The first fixing assembly 210 and the second fixing assembly 260 cooperate to lock the lance tip 110 or unlock the lance tip 110. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the two fixing assemblies may not be arranged in a standard symmetrical manner, as long as the two fixing assemblies can cooperate to fix the lance tip 110.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the first fixing element 210. The first fixing member 210 includes a first pressing portion 220 and a first fastening portion 230. The first pressing portion 220 is located in a region of a first through hole (not shown in fig. 3, but the position where the first through hole is opened can be observed in fig. 1) opened in the gun body 150, and the first pressing portion 220 can move in an axial direction of the first through hole. The first catching portion 230 is connected to the gun body 150. The first pressing portion 220 cooperates with the first locking portion 230 to lock or unlock the lance tip 110. In this embodiment, a user can release the locking of the lance tip 110 by pressing the first pressing portion 220 and the first locking portion 230. When the user does not press the first pressing portion 220, the first clamping portion 230 is not pressed, and the lance tip 110 is in a locked state.
The first pressing portion 220 includes a first button 222 and a first pressing lever 224 connected to each other. In this embodiment, the first button 222 and the first pressing rod 224 are fixedly connected (e.g., glued or welded), and in other embodiments, the first button 222 and the first pressing rod 224 may be detachably connected, e.g., screwed or clamped. The user performs the pressing operation of the first pressing lever 224 by applying a force to the first button 222. The first button 222 is configured to: when the first button 222 controls the first pressing rod 224 to press the first clamping part 230, the first clamping part 230 releases the locking of the gun head 110; when the first button 222 controls the first pressing rod 224 to release the pressing of the first clamping part 230, the first clamping part 230 realizes the locking of the lance tip 110.
The end of the first pressing rod 224, which is far away from the first button 222, is further provided with a first limiting boss 226, the first pressing rod 224 penetrates through the first through hole, the diameter of the first limiting boss 226 is larger than that of the first through hole, the position of the first pressing part 220 in the axial direction of the first through hole is limited, and the first pressing part 220 is prevented from falling off from the gun body 150.
The first trim portion 230 includes a first torsion spring 232, a first pressure plate 234, and a first catch 236. The first catch 236 is mounted to an end of the first pressure plate 234, and the first catch 236 is connected to a free end of the first torsion spring 232 such that the free end of the first torsion spring 232 can rotate synchronously with the first catch 236. In this embodiment, the first buckle 236 and the first pressing plate 234 are integrally formed (in other embodiments, the first buckle may be connected by welding, clamping, or the like). The first catch 236 is in engagement with the free end of the first torsion spring 232 as shown in fig. 3. In other embodiments, the first catch 236 and the free end of the first torsion spring 232 may also be engaged with each other, for example, the free end of the first torsion spring 232 passes through the first catch 236 without connection, as long as the relative position between the first catch 236 and the free end of the first torsion spring 232 is not changed. That is, the free end of the first torsion spring 232 can displace with the first catch 236 in the same manner, and the free end of the first torsion spring 232 can also displace with the first catch 236 in the same manner.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the first fastening portion 230. The first torsion spring 232 in this embodiment is a double torsion spring. The first torsion spring 232 is spatially matched to the first pressure plate 234 such that a user may effect rotation of the first torsion spring 232 by applying a force to the first pressure plate 234. The first torsion spring 232 is arranged not to be in tension when the first pressing part 220 does not start acting, so that the first catch 236 can lock the lance tip 110. After the first pressing portion 220 controls the first pressing rod 224 to press the first pressing plate 234, that is, the user presses the first button 222, so that the first pressing rod 224 presses down the left end of the first pressing plate 234 in fig. 4, and the right end of the first pressing plate 234 drives the first torsion spring 232 to rotate upward, so that the first buckle 236 releases the locking of the lance head 110. After the first pressing portion 220 releases the pressing on the left end of the first pressing plate 234, the free end of the first torsion spring 232 moves toward the direction close to the first pressing plate 234 under the action of elastic potential energy of the first torsion spring 232, that is, the first buckle 236 is driven to rotate downward, so that the gun head 110 is automatically locked.
A first groove 238 is formed at one end of the first pressing plate 234 away from the first buckle 236 and at a side close to the first pressing portion 220. When the first pressing rod 224 presses the first pressing plate 234, it will be directly pressed into the first groove 238 to prevent the sliding between the first pressing rod 224 and the first pressing plate 234 due to the inclination of the first pressing plate 234 when the first pressing rod 224 contacts the first pressing plate 234. In other embodiments, the first pressure plate 234 may not have the first groove 238, as long as the first pressure rod 224 can be prevented from sliding when contacting the first pressure plate 234. If sliding occurs between the first pressing rod 224 and the first pressing plate 234, the first pressing plate 234 cannot release the locking of the gun head 110, so that the operation of the user fails.
The gun body 150 is provided with a first mounting portion 240 for primarily providing a proper mounting position for the first clamping portion 230. The first torsion spring 232 and the first presser plate 234 are mounted to the first mounting portion 240.

The first connection column 250, the second connection column 252 and the first rotation shaft 244 are prevented from interfering with each other in spatial position.
Referring to fig. 5 again, the first pressing plate 234 is connected to the first rotating shaft 244. The first rotating shaft 244 penetrates through a major arc groove in the middle of the first pressing plate 234, so that the first rotating shaft 244 and the first pressing plate 234 are fixedly connected. After the first pressing portion 220 acts on the first pressing plate 234, the first rotating shaft 244 is provided to smoothly rotate the first pressing plate 234 and to support the first pressing plate 234.
Referring to fig. 4 again, the first torsion spring 232 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 244. The two spiral sections of the first torsion spring 232 are respectively located at both sides of the first pressing plate 234, so that the free end of the first torsion spring 232 is prevented from moving and interfering with the first pressing plate 234, and the first pressing plate 234 can also limit the sliding of the first torsion spring 232 in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 244.
The first torsion spring 232 and the first pressure plate 234 are each located between the first support base 246 and the second support base 248. The first support seat 246 and the second support seat 248 cooperate to restrict the sliding of the first torsion spring 232 and the first presser plate 234 in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 244 while preventing the first support seat 246 and the second support seat 248 from interfering with the movement of the free end of the first torsion spring 232.
The first supporting plate 242 is located above the first pressing plate 234, and both ends of the first supporting plate 242 are connected to the first connecting column 250 and the second connecting column 252, respectively. In this embodiment, threaded holes (not shown) matching with the first connecting column 250 and the second connecting column 252 are respectively formed at two ends of the first supporting plate 242, and the first supporting plate 242 is connected with the first connecting column 250 and the second connecting column 252 through screws. In other embodiments, the connection mode between the two ends of the first supporting plate 242 and the first and second connecting posts 250 and 252 may also be fixed connection such as welding, gluing, etc.
The first support plate 242 is provided so that when the first pressing portion 220 is pressed to a certain extent, the first button 222 is brought into contact with the first support plate 242, thereby preventing the first pressing portion 220 from being pressed further. This arrangement can prevent the first pressing plate 234 from being excessively displaced under the pressing of the first pressing portion 220, which causes the first torsion spring 232 to be excessively tensioned beyond the elastic limit, and thus the elastic deformation of the first torsion spring 232 is disabled or even the first torsion spring 232 is broken.
One side that first backup pad 242 is close to first pressing portion 220 is provided with arc-shaped groove 243, makes the profile at first backup pad 242 edge and first pressing portion 220 matching degree of pressing higher, makes to press more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in this embodiment, the structure of the second fixing assembly 260 is completely the same as that of the first fixing assembly 210, and the second fixing assembly 260 and the first fixing assembly 210 are symmetrically arranged and cooperate to complete locking of the lance tip 110 or unlocking of the lance tip 110. The specific structure of the second fixing member 260 may be entirely referred to the structure of the first fixing member 210.
The operating principle of the spray gun 100 is:
prior to use, the lance tip 110 is connected to the lance body 150 by the first and second securing assemblies 210 and 260. The first pressing portion 220 is pressed, the first pressing portion 220 presses one end of the first pressing plate 234 away from the first buckle 236, so that the free end of the first torsion spring 232 drives the first buckle 236 to pop out, and the same operation is performed on the second fixing assembly 260; then, the gun head 110 is connected with the gun main body 150, the first pressing part 220 and the second pressing part are loosened, the free end of the first torsion spring 232 drives the first buckle 236 to complete locking of the gun head 110 under the action of elastic potential energy, and the free end of the second torsion spring drives the second buckle to complete locking of the gun head 110 under the action of elastic potential energy.
In use, paint is loaded into the bucket 160, the power cord 156 is connected to the power source, the grip 154 is held, the gun head 110 is aligned with the spray area, the trigger 114 is pulled down to operate the pump body 152 through the internal circuit, and the pump body 152 compresses air and sends the compressed air to the gun head 110. Because the air velocity at the outlet of the feeding pipe in the charging bucket 160 is very fast, a pressure difference is formed between the outlet and the inlet of the feeding pipe, so that the coating is sucked up the feeding pipe and is sent to the gun head 110, and the coating passes through the nozzle 112 at a high speed to be atomized into fine paint droplets, and the fine paint droplets are sprayed on the surface of the object to be coated under the driving of the air flow.
After use, the first button 222 and the second button are pressed simultaneously, and the first pressing rod 224 presses one end of the first pressing plate 234 away from the first catch 236, so that the first torsion spring 232 drives the first catch 236 to pop out, thereby completing the unlocking of the lance tip 110. The second pressing portion has the same action principle as the first pressing portion 220, and the second buckle simultaneously releases the locking of the gun head 110, so that the gun head 110 and the gun body 150 can be detached and separated. The detachable connection between the lance tip 110 and the lance body 150 solves the problem of difficulty in cleaning the interior of the lance 100 after use of the lance 100. Meanwhile, the detachable connection between the gun head 110 and the gun main body 150 enables the gun head 110 and the gun main body 150 to be separately arranged when the spray gun 100 is idle, so that the occupied space is reduced, and the carrying and the storage are convenient.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
