one end of the micro booster pump is connected with the portable water storage device through a water supply pipeline, and the other end of the micro booster pump is connected with the pressure stabilizing container through a water outlet pipeline;
the return water regulating valve is arranged on the return water pipeline; one end of the water return pipeline is communicated with the water inlet pipeline, and the other end of the water return pipeline is communicated with the water outlet pipeline; the water return regulating valve is used for regulating water pressure provided by the micro booster pump to obtain a small-flow constant-pressure water head, so that the micro booster pump can convey the small-flow constant-pressure water head to the pressure stabilizing container through the water outlet pipeline;
one end of the pressure stabilizing container is connected with the micro booster pump through a water outlet pipeline; the other end is connected with a permeameter through a connecting pipeline; the pressure stabilizing container is provided with a pressure gauge, and the top of the pressure stabilizing container is provided with an exhaust pipe and an exhaust valve; the pressure stabilizing container is used for adjusting the pulsating water pressure in the water outlet pipeline.
6. The portable small-flow constant-pressure test water supply device as claimed in claim 3 or 5, wherein the water return regulating valve is also used for stepless regulation of water pressure provided by the micro booster pump.
