底板1下端设置有用于方便净化器移动的减震移动机构3;净化器壳体2设置在底板1上,净化器壳体2前端和上端分别设置有进风口201和出风口202,净化器壳体2后端设置有用于推动净化器的推把4;控制面板5和显示屏6设置在净化器壳体2前端;隔板7水平设置在净化器壳体2内,隔板7上设置有透气孔71;进风口过滤网8和除尘过滤网9均设置在净化器壳体2内且连接在隔板7下端;风机10设置在净化器壳体2内,风机10进气端朝向进风口201,其出气端朝向透气孔71;空气净化箱11设置在净化器壳体2内且位于隔板7上方;紫外灭菌灯12设置在净化器壳体2内侧壁上;出风口过滤网15设置在净化器壳体2内且位于出风口202正下方;过滤网安装座19上设置有用于放置过滤网的过滤网安装槽191和过滤通孔192;过滤网安装槽191槽底设置有固定安装孔193;环形固定压板20通过固定螺栓将各类过滤网固定安装在过滤网安装座19上。
本实用新型中,通过底板1下端设置的减震移动机构3方便空气净化器的移动,同时降低外界震动对空气净化器内部结构和零部件的影响,确保净化器内部结构和零部件的稳定,以提高净化器的使用性能和寿命;空气通过进风口201进入净化器内,通过进风口过滤网8和除尘过滤网9对空气进行初步除尘过滤,在风机10的作用下空气进入到空气净化箱11内,通过空气净化箱11内设置的多种净化过滤装置对空气进行进一步进化过滤,随后通过紫外灭菌灯12的消毒灭菌提高空气净化质量,净化后的洁净空气通过出风口202排出净化器;净化器内的过滤网均通过环形固定压板20可拆卸连接在过滤网安装座19上,且过滤网安装座19滑动插设在空气净化器内,可以方便的对各类过滤网进行拆装和更换,确保空气净化效果。本实用新型移动方便,净化器内部结构和零部件的稳定,净化过滤网拆装更换方便,有效净化器使用性能和寿命。
在一个可选的实施例中,减震移动机构3包括连接架31、万向轮32和连接杆34;连接架31设置在底板1下端;万向轮32通过连接杆34与连接架31相连,连接杆34外周套设有减震弹簧35,减震弹簧35两端分别连接在万向轮32和连接架31上。
需要说明的是,通过设置万向轮32方便净化器的移动,万向轮32上通过连接杆34和减震弹簧35与连接架31相连,有效降低净化器在移动过程中受到的震动影响,确保净化器内部结构和零部件的稳定,有效确保净化器的使用性能和寿命。
在一个可选的实施例中,连接架31下端设置有可调节高度的支撑底脚33,支撑底脚33数量与万向轮32相同。
需要说明的是,万向轮32用于方便净化器的移动,支撑底脚33的设置提高净化器在静止使用时的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,净化器壳体2内设置有透气栅格板13,透气栅格板13设置在空气净化箱11上方,透气栅格板13上设置有用于存放空气消毒液的消毒液盒14。
需要说明的是,透气栅格板13确保空气正常流通,通过设置消毒液盒14来存放消毒液对空气进行消毒净化,提高净化器对空气的净化效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,消毒液盒14内的消毒液为酒精或双氧水,消毒液盒14内设置有用于消毒液雾化的超声波雾化片。
需要说明的是,消毒液盒14内存放消毒液对空气进行消毒,酒精或双氧水都具有一定的消毒效果而不影响人体健康,超声波雾化片的设置有效将消毒液进行雾化与空气混合,提高消毒效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,空气净化箱11内自下而上分别设置有VOC过滤网16、主过滤网17和活性炭过滤网18。
需要说明的是,通过在空气净化箱11内设置有多种过滤网以过滤空气中的灰尘杂物和有害气体,有效提高对空气净化质量。
在一个可选的实施例中,净化器壳体2内设置有负离子发生器21。
需要说明的是,通过在净化器壳体2内设置负离子发生器21,有效对空气中的有害气体进行消除,提高空气净化效果。

底板(1)下端设置有用于方便净化器移动的减震移动机构(3);净化器壳体(2)设置在底板(1)上,净化器壳体(2)前端和上端分别设置有进风口(201)和出风口(202),净化器壳体(2)后端设置有用于推动净化器的推把(4);控制面板(5)和显示屏(6)设置在净化器壳体(2)前端;隔板(7)水平设置在净化器壳体(2)内,隔板(7)上设置有透气孔(71);进风口过滤网(8)和除尘过滤网(9)均设置在净化器壳体(2)内且连接在隔板(7)下端;风机(10)设置在净化器壳体(2)内,风机(10)进气端朝向进风口(201),其出气端朝向透气孔(71);空气净化箱(11)设置在净化器壳体(2)内且位于隔板(7)上方;紫外灭菌灯(12)设置在净化器壳体(2)内侧壁上;出风口过滤网(15)设置在净化器壳体(2)内且位于出风口(202)正下方;过滤网安装座(19)上设置有用于放置过滤网的过滤网安装槽(191)和过滤通孔(192);过滤网安装槽(191)槽底设置有固定安装孔(193);环形固定压板(20)通过固定螺栓将各类过滤网固定安装在过滤网安装座(19)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,减震移动机构(3)包括连接架(31)、万向轮(32)和连接杆(34);连接架(31)设置在底板(1)下端;万向轮(32)通过连接杆(34)与连接架(31)相连,连接杆(34)外周套设有减震弹簧(35),减震弹簧(35)两端分别连接在万向轮(32)和连接架(31)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,连接架(31)下端设置有可调节高度的支撑底脚(33),支撑底脚(33)数量与万向轮(32)相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,净化器壳体(2)内设置有透气栅格板(13),透气栅格板(13)设置在空气净化箱(11)上方,透气栅格板(13)上设置有用于存放空气消毒液的消毒液盒(14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,消毒液盒(14)内的消毒液为酒精或双氧水,消毒液盒(14)内设置有用于消毒液雾化的超声波雾化片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,空气净化箱(11)内自下而上分别设置有VOC过滤网(16)、主过滤网(17)和活性炭过滤网(18)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种超净杀菌空气净化器,其特征在于,净化器壳体(2)内设置有负离子发生器(21)。
