The roller chain conveyor line according to claim 1, wherein the tensioning device includes a vertically arranged support arm, two obliquely arranged swing arms, and two limit groove bars; a bearing is connected between the front ends of the two swing arms, a tension wheel used for tensioning the roller chain is arranged on the bearing, a rotating shaft is arranged between the rear ends of the two swing arms, an arc-shaped notch is formed on the rear side wall of the middle part of the supporting arm, the rotating shaft is clamped on the arc-shaped notch, and the swing arms can swing around the arc-shaped notch in a reciprocating manner; the front end of the swing arm is provided with a limiting hole, the limiting groove strip is movably arranged in the limiting hole, the bottom of the limiting groove strip is hinged with the bottom of the supporting arm, and the top of the limiting groove strip extends upwards and is arranged in an arc shape in an empty mode; the middle part of swing arm is provided with first fixed block, the second fixed block has been arranged to the bottom of support arm, first fixed block with be connected with first elasticity post between the second fixed block.

The roller chain conveying line according to claim 3, wherein first stopper blocks are respectively disposed on both side walls of the support arm, the first stopper blocks being disposed above the swing arm; and second limiting blocks are respectively arranged on the two side walls of the supporting arm and are arranged below the swing arm.

The roller chain conveying line according to claim 4, wherein a lower portion of the first stopper has a first abutting surface disposed toward the swing arm, the first abutting surface being disposed obliquely, a lower portion of the second stopper has a second abutting surface disposed toward the swing arm, the second abutting surface being disposed obliquely; when the swing arm abuts against the first abutting surface, the inclination angle of the swing arm is consistent with that of the first abutting surface, and when the swing arm abuts against the second abutting surface, the inclination angle of the swing arm is consistent with that of the second abutting surface.

The roller chain conveyor line according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the conveyor section bar has a rectangular cavity in the middle, an upper mounting hole is formed right above the rectangular cavity, a lower mounting hole is formed right below the rectangular cavity, and the rectangular cavity, the upper mounting hole and the lower mounting hole all penetrate through the conveyor section bar in the radial direction.

The roller chain conveyor line according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein, along the length direction of the conveying profile, protruding strips are protruded on two side walls of the first through cavity and on two side walls of the second through cavity in a flush opposite arrangement, a first conveying passage for conveying the roller chain is formed between the two protruding strips of the first through cavity, a second conveying passage for conveying the roller chain is formed between the two protruding strips of the second through cavity, and a first friction cover plate is sleeved on the protruding strips.
