The upper front plate 12 is provided protruding from the front end of the bottom surface of the top plate 11 and extends in the direction of the front end edge of the top plate 11. The upper front plate 12 extends upward from the bottom surface of the top plate 11 and stands on the front side of the top plate 11. The upper front plate 12 and the lower front plate 22 are arranged in a vertically opposite manner, so that the upper front plate 12 and the lower front plate 22 can be spliced in a vertically opposite manner.
The left upper connecting plate 13 and the right upper connecting plate 14 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the top plate 11 in a protruding mode. The front end of the left upper connecting plate 13 is connected with the left end of the upper front plate 12. The front end of the right upper connecting plate 14 is connected with the right end of the upper front plate 12.
The upper left connecting plate 13 and the lower left connecting plate 24 are arranged up and down oppositely, so that the upper left connecting plate 13 and the lower left connecting plate 24 can be spliced up and down oppositely.
The upper right connecting plate 14 and the lower right connecting plate 25 are arranged up and down relatively, so that the upper right connecting plate 14 and the lower right connecting plate 25 can be spliced up and down relatively.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in conjunction with fig. 4, in some embodiments, the rear end edge of the top plate 11 is a transition portion 15 bent in a downward arc shape, and the transition portion 15 extends along the direction of the rear end edge of the top plate 11. Transition portion 15 is arc bending structure, and transition portion 15 is used for splicing from top to bottom with the top border of back shroud 23. The height dimension of the transition portion 15 is much smaller than the rear cover plate 23, so the rear cover plate 23 is still the back side appearance surface of the sound box.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination with fig. 4, the upper front plate 12 is provided with an upper mounting groove 121, and the lower mounting groove 221 provided on the lower front plate 22 is arranged opposite to the upper mounting groove 121. The upper mounting groove 121 and the lower mounting groove 221 are assembled up and down to form a mounting hole. The horn 3 can be installed in the mounting hole in an aligned manner, and is sandwiched between the upper front plate 12 and the lower front plate 22.
The upper mounting groove 121 and the lower mounting groove 221 are provided in plurality and arranged in one-to-one correspondence, so that the mounting hole is formed in plurality. Each mounting hole may be adapted to mount a loudspeaker 3, such as a tweeter 31 or a full range loudspeaker 32.
In the assembly process of upper cover 1 and inferior valve 2, loudspeaker 3 can be installed in mounting groove 221 under in advance to be connected through electronic component such as main control board in circuit and the installation intracavity, close upper cover 1 lid on inferior valve 2 again, and then make loudspeaker 3 centre gripping between last mounting groove 121 and the lower mounting groove 221 that corresponds, and then reduce the degree of difficulty of loudspeaker 3 equipment and dismantlement.
Referring still to fig. 6, 7, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the upper edges of the left and right lower connecting plates 24 and 25 extend gradually downward in the rear-to-front direction, and the front and rear ends of the upper edges are respectively connected to the top end of the lower front plate 22 and the top end of the rear cover plate 23. Accordingly, the lower end edges of the left and right upper connecting plates 13 and 14 extend gradually downward, and the front and rear ends of the lower end edges thereof are respectively connected to the bottom end of the upper front plate 12 and the bottom end of the transition portion 15. When the left upper connecting plate 13 and the left lower connecting plate 24 are vertically spliced and the right upper connecting plate 14 and the right lower connecting plate 25 are vertically spliced, a splicing line which gradually extends obliquely forwards and downwards is formed. Therefore, the volume inside the lower case 2 is significantly larger than that inside the upper cover 1, so that the internal space of the case 10 can be mainly concentrated in the installation cavity inside the lower case 2.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, in some embodiments, the top edges of the upper front plate 12, the left upper connecting plate 13, the right upper connecting plate 14 and the transition portion 15 are connected in sequence, and further, sealing ribs 110 matched with the sealing grooves 220 are convexly disposed on the top surfaces of the upper front plate 12, the left upper connecting plate 13, the right upper connecting plate 14 and the transition portion 15. The sealing rib 110 is located at the bottom edge of the upper cover 1, and the contour of the sealing rib 110 is annular and is arranged vertically opposite to the sealing groove 220. When the upper cover 1 is covered on the lower shell 2, the sealing rib 110 of the upper cover 1 can be inserted into the sealing groove 220 for arrangement, and then the inner space of the installation cavity is sealed.
It is understood that the locations of the seal rib 110 and the seal groove 220 may be interchanged. The seal rib 110 may be provided on the top of the peripheral side edge of the lower case 2, that is, on the top surfaces of the lower front plate 22, the left lower connecting plate 24, the right lower connecting plate 25, and the rear cover plate 23. Meanwhile, the sealing groove 220 is opened at the bottom of the peripheral side edge of the upper lid 1, i.e., the bottom surfaces of the upper front plate 12, the left upper connecting plate 13, the right upper connecting plate 14, and the transition portion 15.
In the lower front plate 22, the seal groove 220 is formed in the top surface of the lower front plate 22 that is joined to the upper front plate 12, i.e., the top surface except for the region where the lower mounting groove 221 is formed. The lower mounting groove 221 is sealed by the lower half of the horn, so the sealing groove 220 is not needed. Similarly, the sealing rib 110 is protruded on the bottom surface of the upper front plate 12, which is joined to the lower front plate 22, that is, the bottom surface of the upper front plate 12 except the region where the upper mounting groove 121 is opened. The upper mounting groove 121 is sealed by the upper half of the horn, so that the sealing rib 110 is not needed.
In some embodiments, a plurality of sealing strips (not shown in the drawings) may be disposed in the sealing groove 220 and arranged along the sealing groove 220, so that when the upper cover 1 is covered on the lower shell 2, the sealing strips can be clamped between the sealing groove 220 and the sealing rib 110, thereby effectively ensuring the sealing property between the sealing rib 110 and the sealing groove 220 and improving the sealing effect between the upper cover 1 and the lower shell 2.
Fig. 11 is a sectional view of the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 in fig. 3. Fig. 12 is an enlarged schematic view of region E in fig. 11. Fig. 13 is an enlarged structural view of the region F in fig. 11.
Referring to fig. 4 to 14, in some embodiments, a bottom partition plate 211 extending upward is protruded in the installation cavity on the bottom plate 21, and an upper partition plate 111 opposite to the bottom partition plate 211 is protruded on the bottom surface of the top plate 11. The bottom partition plate 211 has a front end connected to the bottom front plate 22 and a rear end connected to the rear cover plate 23. The top partition plate 111 has a front end connected to the top front plate 12 and a rear end connected to the transition section 15. When the upper cover 1 is covered on the lower case 2, the upper separation plate 111 is vertically spliced with the lower separation plate 211 and partitions the installation cavity.
The two upper partition plates 111 and the two lower partition plates 211 are respectively arranged at left and right intervals and are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the space inside the installation cavity, namely the internal space of the box body 10, is divided into three sections along the length direction of the installation cavity, and the three sections correspond to the left sound cavity 101, the electric control cavity 102 and the right sound cavity 103 respectively. Electronic devices such as a main control board, a power supply board, a terminal board and the like can be integrally installed in the electric control cavity 102 and are sealed and isolated from the left sound cavity 101 and the right sound cavity 103. Make left sound chamber 101 and right sound chamber 103 form independent seal chamber, and then promote the holistic tone quality and the audio of bar loudspeaker 200.
It will be appreciated that the number of top and bottom separation plates 111, 211 can be increased accordingly, thereby increasing the number of sound chambers in the interior space of the cabinet 10.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the top surface of the bottom separation plate 211 is concavely provided with a sealing groove 220, and the bottom end of the top separation plate 111 is convexly provided with a sealing rib 110 opposite to the sealing groove 220. The sealing groove 220 is engaged with the sealing rib 110 to seal between the bottom separation plate 211 and the top separation plate 111, thereby improving the sealing performance of the left sound cavity 101 and the right sound cavity 103.
Fig. 14 is a sectional view of the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 of fig. 3 at another viewing angle. Fig. 15 is an enlarged schematic view of the region G in fig. 14. Fig. 16 is an enlarged schematic view of the region H in fig. 14.
Referring to fig. 6 to 16, the left end plate 16 is located outside the left upper connecting plate 13 and serves as an appearance surface of the left end of the sound box.
When the upper cover 1 is covered on the lower casing 2, the bottom of the left end plate 16 is connected with the top surface of the left end of the bottom plate 21, and the rear end edge of the left end plate 16 is connected with the rear cover plate 23. And the left end plate 16 shields the outer surface sides of the left upper connecting plate 13 and the left lower connecting plate 24, thereby shielding the splice seam between the left upper connecting plate 13 and the left lower connecting plate 24, as shown in fig. 12 and 15.
Still referring to fig. 6 to 16, the right end plate 17 is located outside the upper right connecting plate 14 and serves as an appearance surface of the right end of the speaker.
When the upper cover 1 is closed on the lower case 2, the bottom of the right end plate 17 is connected to the top surface of the right end of the bottom plate 21, and the rear end edge of the right end plate 17 is connected to the rear cover plate 23. And the right end plate 17 shields the outer surface sides of the right upper connecting plate 14 and the right lower connecting plate 25, thereby shielding the splicing seam between the right upper connecting plate 14 and the right lower connecting plate 25, as shown in fig. 13 and 16. The matching of the left end plate 16 and the right end plate 17 makes the splicing structure of the upper cover 1 and the lower casing 2 invisible in the appearance surface of the left end and the right end of the sound box.
It should be noted that the left end plate 16 may also be provided on the lower case 2 and extend upward from the top surface of the left end of the bottom plate 21. Similarly, the right end plate 17 may be provided on the lower case 2 and extend upward from the top surface of the right end of the bottom plate 21.
Referring to fig. 9 and 15, in some embodiments, a left support rib 161 extending vertically is protruded on an inner side wall of the left end plate 16. The left support rib 161 is located between the left end plate 16 and the left upper connecting plate 13. A clamping groove is concavely arranged on the bottom end surface of the left supporting rib 161. The left support rib 161 is provided in plural and arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction along the inner side wall of the left endplate 16. Meanwhile, a left rib 212 extending in the front-rear direction is provided on the top surface of the bottom plate 21. The equal joint of draw-in groove in left brace muscle 161 bottom is on left card muscle 212, and then when making the concatenation of upper cover 1 and inferior valve 2, the bottom of left end plate 16 can be fixed relatively with the left end of bottom plate 21.
Referring to fig. 9 and 16, similarly, the inner side wall of the right end plate 17 is respectively provided with a vertically extending right supporting rib 171 in a protruding manner. The right support rib 171 is located between the right end plate 17 and the right upper connecting plate 14. The bottom end surface of the right support rib 171 is concavely provided with a clamping groove. The right support rib 171 is provided in plural and arranged at a front-rear interval along the inner side wall of the right end plate 17. Meanwhile, a right rib 213 extending in the front-rear direction is provided on the top surface of the bottom plate 21. The draw-in groove of right brace muscle 171 bottom all the joint on right card muscle 213, and then when making the concatenation of upper cover 1 and inferior valve 2, the bottom of right-hand member board 17 can be fixed relatively with the right-hand member of bottom plate 21.

Referring to fig. 17 in conjunction with fig. 2 and 3, the mesh enclosure 4 is disposed at the front side of the front end splicing seam of the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 of the box body 10, i.e., at the front side of the upper front plate 12 and the lower front plate 22. And then the mesh enclosure 4 can shield the splicing seam between the upper front plate 12 and the lower front plate 22, so that the splicing structure of the upper cover 1 and the lower shell 2 cannot be seen in the front side appearance surface of the sound box. Meanwhile, the left end and the right end of the mesh enclosure 4 are matched and connected with the left end plate 16 and the right end plate 17 respectively, so that the left end plate 16, the mesh enclosure 4 and the right end plate 17 are matched, the splicing seams between the upper cover 1 and the lower casing 2 cannot be seen from the top surface, the bottom surface, the front side surface and the left side end surface and the right side end surface in the integral appearance of the loudspeaker box, and the attractiveness of the integral appearance of the loudspeaker box is effectively improved.
Fig. 18 is a schematic structural view of the mesh enclosure 4 in fig. 3. Fig. 19 is an enlarged schematic view of the I region of fig. 18. Fig. 20 is an enlarged schematic view of the region J of fig. 18.
Referring to fig. 18 to 20, in some embodiments, the mesh cover 4 includes a front cover portion 41, a left cover portion 42, a right cover portion 43, a left bent portion 44, a left fastening portion 45, a right bent portion 46, and a right fastening portion 47.
The left cover portion 42 is bent and extended backward from the left end of the front cover portion 41. The right cover portion 43 is bent and extended rearward from the right end of the front cover portion 41.
Fig. 21 is another cross-sectional view of fig. 2. Fig. 22 is an enlarged schematic view of the K region of fig. 21. Fig. 23 is an enlarged schematic view of the L region of fig. 21.
Referring to fig. 21 to 23, the rear end edge of the left cover 42 is spliced with the front end edge of the left end plate 16, so that the left cover 42 and the left end plate 16 are matched to block the spliced seam between the upper left connecting plate 13 and the lower left connecting plate 24, and are used as the appearance surface of the left end of the sound box.
Similarly, the rear edge of the right cover part 43 is spliced with the front edge of the right end plate 17, so that the right cover part 43 and the right end plate 17 are matched to shield the splicing seam between the upper right connecting plate 14 and the lower right connecting plate 25, and the splicing seam is jointly used as the appearance surface of the right end of the sound box.
The left cover 42 and the right cover 43 are designed to expand the sound output range of the speaker to some extent, so that the sound can be spread in both right and left directions.
Referring to fig. 20 and 22, the left bending portion 44 is bent and extended from the rear end of the left cover portion 42 to the right, and the left bending portion 44 abuts against the front end surface of the left end plate 16, so that the rear end edge of the left cover portion 42 is seamlessly spliced with the left end plate 16. Left joint portion 45 is bent backward by the medial extremity of left portion 44 of bending and is extended, and left joint portion 45 joint is in the inboard of left end plate 16, and then makes left cover portion 42 and the left portion 44 of bending all can fix on left end plate 16.
In some embodiments, the inside of the front end of the left endplate 16 is provided with a vertically extending left snap bar 162. The left locking bar 162 is disposed on the front side surface of the left support rib 161. Left joint portion 45 joint is on the inside wall of left calorie of strip 162, and left joint portion 45 joint is on the lateral wall that deviates from left end plate 16 of left calorie of strip 162 promptly.

1. A bar-shaped sound box is characterized by comprising an upper cover and a lower cover which are oppositely spliced up and down and a mesh enclosure arranged at the front sides of the upper cover and the lower cover;
the upper cover and the lower shell are both strip-shaped, and splicing seams are formed at splicing positions;
the two ends of the upper cover are respectively provided with a left end plate and a right end plate which extend downwards in a protruding mode, or the two ends of the lower shell are respectively provided with a left end plate and a right end plate which extend upwards in a protruding mode;
the left end plate and the right end plate are respectively shielded outside the splicing seams at the left end and the right end of the upper cover and the lower shell;
the mesh enclosure covers the upper cover and the front side of the front end splicing seam of the lower shell.
2. The soundbar of claim 1, wherein the mesh enclosure comprises a front cover portion and a left cover portion and a right cover portion bent and extended backward from both ends of the front cover portion, respectively;
the rear end of the left cover part is spliced with the front end of the left end plate; the right cover part is spliced with the right end plate.
3. The soundbar of claim 2, wherein the mesh enclosure further comprises a left bend, a left snap, a right bend and a right snap;
the left bending part is bent and extended rightwards from the rear end of the left cover part, and the left clamping part is bent and extended backwards from the inner side end of the left bending part; the left bending part abuts against the front end of the left end plate, and the left clamping part is clamped on the inner side of the left end plate;
the right bending part is bent and extended leftwards from the rear end of the right cover part, and the right clamping part is bent and extended backwards from the inner side end of the right bending part; the right bending part is abutted to the front end of the right end plate, and the right clamping part is clamped on the inner side of the right end plate.
4. The soundbar of claim 3, wherein the inner sides of the front ends of the left and right end panels are each provided with a vertically extending clip;
the left clamping portion and the right clamping portion are respectively clamped on the inner side wall of the clamping strip.

The sound bar of claim 1, wherein the left end panel and the right end panel are disposed on the top cover; the inner side walls of the left end plate and the right end plate are respectively provided with a vertically extending support rib in a protruding manner; the bottom end surface of the support rib is concavely provided with a clamping groove;
clamping ribs matched with the clamping grooves are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower shell in a protruding mode;
when the upper cover and the lower shell are spliced up and down, the clamping ribs are clamped in the clamping grooves.
6. The sound bar of claim 1, wherein the top cover comprises a top panel and a top front panel protruding from a front end of a bottom surface of the top panel;
the lower shell comprises a bottom plate and a lower front plate which is convexly arranged at the front end of the top surface of the bottom plate;
the upper front plate and the lower front plate are spliced up and down oppositely;
the screen panel is located between the roof and the bottom plate, and shelters from the front side of going up the front bezel with lower front bezel.
7. The soundbar of claim 6, wherein the top cover further comprises a left top connection plate and a right top connection plate protruding from the bottom surface of the top plate;
the lower shell also comprises a left lower connecting plate and a right lower connecting plate which are respectively convexly arranged at the two ends of the top surface of the bottom plate;
the left upper connecting plate and the left lower connecting plate are spliced up and down, and the right upper connecting plate and the right lower connecting plate are spliced up and down;
the left end plate is shielded outside the upper left connecting plate and the lower left connecting plate; the right end plate is shielded at the outer sides of the right upper connecting plate and the right lower connecting plate.
8. The sound bar of claim 7, wherein the lower shell further comprises a back cover plate protruding over a back end of the top surface of the base plate;
the front end and the rear end of the upper left connecting plate and the front end and the rear end of the lower left connecting plate are respectively connected with the rear cover plate and the lower front plate;
the upper cover also comprises a transition part bent downwards in an arc shape from the edge of the rear end of the top plate; the top edge of the rear cover plate is vertically spliced with the transition part.

The soundbar of claim 8, wherein the joint line between the upper left connecting plate and the lower left connecting plate and the joint line between the upper right connecting plate and the lower right connecting plate are inclined downward in a direction from the rear to the front, and the joint line has a front end connected to the joint line between the upper front plate and the lower front plate and a rear end connected to the joint line between the rear cover and the transition portion.
10. The soundbar of claim 6, wherein the mesh enclosure has an upper flange at a top thereof extending rearward and a lower flange at a bottom thereof extending rearward;
the upper flanging is attached to and clamped on the bottom surface of the top plate, and the lower flanging is attached to and clamped on the top surface of the bottom plate.
11. A display device comprising a display body and a soundbar according to any one of claims 1 to 10; the bar-shaped sound box is connected with the display main body through signals.
12. The display device of claim 11, wherein the display device further comprises a subwoofer; the subwoofer is in signal connection with the bar-shaped sound box.
