One end of the air filter inlet pipe 320 forms an air filter inlet 321 and the other end forms a second butt end 322, the second butt end 322 faces downward and is butted with the first butt end 311, for example, the first butt end 311 and the second butt end 322 are butted by a hoop 330.

In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an expansion cavity 600 is connected between the engine air inlet and the air cleaner 200, an expansion cavity is configured in the expansion cavity 600, and the air flowing out from the air cleaner 200 enters the expansion cavity to expand and then enters the engine, so that the uniformity of the air intake can be improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air cleaner 200 includes a housing 210, a filter element 220, and a fitting cover 230.
The housing 210 has an inlet (not shown) connected to the inlet extension pipe 300, an outlet 211 connected to the expansion chamber 600 through an expansion chamber connection pipe 610, and a cartridge mounting port 212. The filter element 220 is disposed in the housing 210 between the inlet and the outlet 211, and the filter element 220 and the housing 210 can be sealed by at least one sealing ring. The assembly cover 230 is detachably mounted to the housing 210 and covers the filter element assembly opening 212, and the filter element 220 can be disassembled and assembled by disassembling the assembly cover 230, thereby facilitating replacement of the filter element 220.

Claims (10)
1. An all-terrain vehicle, comprising:
a frame;
an engine mounted to the frame and having an engine air intake;
the air filter is mounted on the frame and connected with the engine air inlet;
an intake extension pipe connected to the air cleaner and having an air filter intake port, at least a portion of the intake extension pipe extending upward such that the air filter intake port is higher than the engine intake port.
2. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 1, characterized in that the frame has a cab with a seat disposed therein, and the air intake of the air filter has a height corresponding to an upper region of a backrest of the seat.
3. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 2, characterized in that the seat comprises a driver's seat, and the air intake of the air filter corresponds in height to an upper region of a backrest of the driver's seat.
4. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 2, characterized in that the engine, the air cleaner, and the extension intake pipe are all disposed rearward of the cab.
5. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 4, further comprising:
a cargo box mounted to the frame, the engine and the air cleaner being disposed below the cargo box, the air inlet extension tube extending upwardly from a front of the cargo box such that the air cleaner air inlet is above the cargo box.
6. The all-terrain vehicle of any of claims 1-5, characterized by further comprising:
the front filtering piece is arranged at the air inlet of the air filter of the air inlet extension pipe.
7. The all-terrain vehicle of any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the intake extension tube comprises:
one end of the air filter connecting pipe is connected with the air filter, and the other end of the air filter connecting pipe forms a first butt end which faces upwards;
and one end of the air inlet pipe of the air filter forms an air inlet of the air filter, the other end of the air inlet pipe of the air filter forms a second butt joint end, and the second butt joint end faces downwards and is in butt joint with the first butt joint end.
8. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 7, characterized in that the first butt end and the second butt end are butted by a hoop.
9. The all-terrain vehicle of any of claims 1-5, characterized in that an expansion chamber is connected between the engine air intake and the air cleaner, and is configured therein.
10. The all-terrain vehicle of claim 9, characterized in that the air cleaner comprises:
the shell is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a filter element assembling port, the inlet is connected with the air inlet extension pipe, and the outlet is connected with the expansion cavity through an expansion cavity connecting pipe;
a filter element disposed within the housing between the inlet and the outlet;
