The working principle is as follows: during installation, the stator 15 is fixed on the inner surface of the shell 1, the rotor 16 penetrates through the stator 15, the end cover 6 penetrates through the rotating shaft 13 from the two sides of the shell 1 to be attached to the shell 1, the fixing seat 7 on the end cover 6 is aligned with the fixing beam 5 on the shell 1, then the fixing bolt 8 penetrates through the third fixing hole 18, the fixing seat 7 and the fixing beam 5 are fixed through the fixing bolt 8 in a straight descending manner, so that the fixing between the end cover 6 and the shell 1 is completed, the stable connection between the end cover 6 and the shell 1 is ensured through the three-point triangular fixing, the number of the fixing bolts 8 is greatly reduced, the end cover 6 is convenient to disassemble and maintain, meanwhile, the heat dissipation groove 20 is formed in the surface of the fixing bolt 8, the fixing bolt 8 is communicated with the circulating air port 30 after penetrating through the third fixing hole 18, and forms a heat dissipation air duct by matching with the drainage groove 21 on the bolt cap 19 and the ventilation groove 22, when the motor operates, the rotating shaft 13 rotates to drive the heat dissipation fan 14 to rotate to generate air flow, external air enters the drainage groove 21 from the ventilation groove 22 on the fixed seat 7 on the side far away from the heat dissipation fan 14, enters the heat dissipation groove 20 through the drainage groove 21, finally enters the end cover 6 from the heat dissipation groove 20 through the circulating air opening 30, then passes through the inside of the shell 1, carries the high temperature inside the shell 1 to the end cover 6 on one side, and is discharged through the circulating air duct formed by the circulating air opening 30, the ventilation groove 22, the drainage groove 21 and the heat dissipation groove 20, compared with the traditional heat dissipation from the outside, the heat dissipation speed is improved by dissipating heat from the inside of the motor, then the heat dissipation fan 14 is installed on one side of the outer surface of the rotating shaft 13, and the fan housing 9 is sleeved on the outer surface of the end cover 6 on one side, so that the first fixing hole 10 on the fan housing 9 is aligned with the second fixing hole 17 on the fixed seat 7, and a bolt penetrates through the space between the fan housing 9 and the end cover 6, before the motor is operated, the movable rod 24 is pushed towards the interior of the fan housing 9 along the movable groove 11 through the pull ring 25, the cleaning plate 26 moves along the movable rod 24, so that the fixed sleeve 27 is in butt joint with the fixed screw 23 on the rotating shaft 13, the movable rod 24 is rotated through the pull ring 25, the fixed sleeve 27 is in threaded connection with the fixed screw 23 along with the rotation of the movable rod 24 to be connected with the fixed screw 23, then the motor is operated, the rotating shaft 13 rotates to drive the fixed screw 23 to rotate, the cleaning plate 26 is driven to rotate through the fixed sleeve 27, the first heat dissipation hole 12 on the fan housing 9 is cleaned through the seal head 28 on the cleaning plate 26, the first heat dissipation hole 12 is prevented from being blocked by dust to influence heat dissipation, meanwhile, the second heat dissipation hole 29 is formed in the cleaning plate 26, the air flow is greatly reduced from being blocked by the cleaning plate 26, when the motor stops working, the cleaning plate 26 is reversely rotated by the pull ring 25, make fixed sleeve 27 and clamping screw 23 break away from, then utilize pull ring 25 to outwards stretch cleaning plate 26, make head 28 on the cleaning plate 26 align with first louvre 12 on the fan housing 9, and make head 28 run through in the inside of first louvre 12, close first louvre 12, avoid the worm and mouse to get into the inside damage to heat dissipation fan 14 of heat dissipation cover by the louvre, rings 3 of motor casing 1 surface are used for lifting by crane the transportation to the motor, terminal box 4 is used for being connected external circuit and motor, it can to fix through frame 2 of casing 1 lower extreme during the motor installation.
