In some embodiments, the rear portion of the locking member 26 is provided with a driving hole 261 for a driving rod (not shown) to be inserted therein to drive the locking member 26 to be unlocked or locked, wherein when the locking member 26 is loosened, the second connecting portion 25 can rotate around the rotating shaft, and when the rotating shaft is rotated to a predetermined angle, the locking member 26 is locked.
