Each of the competing toys 20 is configured to run freely within the running space 12. Each of the play toys 20 has a body 21, a running device 22 and a play portion 23, and the running device 22 and the play portion 23 are provided on the body 21.
The driving space 12 has a narrowing opening 122 through which the fighting toy 20 can pass, and the driving space 12 is divided into two communicated fighting regions 123 by the narrowing opening 122. The two opposite inner walls of the narrow opening 122 are convex arc inner walls 1221 protruding towards each other, the connection between each convex arc inner wall 1221 and the inner wall of each adjacent fighting area 123 is in smooth transition connection, and the tangential direction of the connection is the driving direction of the fighting toy 20 at the connection.
The fighting parts 23 include attack parts 231 and attack parts 232, the shapes of the attack parts 231 on the different kinds of fighting toys 20 are different, the shapes of the attack parts 232 matched with the different attack parts 231 are also different, the attack part 231 on each of the fighting toys 20 can be matched with the attack part 232 on the other fighting toy 20, and after the attack part 231 of one of the fighting toys 20 is combined with the attack part 232 on the other fighting toy 20, the attack force is applied to the other fighting toy 20 through the attack part 232.
The attack portion 231 of the first fighting toy 200 is a scooping portion 2311, and the scooping portion 2311 has a scooping surface 23111 that gradually extends upward from front to back in the traveling direction of the fighting toy. The shoveling part 2311 is provided with a shin plate 2322 protruding outside the battle toy 20, the side surface of the shin plate 2322 forms a shoveling surface 23111, and the shin plate 2322 is provided with a receiving part 232 matched with the twisting part 2312.
The attack portion 231 of the second combat toy 300 is a twisting portion 2312, the twisting portion 2312 is rotatably disposed relative to the body 21, and the twisting portion 2312 may be a twisting claw. A concave plate 2323 is arranged below the twisting part 2312, the concave plate 2323 is a struck part 232 matched with the tilting part 2313, and a groove 23231 for the tilting part 2313 to extend into is formed in the concave plate 2323.
The attack portion 231 of the third fighting toy 400 is a tilting portion 2313, and the tilting portion 2313 swings up and down in a reciprocating manner relative to the body 21. The tilted portion 2313 is formed with a shoveled surface 2321, and the shoveled surface 2321 is the shoveled portion 232 and is matched with the shoveling portion 2311.
When the first, second and third fighting toys 200, 300, 400 are in fighting, the win and loss conditions are as follows:
when the first and third competing toys 200 and 400 meet, the shoveling surface 23111 of the first competing toy 200 cooperates with the shoveled surface 2321 of the third competing toy 400 to shovel the third competing toy 400 over, but the tilting portion 2313 of the third competing toy 400 cannot match with the struck portion 231 of the first competing toy 200, so that the first competing toy 200 grabs the third competing toy 400 and can win.
When the first and second fighting toys 200 and 300 meet, the wrenching portion 2312 of the second fighting toy 300 is matched with the shin plate 2322 on the first fighting toy 200 to turn the first fighting toy 200 over, and the shoveling portion 2311 of the first fighting toy 200 cannot be matched with the struck portion 231 of the second fighting toy 300, so that the second fighting toy 300 grabs the first fighting toy 200 and can win.
When the second and third competing toys 300 and 400 meet, the raised portion 2313 of the third competing toy 400 is matched with the recessed plate 2323 of the second competing toy 300 to raise the second competing toy 300, and the twisted portion 2312 of the second competing toy 300 cannot be matched with the struck portion 231 of the third competing toy 400, so that the third competing toy 400 grabs the second competing toy 300 and can win.
In summary, none of the three battle toys 20 is the strongest and invincible battle toy 20, and the battle toys are restrained from each other, so that the two battle toys 20 in battle are restrained to a great extent, thereby enhancing the interest of battle and having more skill.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, an interactive system for a battle toy according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a battle toy 20, the battle toy 20 has a body 21.
A battle tray 10 in which at least two fighting toys 20 are respectively implemented in the battle tray 10. That is, at least two of the competing toys 20 are respectively placed in the fighting tray 10, so that the two competing toys 20 perform the walking function and the competing function of each group.
The fight portion 23, in response to the selection and operation of the user, implements the fight toy 20 combined with the body 21 to have an attack and defense system. It is understood that the user can select different shapes of the fighting parts 23 to be combined with the body 21 to obtain the fighting toy 20 according to the requirement. And a running device 22 for driving the fighting toy 20 to run and activating an attack and defense system of the fighting part 23. The running device 22 includes a driving mechanism which drives the attack portion 231 of the play toy 20 to have an offensive character, for example, the play toy 20 travels to make the shovel portion 2311 offensive, and the play toy 20 rotates the twist portion 2312 relative to the main body 21 to have an offensive character.
And an arc-shaped wall 121 configured in the fighting tray 10 to guide the fighting toys 20 to smoothly travel in the fighting tray 10 and to improve the probability of the fighting toys 20 fighting each other. When at least two of the competing toys 20 walk in the fighting tray 10, the arc-shaped wall 121 of the fighting tray 10 is easily contacted, thereby walking along the arc-shaped wall 121. At this time, since at least two of the competing toys 20 are along the arc-shaped wall 121, they meet each other with a high probability, and thus the battle occurs.
In some embodiments, the battle portion 23 includes: attack unit 231, attack unit 232.
And the attack part 231 is used for attacking the opponent fighting toy 20 under the driving of the attack and defense system and carrying out matching comparison according to the contact position of the attack part 231 and the opponent fighting toy 20. Which position of the opponent's fighting toy 20 the attack part 231 comes into contact with is not controllable, so when the attack part 231 comes into contact with a certain position of the opponent's fighting toy 20, if it is exactly the contact position that is the attack part 232 and the attack part 231 are matched, the attack part 231 can successfully attack the attack part 232; if the contact position is not the matched attacked portion 232 or elsewhere in the vehicle body, the matching is not achieved, i.e., the attacking portion 231 cannot cause an effective attack on the other.
The attack part 232 is used for defending the attack of the attack part 231 of the opponent fighting toy 20 under the driving of the attack and defense system, and the contact position is the attack part 232. As can be seen from the above, when the attacking portion 231 is matched with the attacked portion 232, one of the competing toys 20 can flip over the other competing toy 20; when the attacking part 231 is not matched with the attacked part 232, the attacked part 232 can play a defense role, and the attacking part 231 of the opponent fighting toy 20 can be prevented from being knocked over.
When the attack section 231 matches the attack section 232, the attack section 231 attacks the attack section 232 effectively and turns over the battle toy 20 in which the attack section 232 is located.
In some embodiments, the interactive system for a play toy further comprises: at least one slot 122 is configured in the tray 10 to guide the opposing toys 20 to reverse travel at the slot 122 and to increase the chance that the opposing toys 20 will engage each other. Claims (15)
1. A fighting apparatus, comprising:
a combat tray, the combat tray comprising: the fence plate encloses a running space with an arc-shaped wall;
at least two competing toys, each of said competing toys being configured to freely travel within said travel space; each of the battle toys is provided with a body, a running device and a battle part, wherein the running device and the battle part are arranged on the body, and the shapes of the battle parts on the different kinds of battle toys are different.
2. The fighting equipment according to claim 1, wherein said fighting toy is provided with an anti-jamming structure to prevent jamming on said fighting plate during traveling.
3. The play apparatus of claim 2, wherein the anti-jamming structure comprises a nose and/or a front wheel provided at a front end of the play toy.
4. The fighting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein when said fighting toy is provided with said convex tip at a front end thereof, said convex tip is disposed biased to a left side or a right side of said fighting toy.
5. The fighting apparatus of claim 2 wherein said anti-jamming structure includes side guides and/or side wheels disposed on the sides of said fighting toy.
6. The fighting equipment according to claim 1, wherein said traveling space has at least one narrowing opening through which said fighting toys can pass, said traveling space being partitioned into at least two fighting zones communicating with each other by said narrowing opening, and a width of said narrowing opening is equal to or greater than a width of each of said fighting toys.
7. The fighting apparatus of claim 6 wherein the two inner walls opposite the narrowing opening are convex circular arc inner walls that project toward each other;
the connection part of each convex arc inner wall and the inner wall of each adjacent fighting area is in smooth transition connection, and the tangential direction of the connection part is the driving direction of the fighting toy at the position.
8. The fighting equipment of claim 6, wherein said fence panel comprises a plurality of assembled panels, and each two adjacent assembled panels are connected by an assembled buckle structure.
9. The fighting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the fighting section includes an attack section and a hit section,
the shapes of the attack parts on the different kinds of the battle toys are different, the shapes of the attack parts matched with the different attack parts are also different, the attack part on each battle toy can be matched with the attack parts on other battle toys, and after the attack part of one battle toy is combined with the attack part on the other battle toy, the attack force is applied to the other battle toy through the attack part.

The fighting equipment according to claim 9, wherein said attack part is fixedly provided on said body, and when said attack part on one of said fighting toys is engaged with said struck part on the other of said fighting toys, said attack part applies an acting force to said struck part of the other of said fighting toys by a traveling movement of said fighting toy in which said attack part is located, so as to knock down or flip over the other of said fighting toys; or,
attack portion movably set up in on the body, when one on the fight toy attack portion and another match on the fight toy attack portion when the cooperation of attack portion, attack portion is through self activity, to another the fight toy attack portion applys the effort to knock down or hit another the fight toy.
11. The fighting device of claim 9, wherein said attack section in said fighting device includes at least two of:
the shoveling part is provided with at least one shoveling surface which gradually extends upwards from front to back in the driving direction of the fighting toy;
the twisting part is rotatably arranged relative to the body;
and the tilting part swings up and down relative to the body.
12. The fighting device according to claim 11, wherein the struck portion that matches the scooping portion is a scooped surface that constitutes a bottom surface of the fighting toy, the scooped surface being formed on the fighting toy having the tilted portion;
the impact part matched with the twisting part is a shin plate protruding out of the battle toy, and the side surface of the shin plate forms the shoveling and impacting surface;
the impacted part matched with the warping part is a concave plate, a groove for the warping part to extend into is formed in the concave plate, and the concave plate is arranged below the twisting part;
