Background
The appearance of the product is formed by commodity packaging, which is a necessary operation rule for commercial activities in modern society, and the product is wrapped on the commodity by matching with advertisement design according to the characteristics, the size and other factors of the product in various industries.
In daily life, there are many small-sized commodities, which need to be separately packaged in a container, so that consumers can sequentially unseal and use the small-sized commodities, such as oral pastilles, button batteries, and the like, which are roughly similar to thumb-sized commodities, a multi-chamber blister type container is provided, and each chamber is sealed in a film sealing manner, generally, various easily-broken materials are used for the film sealing, such as oral medicine packaging, and aluminum-filled film packaging is used.
Therefore, when the aluminum foil is manufactured, commodity marks or names, product components, warning words or use instructions and the like are printed on the aluminum foil. Although these methods can be easily seen by users, the descriptions of some products cannot be too obvious because the using method is to rub and break the corresponding blister containing chambers one by one, and finally only the product trademark is the main characterization appeal. In addition, the aluminum-filled film is broken when taking a tablet, and the beauty of the product cannot be maintained from the use point of view.
The patent US7959004 applied by the inventor of the present application discloses a safe packaging container, which is made by folding and buckling the multi-chamber blister type container, and then the aluminum filling film for packaging is prevented from being directly broken in use, and the appearance of the container can be maintained, but the buckling mode generates high cost, and the structure of the original packaging blister is changed, so that the container can only be used for specific products, and is not favorable for wide popularization and use.

Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the cover-attaching type packaging container of the present invention is used for separately containing a plurality of fillers 100, and includes a blister 1, a sealing film 2 covering the blister 1, and a liftable adhesive film 3 covering the sealing film 2.
The bulb shell 1 has a base 11, and a plurality of recessed portions 12, the base 11 has an upper base 111 and a lower base 112, and the recessed portions 12 extend downward along the upper base 111 of the base 11.
The bulb 1 may be blow molded using a common thermoplastic material, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (ps), polypropylene (pp), or polylactic acid (PLA).
The sealing film 2 has a bonding surface 21 and an opposite printing surface 22, the bonding surface 21 is correspondingly fixed and bonded to the upper base surface 111, and covers each of the groove portions 12 to form corresponding sealed chambers 200, and each sealed chamber 200 is used for loading at least one filler 100.
The sealing film 2 is made of a metal film, such as an aluminum-filled film or a tin-filled film, or a fiber material, which is easily torn. According to the conventional bonding technique, the bonding surface 21 of the sealing film 2 can be adhered by resin or sprayed with thermoplastic material and resin, and then adhered by hot-pressing. Of course, the sealing film 2 only needs to be adhered to the upper base surface 11 and seal the concave portions 12, and the sealing film 2 is not easily removed from the upper base surface 111 by hand. In addition, the sealing film 2 needs to be controlled to allow a finger to break the area of any one of the recessed portions 12, so as to facilitate the removal of the fillers 100 one by one.
The printed surface 22 can be configured with a seal or a description of the product, so that the user can know the properties of the filling 100 through the printed surface 22. The filling 100 may be a pharmaceutical tablet, food tablet, capsule or some other approximately thumb-sized commodity such as button cell batteries, etc., particularly small commodities that do not require to be opened all at once, and preferably consumable commodities that are dispensed in stages for use. In this embodiment, the filling 100 is exemplified by a tablet.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive film 3 has an inner side 31 opposite to the sealing film 2, an opposite outer side 32, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33 disposed on the inner side 31.
The inner side surface of the liftable non-drying adhesive film 3 covers the printing surface 22 of the sealing film 2, and the inner side surface 31 comprises a combining part 311 fixed with the printing surface 22 and a covering part 312 covering the printing surface 22.
In this embodiment, the adhesive layer 33 is disposed between the covering portion 312 and the printing surface 22. The covering portion 312 is partially adhered to the printing surface 22 of the sealing film 2 by the non-drying adhesive layer 33, and covers each of the corresponding concave portions 12 of the sealing film 2 when covering, and can break the corresponding part of the sealing film 2 of any concave portion 12 to take out the filled material 100 when opening. Preferably, the partial portion of the adhesive layer 33 on the covering portion 312 is the peripheral portion corresponding to the printing surface 22 of the sealing film 22, and the adhesive layer 33 is fully distributed between the covering portion 312 and the printing surface 22 without affecting the overall effectiveness.
In this embodiment, the combining portion 311 is disposed at an end of the inner side surface 31 overlapping with the sealing film 22 for avoiding complete peeling when the liftable adhesive film 3 is lifted, and certainly, the combining portion needs to avoid blocking the position of the sealing chamber 200 corresponding to the sealing film 2, so that the liftable adhesive film 3 can be lifted without obstructing the removal of the filler 100.
In this embodiment, the bonding portion 311 is formed by spraying resin or spraying resin and thermoplastic material between the printing surface 22 of the sealing film 2 and the inner surface 31 of the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3, and then forming an adhesive layer 313 between the bonding portion 311 and the sealing film 2 by hot pressing.
In addition, the forming manner of the combining portion 311 can also be that the inner side surface 31 of the liftable non-drying adhesive film 3 is directly adhered to the upper base surface 111 through spraying resin or spraying resin and thermoplastic material, and then the combining portion is bonded by hot pressing, which is not shown in the figure. In short, if there is no interlayer of the sealing film 2 between the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3 and the base 11, the combining portion 311 can be combined with the base 11 to achieve the effect of combining and fixing.
The outer side 32 is completely exposed outside the whole package and almost completely covers the sealing film 2, so that the sealing film 2 can be completely covered by the complete display of the product advertisement slogan, the product components and the warning words, when the liftable non-setting adhesive film 3 is not lifted, the sealing film 2 is virtually completely delayed, and a user can easily see the attention of the product, particularly the safety of food or medicine can be greatly improved. After all, most of the existing packaging modes are marked with product specifications through specifications or packaging boxes, and users do not need to particularly turn over the specifications or the product packaging boxes when actually using the product specifications and the packaging boxes.
It should be noted that the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3 further has a lifting portion 34 protruding to cover the sealing film 2 and disposed opposite to the combining portion 311, thereby facilitating the operation of lifting the sealing film 2 from the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3.
When in use, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the lifting part 34 is pulled up, the combination part 311 limits the liftable adhesive film 3 to be separated from the sealing film 2, so that the part of the sealing film 2 corresponding to any sealing chamber 200 can be broken by rubbing to take out the filled filler 100, after the filling film is taken out, the liftable adhesive film 3 covers the sealing film 2 again, the appearance can be kept to be complete, and meanwhile, the outer side surface 32 of the liftable adhesive film 3 is provided with the advertisement slogan and the product integrity description, so that the problem that the sealing film 2 is not broken by rubbing to be marked can be solved.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3 further has a sealing portion 35 along the direction of the lifting portion 34 and adjacent to and covering two sides of the sealing film 2, the combining portion 311 and the sealing portion 35 are heat-sealed to fix the sealing film 2, the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 33 is disposed on the covering portion 312, and the sealing portion 35 and the covering portion 312 are disconnected from each other, when lifted, the lifting portion 34 lifts the covering portion 312, and the combining portion 311 and the sealing portion 35 limit the liftable pressure sensitive adhesive film 3 from separating from the sealing film 2. Therefore, the stability of the liftable adhesive film 3 during lifting and replying can be further ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, a second embodiment of the cover-attaching packaging container of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the base portion 11 of the blister case 1, the sealing film 2 and the liftable pressure-sensitive adhesive film 3 are stacked to form a friendship working end portion 300, the base portion 11 and the sealing film 2 are formed with a fracture line 400 separating the working end portion 300, and a base portion area 301 and a sealing film area 302 at the working end portion 300 can be torn off by the fracture line 400, so that the liftable pressure-sensitive adhesive film 3 protrudes from the sealing film 2 to form a lifted portion 36. In addition, the adhesive layer 33 is disposed on the lifting portion 36, when the lifting portion 36 is lifted, as in the first embodiment, the sealing film 2 corresponding to any sealing chamber 200 can be broken by rubbing, and the filled filler 100 can be taken out (see fig. 1), and when covering, the lifting portion 36 is reversely adhered to the lower base surface 112 of the base portion 11 by the adhesive layer 33.
It should be noted that the adhesive layer 33 can be expanded to the portion of the liftable adhesive film 3 covering the sealing film 2, which is only required by the manufacturing process, and the different repeated attaching methods are different. The configuration of the connecting portion 311 and the like described in the first embodiment can also be applied to the present embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In summary, the liftable adhesive sticker film 3 of the present invention covers the sealing film 2 by repeated adhesion, so that before being lifted, a user can know various characteristics of the product through the printing on the outer side 32, and after being lifted, the filler 100 is taken out and then adhered back to maintain the overall appearance.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited by this, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the patent specification should be included in the scope of the present invention.
