Claims (10)

1. A protective cassette for protecting a valve member of a tank container including a tank body and a frame supporting the tank body, comprising:
the fixed box body is positioned at the bottom of the tank body and corresponds to the outer wall of the bottom of the tank body, and the fixed box body is welded with the tank body and the frame and is provided with an opening facing to the end frame of the frame which is close to the tank body; the bottom of the opening of the fixed box body is not higher than the upper surface of the end lower beam of the end frame and is connected with the end frame, and the top and the side part of the opening of the fixed box body have height difference with the end lower beam;
the extension box body is connected to the opening of the fixed box body and is detachably connected with the fixed box body; the top of the extension box body is connected with the fixed box body, and the bottom of the extension box body extends to the end lower beam of the frame and is lapped on the end lower beam; the two ends of the extension box body are both opened, one end of the extension box body is connected with the fixed box body, and the other end of the extension box body faces the end frame;
the box cover is hinged to the top end of the extension box body and is arranged at the opening of the extension box body facing the end frame in a covering mode and is opened or closed relative to the extension box body.
2. The protective case of claim 1, wherein the stationary case comprises:
the fixing plate is positioned at the bottom of the tank body and corresponds to the outer wall of the bottom of the tank body; the fixing plate is connected with the tank body in a welding manner or connected with the frame in a welding manner or simultaneously connected with the tank body and the frame in a welding manner; the fixed plate is provided with an opening through which the valve element passes;
the end plate is connected to the top end of the fixing plate and extends towards the end frame;
two side plates respectively arranged at two sides of the end plate; the top end of each side plate is connected with the end plate in a welding mode, the bottom end of each side plate is connected with the frame in a welding mode, one side of each side plate is connected with the fixing plate in a welding mode, and the other side of each side plate extends towards the end frame; the bottom end of the side plate and the end lower beam have a height difference;
the mounting plate is positioned below the fixing plate; one side of the mounting plate is connected with the frame in a welding mode, and the other side of the mounting plate is connected with the lower end beam in a welding mode.
3. The protective case according to claim 2, wherein the fixing plate is inclined downward in an inclined direction of the can, and a bottom of the fixing plate is welded to both the frame and the can.
4. The protective case of claim 2, wherein the extension case comprises:
one end of the top plate is lapped and detachably connected with the end plate, and the other end of the top plate is hinged with the box cover;
the two connecting plates are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two side plates, and the connecting plates are lapped with the side plates and are detachably connected with the side plates; the bottom end of the connecting plate extends to the lower end beam and is lapped on the lower end beam;
and the bottom plate is lapped on the mounting plate and is detachably connected with the mounting plate.
5. The protective box according to claim 4, wherein a first mounting hole is formed in the end plate, a first connecting hole corresponding to the first mounting hole is formed in the top plate, and a fastener is inserted through the first mounting hole and the first connecting hole;
the side plate is provided with a second mounting hole, the connecting plate is provided with a second connecting hole, and the fastener penetrates through the second mounting hole and the second connecting hole.
6. The protective case of claim 4, wherein the two connecting plates are fixedly connected to the top plate.
7. The protective case according to claim 4, wherein the mounting plates are provided at intervals of at least two in a width direction of the frame; a third mounting hole is formed in the mounting plate;
at least two groups of third connecting holes are formed in the bottom plate, and the at least two groups of connecting holes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the at least two mounting plates;
the bottom plate is lapped on the mounting plate, and a fastener penetrates through the third mounting hole and the third connecting hole.
8. The protective case according to claim 4, wherein the case cover comprises a body portion and a protruding portion, the protruding portion is coplanar with the body portion and protrudes from a bottom end of the body portion, two sides of the body portion extend beyond two sides of the protruding portion, the body portion fits into the opening, and a top end of the body portion is hinged to the top plate.
9. A tank container comprising a tank body provided with a valve member at the bottom thereof, a frame supporting the tank body, and a protective case according to any one of claims 2 to 8 located at the bottom of the tank body and outside the valve member.
10. The tank container according to claim 9, wherein the frame includes a bottom support plate and two side reinforcing plates provided at the bottom of the tank body, the two side reinforcing plates being provided at intervals in a width direction of the tank body, one ends of the side reinforcing plates being fixedly connected to the bottom support plate, and the other ends thereof being welded to an end frame of the frame;
the bottom of the fixing plate is connected with the bottom supporting plate and the tank body in a welding mode;
the two side plates and the two side reinforcing plates are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the side plates are positioned above the side reinforcing plates, and the side plates are lapped and welded with the side reinforcing plates;
the mounting plate is connected with the bottom support plate in a welding mode.
