Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, in particular to a slice and a slice set.

Background

The turner is a common kitchen tool in daily life, and when the turner is used for frying dishes, the turner is used for frying the dishes. However, the turner is not always held during cooking, and the turner needs to be temporarily put down when the operations of placing dishes, adding seasonings and the like are performed, and at this time, if the turner is directly placed beside the pan, the turner may slide down, so that the handheld part of the turner is stained with oil, which brings trouble to a user.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The embodiment of the application provides a turner, and solves the technical problems that an existing turner is poor in heat resistance due to the fact that a hook and a plastic handle portion of the turner are integrated, and the turner is easy to scald and damage when being hung on a high-temperature pot edge. The embodiment of the application also provides a turner set.

In view of this, the first aspect of the present application provides a pancake turner, in which a hook is disposed in the middle of the pancake turner, and the hook is a heat-resistant hook.

Preferably, the slice comprises: a shovel head portion and a handle portion;

the hook and the shovel head are integrally formed and made of the same material as the shovel head.

the hook leaning table is arranged on the water containing base;

the slice can be hung on the side surface of the hook leaning platform.

Preferably, the hook is close to a knife groove vertically formed in the table.

The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the embodiments in the present application.

The hook of the conventional pancake turner is cost-saving, is usually integrated with the handle part of the pancake turner, and is made of a non-heat-resistant material the same as that of the handle part, so that when the hook is hung at the edge of a pan, the high-temperature pan edge can damage the non-heat-resistant hook.

In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a novel pancake turner, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The pancake turner can be roughly divided into a pancake turner portion and a handle portion in structure, and of course, the pancake turner portion and the handle portion can be designed as an integral body as shown in fig. 1, or can be designed as a detachable connection as shown in fig. 2.

Preferably detachably connected, so that the handle portion 2 can be separated from the blade head portion 1, thereby allowing the use of less expensive non-heat resistant materials. Referring to fig. 2, the slice shown in fig. 2 is specifically designed to be a plug-in type when the detachable connection is implemented, and of course, there are many detachable connection forms, such as a snap connection, a screw connection, etc., which are not limited in this respect.

The middle part of the slice is provided with the heat-resistant hook, so that the hook contacted with the edge of the pan can be prevented from being damaged by high temperature when the slice is hung at the edge of the pan.

The heat-resistant hook has multiple realization modes, for example, the heat-resistant hook can be a silica gel hook, and also can be a metal hook such as an iron hook and a copper hook, and the hooks made of the materials can bear the high temperature of the pot edge and cannot be damaged by burning.

When the heat-resistant hook is specifically arranged, a preferable method is that the hook and the shovel head of the slice are integrally formed, namely, the same heat-resistant material is used as the shovel head, so that the process complexity can be reduced, and the production cost of the slice is also reduced. For example, when the shovel head part is a silica gel shovel head part, the hook integrally formed with the shovel head part is a silica gel hook, and when the shovel head part is an iron shovel head part, the hook integrally formed with the shovel head part is an iron hook.

The specific setting position of the hook can be designed according to the specification of the slice, but the hook is preferably set at a proper position so that the slice is smooth when being taken up again after being hung on the edge of the pan. Referring again to fig. 2, in fig. 2, the shovel head 1 is connected with the handle 2 in a plug-in manner, and the hook 3 can be arranged at one end of the shovel head 1 close to the handle 2, so that when in use, as shown in fig. 3, the hook 3 is properly positioned, the shovel head does not excessively occupy the pan surface, and the handle is positioned just handy for users.

An anti-slip handle sleeve can be arranged on the handle part to increase the friction force between the hand and the slice, so that the slice is held more stably.

In the embodiment of the application, the turner is provided, the hook arranged in the middle of the turner is the heat-resistant hook, so that when the turner is hung on the edge of a pan through the hook in the cooking process, the hook part of the turner cannot be damaged due to high temperature of the edge of the pan, and the service life of the turner is longer.

It should be noted that the hook can be used for being hung at the edge of a pan when the slice is temporarily put down, or can be used for being hung at a slice rack after the slice is used up and washed clean.

Next, an embodiment of the present application provides a slice set, where the set includes a slice and a supporting slice frame in any of the above implementation manners.

Referring to fig. 4, the slice frame specifically includes a water containing base and a hook rest. The water containing base can be a flat plate and is arranged at the bottom. Furthermore, a water storage groove body can be arranged on the cleaning device and is used for hanging the cleaned slice with water on the slice frame to contain the water dropping.

The hook rest can be an erected platform, and the top plane edge of the hook rest can be used for hanging the slice provided by the embodiment of the application. Of course, texture can be added at the edge of the plane to increase friction and make the slice more stable to hang.

As shown in fig. 4, each side of the hook leaning platform can be hung on the slice. In order to further save the space of a kitchen, a vertical knife slot can be arranged in the hook leaning platform. So, the cutter can be accomodate in the sword groove, and the slice can be hung and lean on the couple and lean on the side of platform in order to dry, and space utilization improves greatly.

1. A slice set is characterized by comprising a slice frame and a slice;

the middle part of the slice is provided with a hook which is a heat-resistant hook;

the slice comprises: the shovel head part is connected with the handle part in an inserting mode, and the hook is arranged at one end, close to the handle part, of the shovel head part;

the handle part is provided with an anti-skid handle sleeve;

the shovel head is a silica gel shovel head;

the slice frame specifically comprises: the water containing base and the hook leaning platform;

a water storage tank body is arranged on the water containing base;

the hook leaning table is arranged on the water containing base;

the top of the hook leaning platform is provided with textures;

the slice can be hung on the side surface of the hook leaning platform.

2. The slice set as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hook rest has a vertically cut-out in the platform.
