Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent dimming device for the outdoor indicator lamp provided by the invention comprises a microcontroller and a touch screen, wherein the microcontroller is electrically connected with the touch screen, an input end of the microcontroller is connected with an ambient light sensor and the touch screen, and an output end of the microcontroller is electrically connected with an indicator lamp dimming circuit through a photoelectric coupler.
The invention can automatically adjust the brightness according to the ambient light and automatically lower the brightness of the indicating lamp according to the operation signal of the user, and mainly comprises an ambient light detection circuit, a touch signal detection circuit and an indicating lamp dimming circuit, and the microcontroller can select a common singlechip.
(1) Ambient light detection circuit
The ambient light detection circuit mainly comprises an ambient light sensor and a single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer converts ambient light brightness into digital quantity by sampling a voltage output signal of the ambient light sensor.
(2) Touch signal detection circuit
The touch signal detection circuit mainly comprises a resistance touch screen or a capacitance touch screen and a singlechip, and when the touch screen detects a touch signal, the singlechip can receive the touch signal and judge whether a person operates.
(3) Light modulation circuit of indicator light
The indicating lamp dimming circuit mainly comprises a single chip microcomputer, a photoelectric coupler and an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube control circuit. The singlechip controls the on-off of the MOS tube through outputting a PWM signal and a photoelectric coupler, thereby realizing the dimming control of the indicator light. When the singlechip detects that someone operates, a set PWM signal is output, so that the indicator light is displayed at lower brightness; when the singlechip detects unmanned operation, the singlechip controls and outputs a corresponding PWM signal through the brightness value of the ambient light, and the function of automatically adjusting the brightness of the indicator lamp according to the ambient light is realized. In the system, the photoelectric coupler realizes the control of the low-voltage signal of the singlechip on the driving voltage (higher voltage, generally 12V) of the indicator lamp, and can also isolate the indicator lamp driving power supply from the singlechip system to avoid the singlechip from being interfered by the indicator lamp driving circuit.
The indicating lamp dimming circuit used in the intelligent dimming device of the outdoor indicating lamp can be a common anode driving circuit or a common cathode driving circuit.
Fig. 2 is a common anode driven automatic dimming circuit, in fig. 2, M1 is a PMOS transistor for controlling the switching of an LED driving power supply (in the figure, +12V), a gate (G) of M1 is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply through R1, and is connected to the anodes of three diodes D1, D2 and D3 through R2, and the cathodes of diodes D1, D2 and D3 and an LED indicator are respectively connected to driving signals of three LEDs of green, red and yellow; the source (S) of M1 is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the drain (D) of M1 is connected to the anode of the LED indicator light for driving the LED indicator light. In the figure, U1 is a photocoupler, the output collector (C) of U1 is connected to the source (S) of M1, and the output emitter (E) of U1 is connected to the gate (G) of M1.
When the singlechip does not apply a switching signal to the optocoupler U1, the ends C and E of the U1 are not conducted, at the moment, a power supply forms a loop through the R1 diode, the R2 diode, the D1 diode, the D2 diode and the D3 diode to a driving signal of the LED lamp, and when at least one path of the driving signal is low voltage, voltage drops are generated at two ends of the R1 diode, so that the PMOS tube M1 is conducted.
When the singlechip enables the optocoupler U1 to be switched on, the ends C and E of the optocoupler bypass the R1, the voltage at the two ends of the R1 is 0, and the PMOS tube M1 is cut off.
The singlechip applies PWM signals to the optocoupler, so that on-off control of the LED lamp is realized.
The common cathode control circuit and the common anode control circuit are different in that the MOS transistor used is an NMOS, and the control principle is the same as that of the common anode circuit, as shown in fig. 3. The common cathode driving circuit comprises an NMOS tube used for controlling the LED driving power switch, the grid (G) of the NMOS tube is connected to the negative electrode of a power supply through a resistor R1, and is connected to the cathodes of three diodes D1, D2 and D3 through a resistor R2, and the anodes of the diodes D1, D2, D3 and the LED indicator lamp are respectively connected with driving signals of three LEDs of green, red and yellow; the source electrode (S) of the NMOS tube is connected to the negative electrode of a power supply, and the drain electrode (D) of the NMOS tube is connected to the anode of the LED indicator lamp and used for driving the LED indicator lamp; an output collector (C) of the photoelectric coupler is connected to a grid electrode (G) of the NMOS tube, and an output emitter (E) of the photoelectric coupler is connected to a source electrode (S) of the NMOS tube.
According to the intelligent dimming device for the outdoor indicator lamp, when the microcontroller detects that the touch screen has the operation signal, the preset PWM signal is output, for example, the duty ratio of the preset PWM signal is 20%, so that the indicator lamp is displayed at a lower first brightness; when the microcontroller detects that the touch screen has no operation signal, the signal of the ambient light sensor is acquired and output, and the corresponding PWM signal is controlled and output through the ambient light brightness value, so that the indicator lamp displays with higher second brightness, and the output PWM signal corresponding to the second brightness and the ambient light brightness value are in positive correlation.
