The clothes rack sander according to claim 1, wherein the lifting drive comprises a lever mechanism and a first air cylinder installed on the frame, the lever mechanism is arranged above the sliding block, the short arm end of the lever is connected with the sliding block, the rotating shaft of the lever is installed on the machine base, the long arm end of the lever is connected with the piston rod of the first air cylinder, and the air passage control of the first air cylinder is electrically connected with the PLC.
3. The clothes rack sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein the vertical motion mechanism further comprises a retractable spring, the retractable spring being vertically disposed, the upper end being connected to the rack frame and the lower end being connected to the slat.
4. The clothes rack sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein the rip fence is connected to the slide block by means of a dovetail mechanism fitted thereto, the dovetail mechanism being vertically disposed and provided with a locking bolt for fixing the rip fence to the slide block.
5. The clothes rack sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein the number of the sanding wheels is two, the two sanding wheels are arranged on the same rotating shaft in a front-back manner, the front sanding wheel is a fine sanding wheel, and the rear sanding wheel is a coarse sanding wheel.
6. The hanger sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein the intermittent conveyor advances one hanger location at a time.
