An all-terrain vehicle 1 according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an all-terrain vehicle 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 100, an engine (not shown), an air cleaner 200, and an intake extension pipe 300.
The engine is mounted to the frame 100 and has an engine intake. An air cleaner 200 is mounted to the frame 100 and is connected to the engine intake. The intake extension pipe 300 is connected to the air cleaner 200, and the intake extension pipe 300 has an air filter inlet 321, and at least a portion of the intake extension pipe 300 extends upward such that the air filter inlet 321 is higher than the engine inlet.
According to the utility model discloses all terrain vehicle 1, through setting up the extension pipe 300 that admits air, the extension pipe 300 that will admit air is connected in air cleaner 200, and set up empty filter air inlet 321 on the extension pipe 300 that admits air, utilize the extension pipe 300 that admits air like this, make at least some upwards extensions of the extension pipe 300 that admits air, thereby can improve the position of empty filter air inlet 321, make empty filter air inlet 321 highly be higher than the engine air inlet, avoid all terrain vehicle 1 water that flies on the way of driving splash from empty filter air inlet 321 entering air cleaner 200 and engine, improve all terrain vehicle 1's the water trafficability characteristic, thereby guarantee the life of the stability of traveling and engine.
Therefore, the all-terrain vehicle 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of high wading trafficability, stable running, long service life of the engine, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the frame 100 has a cab 110, a seat is disposed in the cab 110, and the height of the air filter inlet 321 corresponds to the upper region of the backrest 120 of the seat, i.e. the height of the air filter inlet 321 is substantially equal to the shoulder of the passenger by extending the air inlet extension pipe 300, so that the air filter inlet 321 is located at a reasonable height to avoid the engine wading.
Specifically, the seat includes a driver seat, and the height of the air filter intake port 321 corresponds to an upper region of the backrest 120 of the driver seat, in other words, the air filter intake port 321 is disposed offset to the left in the left-right direction, wherein the cabin 110 may have a two-seat structure or a four-seat structure.
Further, all-terrain vehicle 1 takes a rear-drive form, and the engine, air cleaner 200 and intake extension pipe 300 are all disposed behind cab 110.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in order to improve the loading capacity of the all-terrain vehicle 1, the all-terrain vehicle 1 further includes a cargo box 400, the cargo box 400 is mounted to the frame 100, the engine and the air cleaner 200 are provided below the cargo box 400, and the air intake extension pipe 300 extends upward from the front of the cargo box 400 so that the air filter air inlet 321 is higher than the cargo box 400, for example, a part of the air intake extension pipe 300 may be buried in the rear wall of the cab 110, and the air filter air inlet 321 is provided toward the rear. Therefore, the height of the air inlet 321 of the air filter can be increased, the arrangement of the air inlet extension pipe 300 is facilitated, air inlet of the air inlet 321 of the air filter is facilitated, and the air inlet amount is prevented from being influenced by the arrangement of the container 400.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, atv 1 further includes a pre-filter 500, where pre-filter 500 is disposed on air intake extension pipe 300, for example, pre-filter 500 is disposed at air filter air inlet 321 of air intake extension pipe 300. The air introduced into the inlet extension duct 300 through the air filter inlet 321 is first filtered by the pre-filter 500, thereby providing cleaner air to the air cleaner 200 and the engine and extending the lifespan of the air cleaner 200 and the engine.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the air inlet extension pipe 300 includes an air filter connection pipe 310 and an air filter inlet pipe 320.
One end of the air cleaner connection pipe 310 is connected to the air cleaner 200, and the other end of the air cleaner connection pipe 310 forms a first connection end 311, the first connection end 311 facing upward. One end of the air filter inlet pipe 320 forms an air filter inlet 321 and the other end forms a second butt end 322, the second butt end 322 faces downward and is butted with the first butt end 311, for example, the first butt end 311 and the second butt end 322 are butted by a hoop 330.
Thereby making it possible to facilitate the assembly of the intake extension pipe 300 on the entire vehicle. Specifically, since the extension path of the air inlet extension pipe 300 needs to be bent for multiple times, if the air inlet extension pipe 300 is configured as a single piece, the air inlet extension pipe cannot be smoothly installed in place, and is limited by the structure of the whole vehicle, there are many parts that are interfered in the horizontal direction, that is, the free space in the horizontal direction is small, in this case, the air inlet extension pipe 300 is configured as the air filter connection pipe 310 and the air filter inlet pipe 320, the first butt end 311 of the air filter connection pipe 310 faces upward, and the second butt end 322 of the air filter inlet pipe 320 faces downward, so that the air filter connection pipe 310 and the air filter inlet pipe 320 can be assembled in the up-down direction, for example, the air filter connection pipe 310 is first connected to the air cleaner 200, and then the air filter inlet pipe 320 is butted with the air filter connection pipe 310 from top to bottom, thereby facilitating the assembly of the.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an expansion cavity 600 is connected between the engine air inlet and the air cleaner 200, an expansion cavity is configured in the expansion cavity 600, and the air flowing out from the air cleaner 200 enters the expansion cavity to expand and then enters the engine, so that the uniformity of the air intake can be improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air cleaner 200 includes a housing 210, a filter element 220, and a fitting cover 230.
The housing 210 has an inlet (not shown) connected to the inlet extension pipe 300, an outlet 211 connected to the expansion chamber 600 through an expansion chamber connection pipe 610, and a cartridge mounting port 212. The filter element 220 is disposed in the housing 210 between the inlet and the outlet 211, and the filter element 220 and the housing 210 can be sealed by at least one sealing ring. The assembly cover 230 is detachably mounted to the housing 210 and covers the filter element assembly opening 212, and the filter element 220 can be disassembled and assembled by disassembling the assembly cover 230, thereby facilitating replacement of the filter element 220.
Other constructions and operation of the all-terrain vehicle 1 according to embodiments of the invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
In the description herein, references to the description of the terms "particular embodiment," "particular example," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
