Referring to fig. 7 again, the dispenser mechanism 10 further includes a secondary paging component 15, the secondary paging component 15 is disposed on a side of the primary paging component 14 away from the ticket outlet box 12, the secondary paging component 15 includes a ticket blocking wheel 151 and a driving wheel 152 which are disposed at an interval from top to bottom, the driving wheel 152 is rotatably connected to the bearing component 11 and abuts against a lower surface of the ticket, the ticket blocking wheel 151 is rotatably connected to the bearing component 11 and abuts against an upper surface of the ticket, and a rotation speed of the driving wheel 152 is greater than a rotation speed of the ticket blocking wheel 151.
Specifically, the two-stage paging assembly 15 includes a ticket blocking wheel 151 and a paper twisting wheel 13 which are arranged oppositely up and down, the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the paper twisting wheel 13 are rotatably connected to the bearing member 11 and are located on one side of the paging block 141 away from the ticket outlet 12b, the paper twisting wheel 13 and the ticket blocking wheel 151 can rotate relatively to each other, and the rotation speed of the ticket blocking wheel 151 is less than that of the paper twisting wheel 13, that is, a speed difference exists between the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the paper twisting wheel 13. Therefore, when the bills pass through the gaps between the bill blocking wheels 151 and the paper rolling wheels 13, the bills positioned at the lowest part are abutted to the bill blocking wheels 13, the bills positioned at the upper part are abutted to the bill blocking wheels 151, the speed difference between the bill blocking wheels 151 and the paper rolling wheels 13 ensures that the moving speeds of a plurality of bills are different, and the speed of the bill blocking wheels 13 is greater than that of the bill blocking wheels 151, so that the passing of the bills at the lowest part can be accelerated, and then the bills are separated, and the secondary paging of the bills is realized.
It should be noted that, in the present application, "the rotation speed of the driving wheel 152 is greater than the rotation speed of the ticket barrier wheel 151" means that the driving wheel 152 and the ticket barrier wheel 151 rotate under the driving of the motor, and the rotation speed of the driving wheel 152 is greater than the rotation speed of the ticket barrier wheel 151; or the driving wheel 152 is driven by the motor to rotate, and the ticket blocking wheel 151 is in a static state; or, the rotation friction force between the driving wheel 152 and the carrier 11 is smaller than the rotation friction force between the ticket blocking wheel 151 and the carrier 11, so that a speed difference is formed between the driving wheel 152 and the ticket blocking wheel 151 when the ticket passes through.
Please refer to fig. 8 and fig. 9 in combination, the present invention further provides a bill handling apparatus 1, where the bill handling apparatus 1 includes an issuing mechanism 10, a recycling mechanism 20 and a ticket transporting mechanism 30, and the specific structure of the issuing mechanism 10 refers to the above embodiments, and since the bill handling apparatus 1 adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the bill handling apparatus at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and no further description is provided herein. The bill processing device 1 is provided with a bill passageway 1a, and the bill transportation mechanism 30 moves among the collection mechanism 20, the issuing mechanism 10 and the bill passageway 1a to transport the bills in the bill passageway 1a to the collection mechanism 20 or transport the bills in the issuing mechanism 10 to the bill passageway 1 a.

Claims (10)

1. A dispensing mechanism, comprising:
a carrier;
the ticket drawing box is connected to the bearing piece and is provided with a containing cavity for containing tickets and a ticket drawing port communicated with the containing cavity;
the paper rolling wheel is arranged on the bearing piece, at least part of the paper rolling wheel extends into the containing cavity, and the paper rolling wheel abuts against the lower surface of the bill and can move relative to the bill drawing box so as to roll the bill to one side of the bill drawing opening;
the paper pressing component is connected with the bearing piece and is arranged right above the paper rolling wheel, and the paper pressing component is abutted against the upper surface of the bill and used for providing positive pressure to press the bill on the paper rolling wheel.

The dispenser mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paper pressing member includes an elastic member and an abutting member, the elastic member is disposed on the supporting member and connected to the abutting member, and the elastic member provides an elastic force to abut the abutting member against the upper surface of the bill.

The dispenser mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the propping member comprises at least one swing rod and a pressing shaft, a waist-shaped hole and a limiting hole are formed in the side surface of the ticket box and penetrate through the opposite two sides of the ticket box, the waist-shaped hole extends along the movement direction of the ticket, and the limiting hole extends along the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the ticket and is positioned above the paper pickup wheel;
the swing rod is connected to the elastic piece, one end of the swing rod is sleeved in the waist-shaped hole, the pressing shaft is arranged in the containing cavity and is connected to the end part of the swing rod, deviating from the waist-shaped hole, through the limiting hole;
the elastic piece provides elasticity so that the oscillating bar drives the pressing shaft to abut against the upper surface of the bill.

The dispenser mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the abutting member further comprises a rolling member, the rolling member is rotatably connected to an end portion of the swing rod away from the pressing shaft, and the rolling member is accommodated in the kidney-shaped hole and can move in the kidney-shaped hole to enable the pressing shaft to approach or separate from the pickup roller.
5. The dispenser mechanism as recited in claim 4, further comprising a guide assembly connecting the ticket ejector cartridge and the platen roller, the guide assembly being configured to guide the platen roller toward a side of the pickup roller.
6. The dispenser mechanism as claimed in claim 5, wherein the guide assembly includes a rack and a gear, the rack is connected to the ticket box and extends along a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the ticket, and the gear is rotatably sleeved on the pressing shaft and meshed with the rack; or the like, or, alternatively,
the guide assembly comprises a sliding rail and a sliding groove, the sliding rail is connected to the ticket outlet box and extends in the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the tickets, and the sliding groove is rotatably sleeved on the pressing shaft.

The dispenser mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a first-level paging component connected to the carrier and located on a side of the ticket outlet facing away from the receiving cavity, the first-level paging component being located above the pickup roller, the first-level paging component abutting against an upper surface of the ticket when the ticket is extended from the side of the ticket outlet.

The dispensing mechanism of claim 7 wherein the primary sorting assembly includes at least one sorting block attached to the carrier and a support member, the sorting block being at least partially positioned above the pickup roller, the support member being positioned below the sorting block and abutting a lower surface of the note, the sorting block abutting an upper surface of the note to provide a frictional force opposing a direction of movement of the note.

The dispenser mechanism according to claim 7, further comprising a second-level paging component, wherein the second-level paging component is disposed on a side of the first-level paging component facing away from the ticket output box, the second-level paging component includes a ticket blocking wheel and a driving wheel spaced from each other up and down, the driving wheel is rotatably connected to the supporting component and abuts against a lower surface of the ticket, the ticket blocking wheel is rotatably connected to the supporting component and abuts against an upper surface of the ticket, and a rotation speed of the driving wheel is greater than a rotation speed of the ticket blocking wheel.
10. A note handling apparatus comprising a recycling mechanism, a dispensing mechanism and a ticket delivery mechanism, the dispensing mechanism being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
