1. A portable water-saving hand washer is characterized in that: the washing device comprises a shell, a base arranged below the shell, an upper cover body and a hand washing part which are arranged in the shell along the vertical direction, and a lifting pipe positioned below the hand washing part; a partition plate is fixedly connected between the shell and the base; a first spring is arranged between the hand washing part and the partition plate; the lower end of the hand washing part is provided with a first piston rod; a second piston rod is arranged on one side of the upper cover body; the first piston rod and the second piston rod are respectively connected with the lifting pipe in a sealing and sliding manner; the first piston rod and the second piston rod move in the same direction; the elevator tube may be fixed or move up and down relative to the housing; when the position of the elevator tube relative to the housing is fixed, the first piston rod moves downwards to pass through the elevator tube so that the second piston rod moves downwards, and the moving distance of the second piston rod is larger than that of the first piston rod;
the lifting pipe comprises a first cylinder body and a second cylinder body which are vertically arranged; the first cylinder body is connected with the first piston rod in a sliding mode, and the second cylinder body is connected with the second piston rod in a sliding mode; the lower end of the first cylinder body is closed; the upper end of the second cylinder body is sealed; the lower part of the first cylinder body is communicated with the upper part of the second cylinder body; when the hand washing part moves downwards, under the action of the first piston rod, gas or liquid in the first cylinder body enters the upper part of the second cylinder body and pushes the second piston rod to move downwards;
a switching component for switching the lifting pipe to be fixed or move up and down is arranged outside the shell; the switching assembly comprises a mounting cover fixedly connected to the outer wall of the shell; the second cylinder body is positioned in the mounting cover; a positioning shifting sheet is formed on the outer wall of the second cylinder body; a positioning opening is formed in the upper part of the mounting cover; the outer wall of the mounting cover is rotatably connected with a rotating block; a positioning block for positioning the positioning shifting piece is formed at the position, corresponding to the positioning opening, of the rotating block; a vertically arranged guide strip is formed on the outer wall of the mounting cover; the outer wall of the mounting cover is connected with a sliding block in a sliding manner; a guide groove in sliding connection with the guide strip is formed in the sliding block; a sliding groove is formed in the lower part of the rotating block; and a sliding rod connected with the sliding groove in a sliding manner is formed at the end part of the sliding block.

A portable water saving hand washer according to claim 1 wherein: the hand washing part is coaxially provided with a water collecting tank and a rotating disc; the rotating disc is rotatably connected in the water collecting tank; a vertical pipe is fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the base; a guide column inserted in the vertical tube is formed in the center of the lower end of the rotating disc; a guide thread is formed on the outer side of the upper part of the guide column; a guide head which is in sliding connection with the guide thread is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the vertical pipe close to the upper end; a sleeve pipe sleeved outside the vertical pipe is formed at the lower end of the water collecting tank; the first spring is fixedly connected to the lower end of the water collecting tank.

the upper cover body is hollow; the second piston rod is provided with a communicating hole communicated with the inner cavity of the upper cover body; the lower end of the second piston rod is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe; a corrugated pipe is fixedly connected between the connecting pipe and the water outlet pipe; and a plurality of spray heads facing the rotating disc are formed on the lower bottom surface of the upper cover body.
4. A portable water saving hand washer according to claim 3 wherein: a guide pipe is fixedly connected to the partition plate below the lifting pipe; and a second spring is arranged in the guide pipe.
