As shown in fig. 1 to 3, and 5, in one embodiment, a mounting bracket for a barrier 100 of a storage case 10 is disclosed, including: a barrier 110; and the supporting frame 120, the supporting frame 120 includes a first supporting member 121 and a second supporting member 122 which are oppositely disposed, the first supporting member 121 is provided with a first connecting portion 130, the second supporting member 122 is provided with a second connecting portion 140, and the first connecting portion 130 can be in inserting fit with the second connecting portion 140 and form a connecting structure for supporting the blocking member 110.
The mounting bracket of the baffle 100 of the storage box 10 in the embodiment utilizes the insertion fit of the first connecting portion 130 and the second connecting portion 140 to enable the first supporting member 121 and the second supporting member 122 to be matched to form the supporting frame 120, utilizes the supporting frame 120 to prop the blocking member 110 open to form the baffle 100, and mounts the baffle 100 in the storage cavity 12 of the storage body, so that the space of the storage cavity 12 can be partitioned to meet the storage requirement of articles. Meanwhile, the connection structure formed by the insertion and matching of the first connection portion 130 and the second connection portion 140 is used for spreading the blocking member 110, so that even if the blocking member 110 elastically retracts, the connection structure integrates the strength of the first connection portion 130 and the strength of the second connection portion 140, the connection position of the support frame 120 and the blocking member 110 can be ensured to have stronger rigidity and strength, deformation cannot occur, and the service life of the baffle 100 is ensured.
It should be noted that, the barrier 110 is spread by using the connecting structure, and the barrier 110 may be spread only when the baffle 100 is installed in the storage cavity 12 of the storage body, so that the barrier 110 may be rolled up when the baffle 100 is not installed in the storage cavity 12, thereby saving the storage space; it is also possible that the first support 121 and the second support 122 are matched to expand the blocking member 110.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in an embodiment, the first supporting member 121 is provided with a first fitting groove 1211, the first connecting portion 130 is disposed in the first fitting groove 1211, the second supporting member 122 is provided with a second fitting groove 1221, the second connecting portion 140 is disposed in the second fitting groove 1221, when the first connecting portion 130 and the second connecting portion 140 are in plug-fit engagement, the first fitting groove 1211 and the second fitting groove 1221 cooperate to form the mounting cavity 150, and a through hole 151 for the blocking member 110 to pass through is disposed on a side wall of the mounting cavity 150. Therefore, after the first connection portion 130 and the second connection portion 140 are plugged and matched, the first support member 121 and the second support member 122 are matched with each other, so that the first matching groove 1211 and the second matching groove 1221 are enclosed to form the installation cavity 150, the connection structure is arranged in the installation cavity 150, the influence on the normal plugging and matching of the first connection portion 130 and the second connection portion 140 due to the entering of external foreign matters can be avoided, and the smoothness and the reliability of the plugging and matching are ensured. The blocking member 110 passes through the through hole 151 and then is connected to the connecting structure, so that the blocking member 110 is spread by the connecting structure to achieve a blocking effect. Further, the via 151 is disposed opposite to the connection structure. Therefore, the blocking piece 110 is not deflected after being connected with the connecting structure, so that the connecting structure is stressed uniformly and is not easy to deflect. The through hole 151 may be separately formed on the outer wall of the first support 121 or the second support 122; or a part of the outer wall of the first supporting member 121 may be formed, a part of the outer wall of the second supporting member 122 may be formed, and the first supporting member 121 and the second supporting member 122 can be matched to form a complete through hole 151, so that the strength of the first supporting member 121 and the strength of the second supporting member 122 cannot be affected by the formation of the through hole 151.
The insertion fit between the first connecting portion 130 and the second connecting portion 140 is preferably implemented by a pin-and-socket fit, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the first supporting member 121 and the second supporting member 122.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the first connecting portion 130 is configured as a first connecting column 131, the second connecting portion 140 is configured as a second connecting column 141 provided with a jack 1411, and the first connecting column 131 can be inserted into the jack 1411. Thus, in the jack 1411 of the second connection column 141, the first connection column 131 and the second connection column 141 form a connection structure for being connected with the barrier member 110, so that the connection structure integrates the strength of the first connection column 131 and the second connection column 141, and the connection structure has sufficient strength and does not deform even under the tensile force of the barrier member 110. The first connecting column 131 is preferably injection-molded integrally with the first support 121, and the second connecting column 141 is preferably injection-molded integrally with the second support 122, so that the production cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 4, further, the first connection column 131 includes a connection section 1311 and an insertion section 1312, the connection section 1311 is disposed between the first support 121 and the insertion section 1312, and the insertion section 1312 is used for insertion fitting with the insertion hole 1411. Therefore, the first connecting column 131 and the second connecting column 141 can be connected and matched only by inserting the connecting section 1312 into the jack 1411, so that the connection is convenient; and only the plugging section 1312 can be plugged and matched with the jack 1411, the diameter of the connecting section 1311 can be relatively large, and the first connecting column 131 can have enough strength.
In one embodiment, the second coupling post 141 is further provided with a first guide (not shown) for guiding the insertion of the first coupling post 131 into the insertion hole 1411. Thus, the first connecting post 131 can be conveniently inserted into the insertion hole 1411 of the second connecting post 141 by the guiding function of the first guiding part, and the installation efficiency is high. The first guide portion may be a guide slope or a guide inclined groove formed in the outer edge of the opening of the insertion hole 1411, and only needs to be able to guide the insertion of the first connecting post 131 into the insertion hole 1411.
In one embodiment, one end of the first coupling post 131 is provided with a second guide portion (not shown) for guiding the first coupling post 131 to be inserted into the insertion hole 1411. In this way, the first connecting post 131 can be conveniently inserted into the insertion hole 1411 of the second connecting post 141 by the guiding function of the second guiding part, and the installation efficiency is high. The second guiding portion may be a tapered structure or a wheel-platform-shaped structure provided at the head of the first connecting column 131, for example, the head of the inserting section 1312 is tapered, so long as the first connecting column 131 can be guided to be inserted into the inserting hole 1411. Of course, the first guiding portion and the second guiding portion can be disposed at the same time, which is more favorable for the first connecting column 131 to be inserted into the insertion hole 1411 of the second connecting column 141.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment, the blocking member 110 is configured as a blocking net 111, and the outer wall of the second connecting column 141 is further provided with a position-limiting part (not shown) for limiting and matching with the blocking net 111. The blocking piece 110 is set as a blocking net 111, the second connecting column 141 can firstly penetrate through the meshes at the edge of the blocking net 111, then the first connecting column 131 is inserted into the jack 1411 of the second connecting column 141, and the blocking net 111 is opened by a connecting structure formed by the splicing and matching of the first connecting column 131 and the second connecting column 141; because the outer wall of the second connecting column 141 is provided with the limiting part, the blocking net 111 can be correspondingly limited in the process of opening the blocking net 111, the blocking net 111 is ensured not to easily slide or shake, and the connection structure is ensured to be stressed uniformly. As shown in fig. 1, in particular, a corresponding slot 102 is opened on the inner wall of the storage cavity 12, and the baffle 100 is installed in the storage cavity 12 by inserting the support bracket 120 of the baffle 100 into the slot 102.
