Claims (10)

1. A millstone material conveying valve with an autonomous dustproof valve rod, which comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a valve rod and a rotating arm,
the valve body and the valve cover are mutually fastened and connected, the valve rod penetrates through a valve cover hole of the valve cover to be assembled and connected, the rotating arm is connected with the lower end of the valve rod, the rotating arm is positioned between the valve cover and the valve body, and a gap is formed between the valve rod and the valve cover,
it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
a sealing part is arranged in a gap between the valve rod and the valve cover;
the seal member includes a lower lip portion and a lower seal ring portion;
the lower sealing ring portion is arranged on the inner side of the upper portion of the lower lip portion, is provided with a multi-channel blocking structure, and is tightly attached to and tightly held on the valve rod.

the second rim portion is disposed above the first rim portion in a connected manner, and has a horizontal carrier structure above which the lower seal ring portion is disposed.
3. The abrasive disc material delivery valve with autonomous dust-proof valve stem of claim 2, wherein:
the first rim portion having a first degree of flexibility and the second rim portion having a second degree of flexibility,
the first degree of flexibility is greater than the second degree of flexibility,
the second edge part further comprises a horizontal bearing part and a vertical resisting part, the horizontal bearing part is smoothly connected with the upper top end of the first edge part, and the vertical resisting part is arranged at the outermost side end of the horizontal bearing part and is smoothly connected with the outermost side end;
the lower sealing ring part is connected with the horizontal bearing part and the vertical resisting part in an embedded mode.
4. The abrasive disc material delivery valve with autonomous dust-proof valve stem of claim 1, wherein:
the lower seal ring part comprises a ring base body and a multi-channel barrier body arranged on the ring base body;
the ring base seat body and the multi-channel barrier body are integrally arranged;
the ring base body is provided with a vertical inner side peripheral surface matched with the peripheral surface of the valve rod, and the vertical inner side peripheral surface and the peripheral surface are mutually attached;
the multichannel baffle body is close to the region of lower lip portion is provided with the recess, lower lip portion partly imbeds in the recess to the realization lower seal ring portion with mutual gomphosis between the lower lip portion is connected.

the multi-channel blocking body is a multi-labyrinth-channel labyrinth type blocking body;

the plurality of channel grooves are communicated with each other and arranged on the upper surface of the blocking base body in a staggered and criss-cross state;
the plurality of passage grooves integrally extend in a direction surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the valve stem, and each of the passage grooves does not engage with the outer peripheral surface of the valve stem.

the multi-channel barrier is a gradual change type barrier;
the gradual change is that the barrier body comprises a barrier base body and a plurality of gradual change structural bodies arranged on the upper surface of the barrier base body;
the plurality of gradually-changed structural bodies comprise a plurality of barrier structural bodies with gradually-reduced volumes along the direction extending from the inner side to the outer side, or a plurality of barrier structural bodies with gradually-increased volumes along the direction extending from the inner side to the outer side;
and any two adjacent barrier structures in the plurality of barrier structures are smoothly connected.
7. The abrasive disc material delivery valve with autonomous dust-proof valve stem of claim 1, wherein:
the sealing component is in interference connection with the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod;
the interference generated by the sealing component through the interference connection generates a radial force perpendicular to the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod on the valve rod, and the radial force directly influences the sealing specific pressure value of the sealing component on the valve rod.

a reverse step hole is formed at the position, close to the sealing part, of the bottom end of the valve cover;
the seal member further includes an upper lip portion and an upper seal ring portion;
the upper lip part has a step shape matching the reverse step hole, and the upper lip part is disposed against a surface of the reverse step;
the upper sealing ring portion is arranged on the inner side of the upper step of the upper lip portion and is tightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod.

the inner side of the lower step of the upper lip part is engaged with the lower seal ring part;
the inner side wall surface of the upper sealing ring part, which is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod, is provided with a plurality of dredging guide grooves,
the dredging grooves extend along the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface of the valve rod and are arranged in parallel;
the upper side of the upper sealing ring is provided with a groove, and the upper lip edge part is partially embedded into the groove so as to realize mutual embedded connection between the upper sealing ring part and the upper lip edge part.
