5. The clip assembly of claim 2, wherein each of the engaging lugs has a mounting hole, and the connecting member is a bolt assembly inserted into the corresponding mounting hole to connect the two engaging lugs.
6. The clip assembly of claim 1, wherein the installation monitor comprises:
a body portion sandwiched between the two clamp members;
