Description

本实用新型是一种用于骨科手术中推开肌肉,撬出骨胳,扩大术野的医疗器械。
原撬骨板板体为一曲型平板,使用时板面紧贴骨面,这样,做钢板内固定时,钻头不易突破对侧骨皮质,持骨钳不易插入骨与板之间,常需旋转撬骨板或拿出,造成钻头突破对侧骨质时行进过多,误伤刀口对侧的血管、神经。骨板旋转时造成折端成角、移位,特别是粉碎性骨折。
本实用新型的目的是设计制造一种使用时不需旋转,可防止误伤血管、神经及骨折端成角移位的撬骨板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在撬骨板的板体上设置凹槽,凹槽宽度以持骨钳夹持骨头时能顺槽而下为宜,可在1~6mm选择深为钻头易于突破对侧骨皮质且钻头钻入骨头顶到撬骨板槽底时的长度最好等于或略大于固定螺钉的长度,槽长可在5~50mm选择,槽长头端过小弯部中线,柄端近板面顶,以利持骨钳与撬骨板夹角小时使用。
本实用新型在使用时不用旋转或拿出,持骨钳即可顺槽插入骨与撬骨板之间,钻头对着板槽突破对侧骨皮质,突破后钻头进入骨的长度即为固定螺钉的长度,消除了由于骨板旋转移动或拿出造成的骨折端错位,减去了测量螺钉长度之麻烦,使手术得以顺利进行,妥善地保护了切口对侧的血管、神经。特别是粉碎骨折和/或近关节部位。

Claims (3)

1、一种由板柄(1)、板体(2)所构成的撬骨板,其特征是所说的板体(2)上设有凹槽(3)。
2、按照权利要求1所说的撬骨板,其特征是所说的凹槽(3)的深度可在1~6mm选择,其宽度可在5~50mm选择。
3、按照权利要求1所说的撬骨板同其特征是所说的板体(2)及凹槽(3)是用同一不锈钢材料一次冲压成型的。
