Referring to fig. 1, a blood spot collecting tube 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a tube body 110, a bottom cover 120, a top cover 130 and a blood collecting filter paper 140.
The tube 110 is a hollow structure with two open ends and has two openings. The tube 110 is generally cylindrical, and may be made of a transparent material such as resin or glass, or may be made of another non-transparent material. The length of the tube body 110 is generally about 12 cm, the tube diameter is about 2.5 cm, and most of the fingers of people can extend into the tube body 110.
The tube 110 is used for storing blood spot sample of the person under test. Specifically, in this embodiment, the outer wall of the tube 110 is provided with a mark area (not shown). The logo area may be a blank writable area or an area with a pocket. In the identification area, the identity information of the detected person can be recorded by directly writing or inserting a note card, so that sample confusion is prevented.
The bottom cap 120 is detachably mounted to one end of the tube body 110 to close one of the openings of the tube body 110. The top cap 130 is detachably mounted to an end of the tube body 110 remote from the bottom cap 120 to close another opening of the tube body 110.
The bottom cover 120 and the top cover 130 are operable to cover or open two openings of the tube body 110, respectively. The bottom cover 120 and the top cover 130 can be mounted to the tube 110 in various ways. Such as a threaded connection, direct plugging or sleeving by means of elastic squeezing. Specifically, in the embodiment, the two ends of the tube body 110 are provided with external threads, and the bottom cover 120 and the top cover 130 are installed on the tube body 110 in a threaded manner. Therefore, when the opening of the tube 110 is opened or closed, the operation is relatively labor-saving and the operation range is small.
Further, a lancet 131 is disposed outside the top cover 130. The lancet 131 is used to puncture the finger of the test person for convenient sampling. Therefore, in the blood spot sampling process, an operator does not need to separately take the blood taking needle again, so that the operation is more convenient.
In the present embodiment, the lancet 131 is a spring type lancet. Before blood collection, the blood collection needle 131 is in a retraction state, so that the blood collection needle 131 can be effectively prevented from being polluted. After the blood collection is finished, the blood collection needle 131 in the retraction state also avoids polluting the environment or bringing acupuncture risks to other people.
In this embodiment, one end of the top cover 130 away from the tube 110 is recessed inward to form the accommodating cavity 101, and the blood collection needle 131 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 101. Wherein, storage tank 101 can play the guard action to blood taking needle 131 to avoid blood taking needle 131 to be damaged in the transportation of blood spot collection tube 100 and the save process.
The blood collection filter paper 140 is accommodated in the tube body 110 and held on the inner wall of the tube body 110. The material of the blood sampling filter paper 140 can be the same as that of the conventional blood sampling card, and when a finger pricked by a tester touches the blood sampling filter paper 140, blood can be absorbed to realize blood spot collection.
Also, a drawing member 141 is provided on a side of the blood collection filter paper 140 facing away from the top cover 130. The blood collection filter paper 140 can be pulled out from the tube body 110 by the pulling member 141.
The flow for collecting and taking the blood spot by adopting the blood spot collecting tube 100 is as follows:
first, a finger of a test person is pricked with the lancet 131 on the top cover 130; next, the top cover 130 is opened, and the examiner inserts his or her finger into the tube body 110 from the opening of the tube body 110 until the finger abuts against the blood sampling filter paper 140. The blood sampling filter paper 140 absorbs blood, thereby completing blood spot sampling; again, the top cover 130 is closed, and the blood sampling filter paper 140 from which the blood spot is collected is placed in a closed environment to be isolated from the outside. Around the mouth, the bottom cover 120 is opened first during sampling, and the operator pulls the blood sampling filter paper 140 out of the tube body 110 by pulling the pulling member 141, thereby completing sampling.
Therefore, the blood spot collecting tube 100 effectively prevents the blood spot sample and the blood collecting filter paper 140 from contacting the outside during the processes of sampling, transporting, storing and sampling, thereby effectively preventing the blood spot sample from being polluted. Moreover, the whole blood spot sampling process can be completed only by adopting one device of the blood spot collecting tube 100, and the operation is convenient.
In this embodiment, the cap 130 includes a base 133 mounted to the tube 110 and a head 135 detachably connected to the base 133, and the lancet 131 is disposed on the head 135.
Specifically, the top cover 130 is divided into two parts, and the base 133 and the head 135 can be detachably connected by plugging, screwing, or the like. When the blood collection is completed, the head portion 135 can be detached from the base portion 133 and placed in a sharps container together with the lancet 131, thereby effectively preventing the use of the lancet from contaminating the environment and posing a risk of needle stick to others during subsequent use.
In this embodiment, the drawing member 141 extends to the bottom cover 120 and is coupled with the bottom cover 120. Therefore, the pulling member 141 can be pulled while the bottom cap 120 is opened, and an operator does not need to pull out the pulling member 141 from the tube 110, so that the operation is more convenient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the pulling member 141 is a pulling rope. The pulling string is flexible and can be twisted with the rotation of the bottom cover 120, thereby preventing the blood sampling filter paper 140 from being twisted due to the rotation of the bottom cover 120, and finally preventing the blood sampling filter paper 140 from being deformed.
The blood spot collecting tube 100 can puncture the finger of the person to be detected by using the blood taking needle 131 on the top cover 130, and then open the top cover 130, so that the finger of the person to be detected extends into the tube body 110 from the opening thereof until the finger collides with the blood taking filter paper 140, thereby completing the blood spot sampling. Further, the top cover 130 is closed again, and the blood sampling filter paper 140 for collecting the blood spot is placed in a closed environment, so that the blood spot sample can be conveniently stored and transported. When sampling, the bottom cover 120 is opened first, and the operator pulls the blood sampling filter paper 140 out of the tube body 110 through the pulling member, thereby completing sampling. The blood spot sample and the blood sampling filter paper 140 are prevented from contacting the outside in the processes of sampling, transporting, storing and sampling. Therefore, the blood spot collecting tube 100 can effectively prevent the blood spot sample from being contaminated.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention.
