5. The outdoor unit of claim 1 or 4, wherein at least one side edge of each of the mounting plates (20) is provided with a bending structure (21) for guiding.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 1, further comprising a blower fan (40), wherein the blower fan (40) is disposed in the receiving space of the outdoor unit casing.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (20) provided with the outlet opening (30) is located on a top surface of the outdoor unit casing.
8. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (20) provided with the outlet opening (30) is located on a front wall surface of the outdoor unit casing.
9. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (20) provided with the outlet opening (30) is located on a rear wall surface of the outdoor unit casing.
10. An air conditioner comprising the outdoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
