The safety control method for the instant heating type water dispenser provided by the embodiment comprises an anti-dry heating step, a low-temperature water inlet early warning step, a descaling early warning step and a water outlet temperature correcting step.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of the dry burning prevention step according to the embodiment of the present invention. The dry burning prevention step of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
in step S101, a timer is used to obtain the continuous standby time of the instant heating type water dispenser. Specifically, the continuous standby time refers to a time period between a time point when the water dispenser executes the instruction action last time and a current time point.
Then, step S102 is executed to determine whether the continuous standby time is greater than or equal to the preset time, if so, step S103 is executed, and if not, step S101 is executed. Specifically, the preset time may be a longer time period, and the present embodiment is preferably 24 hours.
In step S103, the heating module performs a locking operation. Specifically, when the heating module is in a locked state, the heating module cannot heat, that is, the water dispenser cannot discharge water at a high temperature at this time, and only discharges water at a normal temperature.
In step S104, the water pump performs a water adding operation. Specifically, under the normality, the supply voltage when the water pump carries out to add water is 3 to 4V, and the water pump is before carrying out the action of adding water, and power supply module passes through voltage regulating circuit and improves the supply voltage of water pump to 5V to strengthen the working strength of water pump, improve the velocity of water flow, shorten the time of adding water.
Then, step S105 is executed to acquire the current water level in the heating chamber after adding water.
Then, step S106 is executed to determine whether the current water level is greater than or equal to the preset water level, if so, step S107 is executed, and if not, step S104 is executed. The preset water level may be a maximum water level of the heating chamber.
In step S107, the heating module performs an unlocking operation. At this time, the heating module can execute the heating water outlet action according to the heating water outlet instruction input by the user.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of the low temperature water intake early warning step according to the embodiment of the present invention. The low-temperature water inlet early warning step of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
in step S201, the inlet water temperature of the instant heating type water dispenser is obtained through the inlet water temperature detection module, which may be a temperature sensor.
Then, step S202 is executed to determine whether the inlet water temperature is lower than the preset temperature, if so, step S203 is executed, and if not, step S201 is executed. Specifically, the preset temperature can be preset according to the ambient temperature of the location of the instant heating type water dispenser, and the preset temperature in this embodiment is preferably below 3 ℃.
In step S203, the alarm module issues a low-temperature water inlet alarm, and the instant heating type water dispenser executes a water outlet prohibition action. The water outlet prohibition action comprises the prohibition of high-temperature water outlet and the prohibition of normal-temperature water outlet. The alarm module can send low-temperature water inlet alarm information through the display screen.
Then, step S204 is performed to raise the temperature of the inlet water. Specifically, the temperature of the inlet water can be raised in a passive manner, for example, by changing the ambient temperature of the drinking water by adding an insulating layer or the like.
Then, step S205 is executed to determine whether the raised inlet water temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, if so, step S206 is executed, and if not, step S204 is executed.
In step S206, the alarm module performs an action of releasing the low-temperature water intake alarm, and the instant heating type water dispenser performs an action of allowing water to be discharged. The action of allowing water to flow out comprises allowing high-temperature water to flow out and allowing normal-temperature water to flow out.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of the descaling early warning steps according to the embodiment of the present invention. The descaling early warning step of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
in step S301, the current internal pressure in the heating chamber is obtained by an internal pressure detection module, which may be a pressure sensor. Specifically, after the heating module carries out high temperature heating to the water in the heating chamber, the incrustation scale can be inevitably produced in the heating chamber, and the incrustation scale increases gradually along with the high temperature heating number of times. After long-term use, the heating chamber can be blocked, so that the outflow channel of the drinking water is not communicated. If high-temperature heating is performed at this time, the current internal pressure of the heating chamber is suddenly increased.
Then, step S302 is executed to determine whether the current internal pressure is greater than or equal to the preset internal pressure, if so, step S303 is executed, and if not, step S301 is executed. Specifically, the preset internal pressure is set to be 1.8 to 2.5Bar, and the preferable preset internal pressure is 2.0Bar through a plurality of experiments.
In step S303, the alarm module sends out a descaling alarm, the power supply module increases the power supply voltage of the water pump through the voltage regulating circuit, and the heating module performs a locking action. Specifically, when the heating module is in a locking state, the heating module cannot heat, namely the water dispenser cannot discharge water at high temperature at the moment and can only discharge water at normal temperature, and the scale in the heating chamber is conveniently flushed out. The alarm module can display descaling alarm information through the display screen.
Then, step S304 is performed to lower the current internal pressure of the heating chamber. Specifically, scale in the heating chamber and in the water flow channel within the instant drinking machine may be removed by adding a scale remover such that the current internal pressure is reduced.
Next, step S305 is executed to determine whether the reduced current internal pressure is smaller than a preset internal pressure, if so, step S306 is executed, and if not, step S303 is executed.
In step S306, a descaling warning release instruction and a heating permission instruction are acquired. Specifically, the present embodiment simultaneously acquires the descaling warning release instruction and the heating permission instruction by long-pressing the "water out key".
In step S307, the alarm module executes a descaling alarm releasing action according to the obtained descaling alarm releasing instruction, and the heating module executes an unlocking action according to the obtained allowable heating instruction.

Specifically, the inlet water temperature is obtained through the inlet water temperature detection module, and the inlet water temperature detection module can be a temperature sensor. The outlet water target temperature can be obtained by manual setting of a user. The instant heating type water dispenser of the embodiment is provided with four different outlet water temperature grades: 25 ℃, 55 ℃, 85 ℃ and 98 ℃, and the outlet water target temperature corresponds to the outlet water temperature grade selected by the user one by one.
In step S402, the initial heating power of the heating module is acquired and heating is performed. Specifically, the initial heating power is calculated according to the acquired inlet water temperature and the outlet water target temperature.
Then, step S403 is executed, and the outlet water temperature detection module, which may be a high temperature resistant temperature sensor, obtains the outlet water actual temperature.
Then, step S404 is executed to determine whether the actual temperature of the outlet water is lower than the target temperature of the outlet water, if so, step S405 is executed, and if not, step S406 is executed.
In step S405, the current heating power of the heating module is increased according to the difference between the target outlet water temperature and the actual outlet water temperature. The larger the difference is, the larger the magnitude of the increase of the current heating power is, and the smaller the difference is, the smaller the magnitude of the increase of the current heating power is.
In step S406, it is determined whether the actual outlet temperature is greater than the target outlet temperature, and if so, step S407 is executed, and if not, step S403 is executed.
In step S407, the current heating power of the heating module is reduced according to the difference between the actual outlet water temperature and the target outlet water temperature. The larger the difference is, the larger the magnitude of the current heating power reduction is, and the smaller the difference is, the smaller the magnitude of the current heating power reduction is.
