The pancake machine of claim 1, comprising: the heat exchange device is provided with a first channel and a second channel which are distributed in a winding and bending way; the first channel is connected with the suction pipeline; and a medium for utilizing waste heat is arranged in the second channel.
4. The battercake maker of claim 3, wherein the second channel and the first channel are two independent heat exchange tubes that are wound side-by-side and distributed in a serpentine shape.

The battercake maker of claim 3, wherein the second channel and the first channel are one integrated heat exchange tube having a central tube and an annular tube circumferentially disposed along the central tube, wherein either of the central tube and the annular tube forms the first channel and the other forms the second channel.
6. The pancake machine according to any one of claims 1-5 comprising: the automatic blanking device, the rotary heating device and the automatic scraper device;
the automatic blanking device is used for throwing slurry into the rotary heating device;
the automatic scraper device is used for uniformly flattening the slurry on the rotary heating device.
7. The pancake machine of claim 6 wherein the automatic blanking device comprises: a blanking funnel and an air pump assembly;
the air pump assembly is communicated with the blanking funnel;
and the discharge hole of the blanking funnel is positioned above the rotary heating device.
8. The pancake machine of claim 6 wherein the rotary heating device comprises: the device comprises a griddle plate, a rotary driving mechanism and a heating cover;
the griddle plate is arranged on the rotary driving mechanism;
the heating cover is movably arranged above the griddle plate and is matched with the griddle plate to realize double-sided heating.
9. The pancake machine of claim 8 wherein the automatic scraper assembly comprises: a spreading scraper and a lifting driving mechanism;
the spreading scraper is positioned above the griddle plate;
the lifting driving mechanism is used for driving the material spreading scraper to move up and down above the griddle plate.
