Background
The cup is a common container in daily life, because people continuously pursue the life quality, more and more things are added into water by people, so that a large amount of residues are left on the inner surface and the outer surface of the cup, especially additives with good adhesion effect are added, the cup is difficult to clean, and meanwhile, because the shape of the cup is special, the cup mouth is thin and the cup body is deep, so that the residues on the cup are difficult to clean; in the prior art, a cup washing machine is used for cleaning cups instead of hand washing, but the traditional cup washing machine has the defects of large water volume, unclean cleaning, needing cooperation of people when the cups are washed and the like.

the power system comprises a motor, a belt transmission mechanism and a cam mechanism; the motor comprises a first motor and a second motor, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the cam mechanism through a coupler, and an output shaft of the second motor is connected with the belt transmission mechanism.
As an improvement of the invention, the first motor is fixed on a fixed plate, the fixed plate is fixed on a base, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a coupler, the coupler is connected with a cam through a shaft, the cam is connected with a push rod shaft through line contact, the cam and the push rod shaft form a cam mechanism, the push rod shaft is sleeved with a first spring, the first spring is fixed between a support plate and the push rod shaft through a support plate on the fixed plate and the push rod shaft, and when the cam mechanism moves upwards, the spring is compressed to store elastic potential energy; the cam mechanism moves downwards, the spring realizes elastic deformation under the elastic force and the gravity of the spring to assist the cam mechanism to finish the downward movement, and the driving force can be saved.
As an improvement of the present invention, the belt transmission mechanism includes a small belt pulley, a belt, and a large belt pulley; the output shaft of the second motor is connected with a small belt wheel, the small belt wheel is connected with a large belt wheel through a belt, and the large belt wheel is connected with the push rod shaft through a key, so that the function of plane rotation of the push rod shaft is realized.
As an improvement of the invention, the actuating mechanism comprises a brush rod, and the push rod shaft is fixed on the brush rod of the actuating mechanism through a fixing bolt to perform the up-and-down driving function of the brush rod.
As an improvement of the invention, the actuating mechanism comprises a cleaning fluid containing barrel, the cleaning fluid containing barrel is provided with a brush rod and a brush plate, the brush rod is arranged on the push rod shaft, and the brush plate is fixed in the cleaning fluid containing barrel.
As an improvement of the invention, the bristles arranged on the brush bar and the bristles arranged on the brush plate are mutually staggered; the top of the brush rod is provided with a sponge.

Water flows into the control panel through the external water pipe, the control panel controls water to flow in and out through the infrared induction system receiving device, and the water is sprayed out through the small nozzle to form certain pressure water, so that the cleaning is facilitated.
As an improvement of the invention, in order to facilitate the outflow of the cleaning solution containing barrel water, the bottom of the cleaning solution containing barrel wall is provided with a small hole with a switch knob, the water in the barrel is discharged through the switch knob, and a built-in filter screen is arranged in the small hole.
As an improvement of the invention, the cleaning solution containing barrel is provided with a fixed clamp cup support, the fixed clamp cup support comprises a support rod and a clamp, the support rod is fixed at the bottom of the cleaning solution containing barrel, the support rod is provided with a threaded hole, and the clamp is fixed in the threaded hole of the support through an adjusting nut.

As an improvement of the invention, the support rod is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the vertical and horizontal positions of the clamp can be changed by changing the threaded holes fixed on the support rod, the clamp can be better adapted to more cup sizes, and the position of the clamp on the support rod and the action of fixing the clamp are adjusted by adjusting the nut.
As an improvement of the invention, the clamp comprises a movable joint, wherein a second spring is embedded in the movable joint; the clamp can automatically recover the original state by utilizing the elastic force of the spring, and the movable joint can adapt to more sizes, simultaneously save the labor intensity of people, and the cup can be automatically cleaned by directly clamping the cup.

referring to fig. 1-2, an automatic cup washing machine includes a power system and an actuating mechanism connected with the power system;
power system includes the motor, the motor includes first motor 13 and second motor 14, first motor 13 is fixed at fixed plate 2, fixed plate 2 is fixed on base 1, first motor 13 output shaft connects shaft coupling 12, shaft coupling 12 passes through shaft coupling output shaft 18 and connects cam 3, the cam passes through line contact and connects push rod shaft 4, first spring 5 is sheathe in on the push rod shaft 4, first spring passes through push rod shaft 4 and 2 last backup pad 6 compression first spring 5 of fixed plate, make first spring 5 realize elastic deformation at elasticity and the gravity of self and assist cam mechanism and accomplish the up-and-down motion, can save drive power. The push rod shaft is connected with a large belt wheel 17 through a key 20, and the push rod shaft 4 is fixed on a brush system of the actuating mechanism through a fixing bolt.
As shown in figure 3, the output shaft of the second motor 14 is connected with the small belt wheel 15, the small belt wheel is connected with the large belt wheel 17 through the belt 16, and the large belt wheel 17 is connected with the push rod shaft 4 through the key 20, so that the function of plane rotation of the push rod shaft 4 is realized.
As shown in figure 4, in the actuating mechanism of the automatic cup washing machine, a cleaning solution containing barrel 8 and a base 1 are both made of plastic through die casting, the cleaning solution containing barrel 8 is provided with a brush rod 10 and a brush plate 9, the brush rod 10 is installed on a push rod shaft 4, and the brush plate 9 is fixed in the cleaning solution containing barrel 8. In order to adapt to brushing cups with different calibers, the brush bristles of the brush rod 10 and the brush plate 9 are made in a mutually staggered way. The top of the brush stick 10 is provided with a sponge 11 to clean the bottom of the cup. The whole brush system is arranged on the push rod shaft 4, and the push rod shaft 4 and the bottom of the liquid containing barrel are provided with rubber sealing gaskets 7 to prevent water seepage.
Referring to fig. 5, the infrared induction system 21 of the automatic cup washing machine comprises an infrared induction system transmitting device and an infrared induction system receiving device, the infrared induction system receiving device is installed on the wall of the cleaning liquid containing barrel, the infrared induction system transmitting device is installed on the brush rod, and the infrared induction system receiving device is connected with a spraying control system installed on the wall of the cleaning liquid containing barrel.
The infrared induction system controls the spraying system 22 to spray cleaning liquid when the push rod shaft 4 moves to the highest position, and the cleaning liquid is periodically sprayed along with the movement of the cam mechanism; in order to achieve better spraying effect, the left cleaning liquid containing barrel 8 and the right cleaning liquid containing barrel 8 are respectively provided with one spraying system, the spraying system is externally connected with a water pipe 31, a small hole is formed in the bottom of each cleaning liquid containing barrel so as to facilitate the water flowing out of the cleaning liquid containing barrels, the water in each cleaning liquid containing barrel is discharged through a switch knob 19, and meanwhile, a built-in filter screen is arranged in each small hole.
The spraying control system comprises an external water pipe 31, a control panel 27 connected with the external water pipe 31 and a small nozzle 23 arranged on the control panel 27. Water flows into the control panel 27 through the external water pipe 31, the control panel 27 controls the water to flow in and out through the infrared induction system receiving device, and the water is sprayed out through the small nozzle to form certain pressure water, so that the cleaning is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 6, a fixed clamp cup holder is arranged in a cleaning liquid containing barrel 8 of the automatic cup washing machine, the fixed clamp cup holder comprises a support rod 26 and a clamp 24, the support rod 26 is fixed at the bottom of the cleaning liquid containing barrel 8, a threaded hole is formed in the support rod 26, and the clamp 24 is fixed in the threaded hole of the holder through an adjusting nut 25; the supporting rod 26 can be provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the vertical and horizontal positions of the clamp can be changed by changing the threaded holes fixed on the supporting rod, the size of more cups can be better adapted, and the position of the clamp on the supporting rod and the action of fixing the clamp can be adjusted by adjusting the nut; the spongy cushion 30 is a clamp, the inner surface of the clamp contacts with the cup body to prevent the cup body from being scratched, the second spring 29 is embedded into the clamp, the original state can be automatically recovered by utilizing the elastic force of the spring, the movable joint 28 is added, the cup can adapt to more sizes, the labor intensity of people can be saved, the cup can be automatically cleaned when being directly clamped on the upper surface of the cup, and the labor intensity of people is saved.
