The projector mounting table 240 is arranged on the support main body, the projector 100 is fixedly connected with the projector mounting table 240, the distance between the projector 100 and each part of the central control system 400 is very short, and the projector 100 and the central control system 400 can be connected only by a short display cable; in addition, the material of the bracket main body and the shape of the cover 710 can be selected to achieve the purpose of dissipating heat from the central control system 400.
More specifically, the equipment mounting bracket 600 of the present embodiment is disposed on a bracket tube, the bracket tube includes a bracket outer tube 220 and a bracket inner tube 230, the cover 710 includes a base 712 covering the bracket holder 210 and a decorative cover 713 covering the bracket outer tube 220, the equipment mounting bracket 600 is disposed between the decorative cover 713 and the bracket outer tube 220, the decorative cover 713 includes an arc top surface 714 and an opening 715, and the opening 715 is disposed at the lowest end of the arc top surface 714. The cover 710 mainly has an arc-shaped top surface 714 and an opening 715 for heat dissipation, the equipment mounting bracket 600 and the central control system 400 are positioned below the arc-shaped top surface 714, heat generated by the central control system 400 rises to the arc-shaped top surface 714 and then is transmitted to the opening 715 along the arc-shaped top surface 714, and the heat is discharged out of the cover 710; due to the structure, the situation that the top end of the cover 710 is directly provided with the vent hole is avoided, dust can easily enter the cavity 711 of the cover 710 directly due to the fact that the vent hole is directly formed in the top end of the cover 710, and long-time dust accumulation can affect the heat dissipation function of the central control system 400; the present embodiment utilizes the arc top surface 714 to guide heat to the outlet, which not only effectively realizes heat dissipation of the central control system 400, but also effectively prevents dust from entering the cavity 711.
The cover 710 may be fixedly connected to the bracket fixing base 210 or a wall surface around the bracket outer tube 220, and may be connected to the bracket outer tube 220, a decorative bottom plate 716 is disposed at the bottom of the bracket outer tube 220, and the cover 710 is fastened to the decorative bottom plate 716 to fix the cover 710, and the cover 710 is detachable, so that the bracket main body or the central control system 400 in the cover 710 may be conveniently adjusted. More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, decorative bottom plates 716 are disposed on two sides of the outer tube 220, the decorative bottom plates 716 may be welded or screwed to the outer tube 220, the decorative bottom plates 716 may be an integral structure including two side plates and a middle connecting plate, or may be a split structure including two side plates separately disposed, and the two side plates are respectively and fixedly connected to the outer tube 220. The outer edge of the side plate is provided with at least one clamping groove 717, the lower ends of the two side inner walls of the cover 710 are provided with buckles 718 corresponding to the clamping grooves 717, and the buckles 718 are clamped into the clamping grooves 717 to fix the cover 710.
As shown in fig. 6, the equipment mounting bracket 600 of this embodiment includes a receiving groove 610, the receiving groove 610 includes a two-layer structure, a bottom layer 611 of the equipment mounting bracket 600 is a box-shaped structure, one side of the box-shaped structure is not provided with a shield, an expansion device can be placed, and a socket 450 of the expansion device placed on the layer faces the side not provided with the shield, so as to facilitate plugging of a cable; the upper layer 612 of the equipment mounting bracket 600 is of a square tube structure, the area of the upper layer 612 is larger than that of the bottom of the equipment mounting bracket, larger expansion equipment can be placed, and the orientation of the socket 450 of the expansion equipment of the upper layer 612 is consistent with that of the lower layer in order to facilitate wiring. The central control system 400 may further include one or more of a wireless pass-screen box, a television box, a wireless router. It should be noted that, in the specific example shown in fig. 6, the receiving groove 610 has a two-layer structure to illustrate the structure of the device mounting bracket 600 of the present embodiment, but the two-layer structure of the receiving groove 610 is not to be considered as limiting the content and scope of the structure of the device mounting bracket 600 of the present embodiment, and the device mounting bracket 600 of the present embodiment may also have one or more layers, and the volume size of the one or more layers is adapted to the size of the cavity 711 of the cover 710.
The connection mode of the equipment mounting bracket 600 and the bracket outer tube 220 can have various structures, in one embodiment, the bracket outer tube 220 comprises a guide groove 221, the guide groove 221 is positioned below the equipment mounting bracket 600, a fixture block 620 is arranged at the bottom of the equipment mounting bracket 600, the fixture block 620 is clamped with the guide groove 221, then the equipment mounting bracket 600 is limited by the cover 710 to avoid movement, and the connection mode enables the mounting and dismounting of the bracket outer tube 220 and the equipment mounting bracket 600 to be very convenient; in another embodiment, the outer tube 220 of the bracket is a square tube structure with a groove 640; the side of the equipment mounting bracket 600 is provided with a mounting plate 630, and the mounting plate 630 is fixedly coupled to the side of the bracket outer tube 220, more specifically, by aligning screw holes on the side of the mounting plate 630 and the bracket outer tube 220, and screws are passed through the screw holes and fastened to the mounting plate 630 and the bracket outer tube 220, thereby fixing the equipment mounting bracket 600. The equipment mounting bracket 600 and the bracket outer tube 220 of the present embodiment combine the two embodiments to ensure the stability of the equipment mounting bracket 600. It should be noted that the present invention also includes a structure for connecting the device mounting bracket 600 and the bracket outer tube 220 by using any of the above embodiments alone.
The stent main body comprises a stent inner tube 230 movably connected with a stent outer tube 220, the stent outer tube 220 of the embodiment is hollow, sliding grooves 222 are arranged on the inner walls of two sides, and the stent inner tube 230 is embedded in the sliding grooves 222 and movably connected with the stent outer tube 220; when the distance between the projector 100 and the wall surface needs to be adjusted, the bracket inner tube 230 is pushed or pulled, and the problem caused by the exposure of the bracket inner tube 230 is solved by the decoration structure 700. After the inner bracket tube 230 moves outwards from the inner bracket tube 220, the inner bracket tube 230 is exposed outside, which not only affects the overall aesthetic appearance of the projector bracket 200, but also may cause dust to enter the inner bracket tube 230, so the decoration structure 700 includes a decoration front cover 720 fixedly connected with the inner bracket tube 230, and the decoration front cover 720 moves along with the inner bracket tube 230 relative to the fixed cover 710. The side shielding portion 721 of the front decorative cover 720 solves the problem of the aesthetic property of the inner tube 230 of the bracket, maintains the consistency of the outer tube of the projector bracket 200, and may further include a top shielding portion (not shown) to shield the inner tube 230 of the bracket by using a foldable shielding structure, thereby improving the sealing property of the inner tube 230 of the bracket and preventing dust from entering the inner tube 230 of the bracket. As shown in the drawings, the decorative front cover 720 further includes a top mounting portion 722, a side shielding portion 721 covers the outer side of the stent outer tube 220 and is fixedly connected with the stent inner tube 230 through the top mounting portion 722, and a gap 723 is provided between the side shielding portion 721 and the stent inner tube 230 for accommodating the stent outer tube 220. When the stent inner tube 230 is shrunk in the stent outer tube 220, the stent outer tube 220 is positioned in the gap 723 and is prevented from interfering with the side shielding part 721 of the decorative front cover 720; the side shielding part 721 is not directly connected with the stent inner tube 230, so that the surface integrity of the side shielding part 721 is ensured, the aesthetic degree is improved, and the top mounting part 722 is fixedly connected with the stent inner tube 230 through screws. Preferably, in order to prevent the side shielding portion 721 from shaking left and right, a guide rib 724 is disposed on an inner wall of the top mounting portion 722, a guide groove 231 is disposed on a top surface of the bracket inner tube 230, the guide rib 724 is embedded in the guide groove 231, and then the top mounting portion 722 and the bracket inner tube 230 are locked by an inner screw, so that the inner wall of the top mounting portion 722 abuts against a top surface of the bracket outer tube 220, and the decorative front cover 720 is more stably mounted.
Because the inner bracket tube 230 and the decorative front cover 720 move relative to the outer bracket tube 220, and the outer bracket tube 220 is provided with the equipment mounting bracket 600, in order to avoid the conflict between the decorative front cover 720 and the equipment mounting bracket 600 when the decorative front cover 720 is contracted in the outer bracket tube 220, and simultaneously reduce the volume of the whole projector bracket 200, two sides of the equipment mounting bracket 600 are provided with the inward concave grooves 640, the grooves 640 are matched with the side shielding parts 721, and when the inner bracket tube 230 is contracted in the outer bracket tube 220, the side shielding parts 721 of the decorative front cover 720 are positioned in the grooves 640. The opening 715 of the decorative cover 713 can be used as a heat sink, and also can be used as a telescopic port of the bracket inner tube 230 and the decorative front cover 720, and the bracket inner tube 230 is telescopic in the opening 715; the decorative front cover 720 is fixedly coupled to the stent inner tube 230 and moves with the stent inner tube 230 in the opening 715.
As shown in fig. 8 and 14, the multimedia control system of the present embodiment further includes a network synchronous clock 460, the network synchronous clock 460 is disposed on the rack body or the decoration structure 700, the network synchronous clock 460 includes a clock circuit 461 and a display screen 462, the display screen 462 is connected to the clock circuit 461, and the clock circuit 461 includes a network automatic calibration circuit.

The decoration front cover 720 is arranged at the front end of the bracket main body and faces the position of the students, the bracket main body is arranged above the teaching white board, and the network synchronous clock 460 is arranged on one surface of the decoration front cover 720 facing the middle part of the classroom and faces the students, so that each student can see the display screen 462 of the network synchronous clock 460; in addition, a sealing plate 733 is disposed outside the display screen 462 to protect the display screen 462, and the sealing plate 733 may be made of a transparent or translucent acrylic plate. The network automatic calibration circuit in the clock circuit 461 includes a network central control circuit, the network central control circuit is connected with an external network server, the external network server is connected with a network time server, the specific circuit belongs to a mature technology, and can be a time adjusting module and a network data reading module disclosed in a patent publication, an automatic time calibration electronic clock (publication number: CN 204807947), or other existing control circuits connected with the external network. The display screen 462 includes a display circuit, and the display circuit is connected with the time circuit, and the display screen 462 of this embodiment can be a four-segment LED digital display tube module, and can also be an LED flat panel display.
In addition, the clock circuit 461 includes an hour adjusting key 463 and a minute adjusting key 464 for adjusting the clock circuit 461 at the initial stage, two small holes are provided on the sealing plate 733, and the hour adjusting key 463 and the minute adjusting key 464 are respectively located in the small holes and protrude from the sealing plate 733, which is convenient for users to press the keys.
In order to further enhance the shielding decoration effect of the decoration structure 700, the decoration front cover 720 includes a front cover plate 730 extending downward, the front cover plate 730 is located outside the cavity 711 and is disposed facing the student, and the mounting position 731 is disposed on the front cover plate 730. When the projector bracket 200 is used, a user is generally positioned in front of the bracket, and the projector bracket 200 is seen from the user's perspective, because of the existence of the front cover plate 730, the user cannot see the internal structure of the bracket, and meanwhile, the front cover plate 730 can also shield the connecting structure of the projector mounting table 240 and the projector 100, so that the attractiveness of the projector 100 and the bracket is further improved. In addition, in order to facilitate installation of the desynchronized network clock 460, the front cover plate 730 comprises a housing 732 and a cover 734, the cover 734 is adapted to the housing 732, a fixing post 736 is arranged on an inner wall of the housing 732, the desynchronized network clock 460 is fixedly connected with the fixing post 736 and is positioned between the housing 732 and the cover 734, a clock circuit 461 is positioned between the housing 732 and the cover 734 and is locked and fixed with the fixing post 736 through screws, the display screen 462 is positioned in a cavity 735 on one side of the housing 732 facing the middle of a classroom, the clock circuit 461 is electrically connected with the display screen 462, and then the cover 734 and the housing 732 are locked and fixed through screws. The cover 734 on the decorative front cover 720 can be located at the position of the front cover 730 and can be disposed at the bottom of the side shielding portion 721, and the cover 734 can be integrally formed by a sheet metal material to directly seal the bottom of the side shielding portion 721 and the rear portion of the front cover 730.
The projector 100 in this embodiment may be an ultra-short-focus projector 100, the requirement for the adjustment accuracy of the projector 100 is high, when the bracket fixing seat 210 is installed, a problem that a hole may be drilled on a wall with inaccuracy may exist, if an error is small, a fine adjustment structure may be adopted for adjustment, if the error is too large, the existing installation seat of the ultra-short-focus projector bracket 200 may not be adjusted after being fixed, the bracket fixing seat 210 needs to be detached for re-drilling installation, so that not only is the damage on the wall surface serious, but also the stability of the bracket tube and the projector 100 is affected. Therefore, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, a longitudinal adjusting assembly 250 and a transverse adjusting assembly 260 are connected between the bracket fixing base 210 and the bracket tube, and the bracket fixing base 210 includes a movable space 213 for accommodating the longitudinal adjusting assembly 250 and the transverse adjusting assembly 260; the longitudinal adjusting component 250 is movably connected with the transverse adjusting component 260, and one of the longitudinal adjusting component 250 and the transverse adjusting component 260 is connected with the bracket fixing seat 210; the bracket tube is fixedly connected with the longitudinal adjusting component 250 and/or the transverse adjusting component 260, penetrates out of the bracket fixing seat 210 and is connected with the projector 100.
The upper end face and the lower end face of the bracket fixing seat 210 are provided with extension edges 211, the extension edges 211 are provided with mounting holes 212, when the bracket fixing seat is mounted, holes are needed to be punched at corresponding positions of a wall body, then the wall holes are aligned with the mounting holes 212, expansion screws are inserted, and the bracket fixing seat 210 and the wall body are locked and fixed; it should be noted that the extension sides 211 may also be disposed on the left and right sides of the bracket fixing base 210, or the extension sides 211 may be disposed around the bracket fixing base 210, so as to achieve more stable and firm installation. The inside of the bracket fixing seat 210 is provided with a movable space 213 for accommodating the longitudinal adjusting component 250 and the transverse adjusting component 260, before the bracket fixing seat 210 is fixedly connected with a wall body, the longitudinal adjusting component 250 and the transverse adjusting component 260 are assembled and placed into the movable space 213, the size of the movable space 213 is matched with the adjusting range of a bracket pipe, the front surface of the bracket fixing seat 210, which corresponds to the movable space 213, is provided with a through groove 214 for the bracket pipe to penetrate out, and meanwhile, the area of the through groove 214 is larger than the cross section area of the bracket pipe, so that the position of the through groove 214 can be adjusted and moved; the bracket pipe is used to connect the bracket holder 210 and the projector 100.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the longitudinal adjustment assembly 250 includes a longitudinal adjustment groove 251, a longitudinal adjustment rod 253, and a longitudinal adjustment seat 252, the lateral adjustment assembly 260 includes a lateral adjustment groove 261, a lateral adjustment rod 262, and a lateral adjustment seat 263, the longitudinal adjustment rod 253 and the lateral adjustment rod 262 are vertically disposed, and the lateral adjustment assembly 260 further includes a locking member 264, and the locking member 264 passes through the longitudinal adjustment groove 251 to ensure that the lateral adjustment assembly 260 and the stent tube move up and down along the longitudinal adjustment groove 251.
The longitudinal adjusting seat 252 is movably connected with the transverse adjusting seat 263, and the support tube is fixedly connected with the transverse adjusting seat 263 in a screw connection mode. The transverse adjusting groove 261 is arranged on the side surface of the bracket fixing seat 210 in the vertical direction, the longitudinal adjusting groove 251 is arranged on the side surface of the longitudinal adjusting seat 252 in the horizontal direction, the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 is connected with the transverse adjusting seat 263 and the longitudinal adjusting seat 252 and penetrates out of the upper surface of the bracket fixing seat 210, the upper surface of the bracket fixing seat 210 is further provided with a sliding groove 222 for the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 to move left and right, the transverse adjusting rod 262 penetrates through the transverse adjusting groove 261 and is locked, and the locking member 264 penetrates through the longitudinal adjusting groove 251 and is locked. The transverse adjusting rod 262 and the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 are in bolt structures, when the transverse position of the support tube needs to be adjusted, the transverse adjusting rod 262 is unscrewed, the locking piece 264 is taken down, the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 is unscrewed if necessary, the transverse adjusting rod 262 which is vertically arranged moves left and right along the transverse adjusting groove 261 to a required position, and then the transverse adjusting rod 262 and the locking piece 264 are locked; when the longitudinal position of the stent tube needs to be adjusted, the locking member 264 is unscrewed, the transverse adjusting rod 262 is removed or unscrewed, the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 is adjusted to the required position, and then the locking member 264, the transverse adjusting rod 262 and the longitudinal adjusting rod 253 are screwed tightly.
In order to realize the connection between the longitudinal adjusting seat 252 and the transverse adjusting seat 263, a clamping groove nut 254 is arranged on the longitudinal adjusting rod 253, a nut clamping groove 265 is arranged on the transverse adjusting seat 263, and the transverse adjusting seat 263 is clamped with the clamping groove nut 254 through the nut clamping groove 265.
