motor (6), the connecting column (9) is installed at the bottom end of the insertion tube (8), the bottom end of the connecting column (9) is connected with a connecting block (11), the stirring blade group (10) is installed on the side wall of the connecting block (11), the device also comprises a limiting column (12), two groups of limiting springs and two groups of positioning blocks (13), the bottom end of the insertion column (7) is inserted into the top end of the insertion tube (8), a limiting cavity is arranged below the inner part of the insertion column (7), a left through hole and a right through hole are arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the insertion column (7), the left side wall and the right side wall of the insertion tube (8) are respectively provided, one end of each of the two groups of limiting springs is respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the limiting column (12), one end of each of the two groups of positioning blocks (13) is respectively arranged at the other end of each of the two groups of limiting springs, the other end of each of the two groups of positioning blocks (13) respectively passes through the left through hole and the right through hole, and the other end of two sets of locating pieces (13) inserts respectively to the downthehole and the right spacing downthehole of left side, still include cushion collar (14), multiunit buffer spring and multiunit buffer board (15), install on work box (1) top cushion collar (14), be provided with the cushion chamber in cushion collar (14), be provided with on cushion collar (14) lateral wall ventilation hole group (16), multiunit buffer spring one end all is connected with cushion chamber inside wall, the multiunit buffer spring other end is connected with multiunit buffer board (15) respectively, motor (6) clamp between multiunit buffer board (15), insert post (7) bottom and pass cushion collar (14) inner bottom lateral wall and stretch out to the cushion collar (14) outside.

The multifunctional deaerating device of vacuum degasser according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a communicating pipe (17), wherein the upper and lower ends of the communicating pipe (17) are respectively hermetically communicated with the upper half area and the lower half area of the side wall of the working box (1), the communicating pipe (17) is hermetically communicated with a delivery pump (18), two groups of the communicating pipe (17) and the delivery pump (18) are respectively arranged, the two groups of the communicating pipe (17) are respectively located at the left and right sides of the working box (1), and the two groups of the delivery pump (18) are respectively installed at the left and right sides of the working box (1).

The multifunctional deaerating device of vacuum degasser as claimed in claim 2, further comprising two sets of cushioning mechanisms, wherein the two sets of cushioning mechanisms comprise two sets of cushioning blocks (19), two sets of cushioning springs and two sets of cushioning plates (20), one ends of the two sets of cushioning springs are respectively connected with the inner sides of the two sets of cushioning blocks (19), the other ends of the two sets of cushioning springs are respectively connected with the two sets of cushioning plates (20), the two sets of cushioning blocks (19) in the two sets of cushioning mechanisms are respectively installed on the left and right sides of the working box (1), and the two sets of delivery pumps (18) are respectively clamped between the two sets of cushioning plates (20) in the two sets of cushioning mechanisms.

The multifunctional deaerating device of a vacuum degasser according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a pressure-discharging pipe (21), wherein the pressure-discharging pipe (21) is located inside the working box (1), the pressure-discharging pipe (21) is hermetically communicated with the inner top side wall of the working box (1), the bottom input end of the pressure-discharging pipe (21) is provided with a lower limiting ring (22), the inner side wall of the pressure-discharging pipe (21) is provided with an upper limiting ring (23), the multifunctional deaerating device further comprises an extrusion spring and an extrusion plate (24), the bottom end of the extrusion spring is connected with the top end of the extrusion plate (24), the top end of the extrusion spring is connected with the bottom end of the upper limiting ring (23), the bottom end of the extrusion plate (24) is contacted with the top end of the lower limiting ring (22), and the inner left side, and the sliding blocks (25) can be fixed in the two groups of sliding grooves in a sliding manner, and the two groups of sliding blocks (25) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the extrusion plate (24).

The multifunctional deaerating device of vacuum deaerator as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the front side wall of the working box (1) is provided with an observation hole, a transparent baffle plate (26) is arranged at the observation hole in a sealing way, the multifunctional electric toothbrush further comprises a handle (27), a rotating shaft (28), a driving shaft (29), bristles (30) and a sealing ring, the handle (27) is positioned at the outer side of the working box (1), the driving shaft (29) and the bristles (30) are both positioned in the working cavity, one end of the rotating shaft (28) is connected with the handle (27), the other end of the rotating shaft (28) penetrates through the transparent baffle plate (26) and extends into the working box (1) to be connected with the driving shaft (29), the bristles (30) are arranged on the driving shaft (29), the brush bristles (30) are closely attached to the transparent baffle (26), the sealing ring can be rotatably closely attached to the outer side of the rotating shaft (28), and one side of the sealing ring is closely attached to the transparent baffle (26).

The multifunctional deaerating device of a vacuum deaerator as claimed in claim 5, characterized by further comprising two sets of hooks (31) and two sets of hanging rings (32), wherein the two sets of hooks (31) are respectively installed on the left and right side walls in the working box (1), the two sets of hooks (31) are respectively installed above the left and right sides of the electric heating plate group (2), and the two sets of hooks (31) are respectively hung on the two sets of hooks (31).

The multifunctional deaerating device of vacuum degasser as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a pulley block (33), a limiting ring (34) and a limiting rod set (35), wherein the limiting ring (34) is sleeved outside the connecting column (9), the inner end of the limiting rod set (35) is connected with the limiting ring (34), the outer end of the limiting rod set (35) is connected with the inner side wall of the working box (1), one end of the pulley block (33) is connected with the inner side of the limiting ring (34), and the other end of the pulley block (33) is in close contact with the outer side of the connecting column (9).

The multifunctional deaerating device of vacuum degasser as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the top of the working box (1) is provided with a through groove in communication, and a ball group is rotatably fixed on the inner side wall of the through groove, the bottom end of the insert post (7) passes through the ball group and extends into the working box (1) to be rotatably attached to the outer side of the insert post (7) and tightly sleeved with a sealing layer, one side of the sealing layer is tightly attached to the inner top side wall of the working box, the multifunctional deaerating device further comprises two sets of fixing frames (36), one ends of the two sets of fixing frames (36) respectively pass through the left side wall and the right side wall of the buffer sleeve (14) and extend into the buffer sleeve (14) to be connected with the motor (6), the other ends of the two sets of fixing frames (36) are connected with the top.
