And it will be appreciated that the ticket is paper, the dispensing mechanism 10 of the present application can also be used to process other types of paper items made of paper materials, such as cards or banknotes.
Meanwhile, the carrier 11 in the present application is used for carrying and installing the ticket box 12, the pre-rubbing assembly 13 and the first-level sorting assembly 14, and therefore it is understood that the carrier 11 may be a rack or a chassis as long as it can provide an installation position for the dispenser 10 and install and fix various components of the dispenser 10, and the form of the carrier 11 is not particularly limited.
In this application, "one-level paging subassembly 14 is located" rub the top of subassembly 13 in advance "" rubsubassembly 13 butt in "top" and "lower surface" in the lower surface "of bill do not confine to" top "or" lower surface "on the vertical direction, can understand that one-level paging subassembly 14 is relative with rubbing subassembly 13 in advance and be set up to just right each other, one-level paging subassembly 14 also can be in the left side or the right side of rubbing subassembly 13 in advance promptly, and just to rubbing subassembly 13 in advance, the same" lower surface "of bill can be understood as the relative two surperficial wherein one side of bill, the utility model discloses" upper and lower, left and right "that appear also refer to the preceding expression, do not detailed description here.
Particularly, the whole of drawing a bill box 12 is the rectangle setting in this application, by the sheet metal material through the technology shaping such as punching press and bending, drawing a bill box 12 is formed with the chamber 12a that accomodates that a rectangle set up, should accomodate the size of chamber 12a and the bill size that will accomodate is the same, drawing a bill mouth 12b that is used for drawing a bill is seted up to the lower part of drawing a bill box 12, the chamber bottom wall of accomodating chamber 12a has still been seted up simultaneously and has been dodged the mouth, after the subassembly 13 that rubs in advance is connected in bearing spare 11, through this dodge the mouth, the subassembly 13 part that rubs in advance stretches into and accomodates in the. After the bills are stacked in the storage cavity 12a, the bill located at the lowermost position abuts against the surface of the pre-rubbing component 13, so that the pre-rubbing component 13 moves along one side of the bill outlet 12b, and the bills can be rubbed to one side of the bill outlet 12 b. Specifically, the pre-rubbing assembly 13 includes a pre-rubbing wheel 131, the pre-rubbing wheel 131 is rotatably connected to the bearing member 11, a portion of the pre-rubbing wheel 131 extends into the accommodating cavity, the pre-rubbing wheel 131 is made of a material with a certain friction coefficient, and when the ticket abuts against the surface of the pre-rubbing wheel 131, the pre-rubbing wheel 131 is driven by the motor to rotate, so as to rub the ticket to one side of the ticket outlet 12 b.
After the bill is rubbed out by ticket outlet 12b, in order to realize handling overlapping bill pagination, in this application one-level paging subassembly 14 including connect in hold piece 11 at least one paging piece 141 and support piece 143, paging piece 141 is at least partially located the top of rubbing subassembly 13 in advance, support piece 143 is located paging piece 141's below, and laminate in the lower surface of bill, paging piece 141 can butt in the upper surface of bill, in order to provide with the opposite frictional force of bill direction of motion.
Referring to fig. 2, the paging block 141 is also made of a material with a certain friction coefficient, such as silicon gel or plastic, the paging block 141 is partially located above the pre-rubbing wheel 131 and is arranged in a triangle shape as a whole, the supporting member 143 is located below the paging block 141, and a gap is formed with the paging block 141, and the size of the gap only satisfies that a single bill can pass through. When the paging block 141 is connected to the carrier 11, the inclined edge of the paging block inclines towards the side away from the bill outlet 12b to form a guide surface 1411 and an abutting surface 1412, after the bill extends from the bill outlet 12b, the bill moves towards the paging block 141, the bills are in contact with the paging block 141, the guide surface 1411 gradually presses the bills towards the support 143, only one bill can pass through the gap between the paging block 141 and the support 143, so the bill close to the support 143 continues to move between the gap under the twisting action of the pre-twisting wheel 131, the overlapped bill away from the support 143 abuts against the abutting surface 1412 of the paging block 141, the abutting surface 1412 provides a reverse friction force to prevent further movement, and thus the overlapped bills can be gradually separated, and the overlapped bills can be paged more effectively.
Meanwhile, in the present application, the guide surface 1411 and the abutting surface 1412 are in a circular arc transition, so that the overlapping note is prevented from being marked by the action of the paging block 141, and the integrity of the next note issued by the issuing mechanism 10 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, the first-level paging assembly 14 further includes an elastic member 142, the paging block 141 is connected to the carrier 11 through the elastic member 142, and the elastic member 142 provides an elastic force to make the paging block 141 abut against the upper surface of the bill.
In an embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 142 is an elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is made of a metal material, and has a small thickness and a certain elastic deformation capability, and the paging block 141 is connected to the supporting member 11 through the elastic sheet. When the bill is gradually pressed on the supporting piece 143 by the guiding function of the guiding surface 1411, the bill applies a reverse acting force to the paging block 141, and at the same time, the elastic sheet is elastically deformed, so that the gap between the paging block 141 and the supporting piece 143 is enlarged, and meanwhile, the elastic force provided by the elastic sheet counteracts the bill. The bill near the supporting member 143 can pass through the gap between the paging block 141 and the supporting member 143 more easily, while the overlapped bill far from the supporting member 143 is abutted further by the counterforce of the elastic sheet, and the bill drawing and paging effects of the dispenser mechanism 10 are improved.
The elastic member 142 is used to provide an elastic force to the paging block 141, so that the paging block 141 has a certain displacement when abutting against the bill, therefore, it can be understood that the elastic member 142 can also be a spring or a connector made of an elastic material, and the paging block 141 is connected to the carrier 11 through the spring or the connector made of an elastic material, which can also achieve the effect of improving the ticket drawing and paging of the dispenser 10.
In an embodiment of the present application, the one-level paging component 14 has two paging blocks 141, and the two paging blocks 141 are disposed at intervals along a direction perpendicular to a movement direction of the bill, so that two sides of the bill can abut against the two paging blocks 141, and the stress of the bill is uniform, thereby preventing the bill from wrinkling. The number of the paging blocks 141 may be specifically set according to the size of the bill, and is not specifically limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, further, in order to improve the paging effect of the issuing mechanism 10, the issuing mechanism 10 further includes a secondary paging component 15, where the secondary paging component 15 is disposed on a side of the first paging block 141 facing away from the ticket drawing box 12, and is used to page the tickets for the second time.
Specifically, the two-stage paging assembly 15 includes a ticket blocking wheel 151 and a paper twisting wheel 152 which are disposed opposite to each other, the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the paper twisting wheel 152 are rotatably connected to the bearing member 11 and located on a side of the paging block 141 facing away from the ticket outlet 12b, the paper twisting wheel 152 and the ticket blocking wheel 151 are rotatable relative to each other, and a rotation speed of the ticket blocking wheel 151 is less than a rotation speed of the paper twisting wheel 152, i.e., a speed difference exists between the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the paper twisting wheel 152. Therefore, when the bills pass through the gap between the paper rolling wheel 152 and the bill blocking wheel 151, the bills positioned at the lowest part are abutted with the paper rolling wheel 152, the bills positioned at the upper part are abutted with the bill blocking wheel 151, and the movement speeds of the bills are different due to the speed difference between the bill blocking wheel 151 and the paper rolling wheel 152. In an embodiment of the present application, the speed of the bill blocking wheel 151 tends to zero under the driving of the bill, so the bill in contact with the bill blocking wheel 151 is not applied with the driving force toward one side of the bill drawing direction, and is prevented from drawing the bill, and the bill in contact with the paper twisting wheel 152 is twisted out due to the direct contact with the bill twisting wheel 152, so as to separate the plurality of bills, thereby realizing the secondary paging of the plurality of bills.
It should be noted that in this application, "the rotation speed of the pickup roller 152 is greater than the rotation speed of the ticket blocking roller 151" means that the pickup roller 152 and the ticket blocking roller 151 rotate under the driving of the motor, and the rotation speed of the pickup roller 152 is greater than the rotation speed of the ticket blocking roller 151; or the paper roller 152 is driven by the motor to rotate, and the ticket blocking wheel 151 is in a static state; or, the rotation friction force between the paper rolling wheel 152 and the bearing member 11 is smaller than the rotation friction force between the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the bearing member 11, so that the paper rolling wheel 152 and the ticket blocking wheel 151 form a speed difference when the ticket passes through.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present application, the ticket blocking wheel 151 includes a ticket blocking wheel body 1511, a rotating shaft 1512 and a torsion spring 1513, the rotating shaft 1512 is connected to the bearing 11, the torsion spring 1513 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 1512, and the ticket blocking wheel body 1511 is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft 1512 and connected to the torsion spring 1513. Specifically, when the bill passes through the gap between the bill blocking wheel 151 and the paper twisting wheel 152, the bill is abutted to the bill blocking wheel body 1511, and under the twisting action of the bill, the bill blocking wheel body 1511 can rotate along the movement direction of the bill, and because the bill blocking wheel body 1511 is connected with the torsion spring 1513, the torsion spring 1513 is driven to deform slightly after the bill blocking wheel body 1511 rotates, in particular, the cross section of the torsion spring 1513 in the application is rectangular, and the inner diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 1512, so that the friction force between the torsion spring 1513 and the rotating shaft can be increased after the torsion spring 1513 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 1512, and at the moment, the bill blocking wheel body 1511 is prevented from rotating or has a small rotating speed but not in a static rotating state, and the service life of the bill blocking wheel 151 can be prolonged while paging is realized. Meanwhile, the ticket blocking wheel 151 is arranged in such a way, so that the paging effect of the tickets is better, and the ticket issuing effect of the issuing mechanism 10 is improved.
