Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有用于容置电源单元的第一腔室和用于容置驱动单元的第二腔室,本实用新型通过设置第一腔室、第二腔室将电源单元、驱动单元都容置于壳体内,将原本外露的电源单元紧凑至壳体内,结构简单整洁,不仅提高美观度,还提高了安全性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及窗帘配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置。
背景技术
百叶窗帘一般通过顶杆安装在窗户上端,通过拉绳或者拉杆手动开合窗帘,一般传统窗帘多通过手动开合,较费力,而且必须站在窗帘旁边操作,而现有的窗帘越来越倾向于电动驱动,而且可以站在远离窗帘的位置通过遥控控制窗帘的开合,省力又方便,通过遥控发射信号给安装在窗帘顶杆上的控制装置,控制装置包含壳体、驱动单元、电源单元、控制单元、电路板等,电路板上设置有接收遥控信号的天线,天线接收信号反馈给控制单元,控制单元指令驱动单元工作开合窗帘,但是,现有的百叶窗帘由于结构局限性,顶杆内部空间狭小,其顶杆上安装的拉绳组件占用较大空间,可以容纳控制装置的空间有限,一般控制装置的电源单元都是露置在控制装置以及顶杆的外部,即电源单元吊挂在顶杆外,呈裸露状,既不美观也不安全。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,可将电源单元容置于控制装置壳体内,结构紧凑,安全性好。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有用于容置电源单元的第一腔室和用于容置驱动单元的第二腔室。
进一步地,所述壳体内还设有用于控制驱动单元工作的控制单元,该控制单元与电源单元电连接。
进一步地,所述壳体端部设有封头,该封头内安装有电路板,该电路板与控制单元通过排线连接。
进一步地,所述电路板上设有电源开关,所述封头上设有覆盖电路板的封盖,所述电源开关露置于封盖表面。
进一步地,所述电路板上还设有指示灯、设置键、充电接口以及用于接收遥控信号的天线。
进一步地,所述第一腔室位于第二腔室的上方。
进一步地,所述壳体外侧设有与窗帘顶杆连接的卡接部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型通过设置第一腔室、第二腔室将电源单元、驱动单元都容置于壳体内,将原本外露的电源单元紧凑至壳体内,结构简单整洁,不仅提高美观度,还提高了安全性。

如图所示,1壳体,2第一腔室,3第二腔室,4电源单元,5驱动单元,6封头,7电路板,8控制单元,9电源开关,10封盖,11指示灯,12设置键,13充电接口,14天线,15卡接部,16导光柱,17顶杆,18排线接口。
具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内设有用于容置电源单元4的第一腔室2和用于容置驱动单元5的第二腔室3,优选的,电源单元4为锂电池,驱动单元5包括电机和减速机构,电机与减速机构连接,减速机构的输出轴伸出壳体1与窗帘的拉线机构连接从而控制窗帘的开合。
本实用新型通过设置第一腔室2、第二腔室3将电源单元4、驱动单元5都容置于壳体1内,将原本外露的电源单元4紧凑至壳体1内,结构简单整洁,不仅提高美观度,还提高了安全性。
所述壳体1内还设有用于控制驱动单元5工作的控制单元8,该控制单元8与电源单元4电连接,所述壳体1端部设有封头6,该封头6内安装有电路板7,该电路板7与控制单元8通过排线连接,电路板7上设有连接排线的排线接口18,所述电路板7上设有电源开关9,所述封头6上设有覆盖电路板7的封盖10,所述电源开关9露置于封盖10表面,电源开关9的设置方便人们开、关电源,起到省电的作用,一般控制装置生产后都会先储存在仓库,若电源处于打开状态,控制单元8会处于待命状态,会消耗电源,使得控制装置还没销售就将电源耗尽,而电源开关9的设置使得控制装置在储存、运输过程中可以处于关闭状态,保存电量,销售、组装后再将电源开启,可以保证控制装置能正常工作,所述电路板7上还设有指示灯11、设置键12、充电接口13以及用于接收遥控信号的天线14,该指示灯11通过导光柱16将灯光导出封头6供人们识别控制装置处于工作状态,该设置键12可以对驱动单元5进行手动调试,方便人们调试,该充电接口13可以连接充电线对电源单元4充电,该天线14内置于封头6内,使得控制装置更加美观,外部结构更加简洁、整齐。
所述第一腔室2位于第二腔室3的上方,保证壳体1不增加长度,又能将电源单元4容置于壳体1内,使得控制装置不会与顶杆17内安装的其他零件造成阻碍。
所述壳体1外侧设有与窗帘顶杆17连接的卡接部15,优选的,所述卡接部15数量为两个,且左右对称设置在壳体1的底部,使得控制装置与顶杆17插接的时候可以起到限位作用,防止控制装置在顶杆17内左右滑动。
使用时,将组装好的控制装置插接至顶杆17内,驱动单元5的输出轴与窗帘的拉线机构连接,通过遥控发射信号给天线14,天线14将接收的信号转达给控制单元8,控制单元8控制驱动单元5工作,从而拉动窗帘开合,实现电动控制。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的技术人员应当理解,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行同等替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的精神与范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有用于容置电源单元的第一腔室和用于容置驱动单元的第二腔室,所述第一腔室位于第二腔室的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有用于控制驱动单元工作的控制单元,该控制单元与电源单元电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体端部设有封头,该封头内安装有电路板,该电路板与控制单元通过排线连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述电路板上设有电源开关,所述封头上设有覆盖电路板的封盖,所述电源开关露置于封盖表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述电路板上还设有指示灯、设置键、充电接口以及用于接收遥控信号的天线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于窗帘升降的控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体外侧设有与窗帘顶杆连接的卡接部。
