The driving shaft 1.1b is arranged in the middle of the frame, which is beneficial to ensuring that the stress of the rotating shaft synchronous mechanism 22b is more balanced.

As shown in fig. 14 to 17, the sludge feeding device f includes a traveling crane support 1f, a turnover mechanism 2f and a hopper 3f, the turnover mechanism 2f is disposed on an upper beam of the traveling crane support 1f, a rolling mechanism is movably connected to a side surface of the hopper 3f, the rolling mechanism is connected to a feeding motor 5f, and a rolling track adapted to the rolling mechanism is disposed on an inner side of the traveling crane support 1 f.
As shown in fig. 15, the turnover mechanism 2f includes a frame body 201f and a rack 202f, the frame body 201f is arranged on an upper beam of the traveling crane support 1f, two ends of the frame body 201f are provided with connecting seats 203f, the connecting seats 203f are movably connected with the rack 202f, and the tail end of the rack 202f is provided with a buffer structure 204 f.
As shown in fig. 17, a turning gear 4f adapted to the rack 202f is fixedly connected to the end of the hopper 3f, and cooperates with the rack of the turning mechanism to turn the hopper.
As shown in fig. 15, the end of the rack 202f is connected with a limit nut 205f, and a limit column 206f fixed on the frame body is arranged below the rack 202f, so that the rack is well limited, and the hopper is better turned.
When the sludge feeding equipment works, firstly, a hopper 3f filled with sludge is placed on the ground, then a feeding motor 5f is started, the feeding motor 5f drives a rolling mechanism to move the hopper 3f upwards along a rolling track, in the period, the guide wheels and the guide track can well limit the hopper 3f from deviating the hopper 3f, so that the hopper 3f can be stably and smoothly lifted to the top of a fermentation box along the rolling track to finish the transportation of the sludge, when the sludge is transported, the hopper 3f is horizontally moved to the side of a turnover mechanism 2f along the track, a turnover gear 4f arranged on the hopper 3f is contacted with a rack 202f and then rotates, the hopper 3f is driven to turn over, the sludge in the hopper is poured into the fermentation box, and the whole sludge transportation process is finished.
Two feeding rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fermentation box 4a along the arrangement direction, and the bottoms of two sides of the travelling crane support are respectively connected with the feeding rails and can move along the feeding rails. The sludge feeding equipment is moved through the feeding track, so that one equipment can be used for feeding a plurality of fermentation boxes, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
Example 2
The present embodiment is similar to embodiment 1, except that, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 to 17, the sludge feeding device f includes a traveling crane support 1f, a turnover mechanism 2f and a hopper 3f, the turnover mechanism 2f is disposed on an upper beam of the traveling crane support 1f, a rolling mechanism is movably connected to a side surface of the hopper 3f, the rolling mechanism is connected with a feeding motor 5f, and a rolling track adapted to the rolling mechanism is disposed on an inner side of the traveling crane support 1 f.
As shown in fig. 16 to 17, a power support 9f is movably connected to a side surface of the hopper 3f, the feeding motor 5f is fixedly arranged on the power support 9f, a first guide wheel 10f is movably connected to a lower portion of the power support 9f, a second guide wheel 11f is arranged on an outer side of the rolling mechanism, a guide rail adapted to the first guide wheel 10f and the second guide wheel 11f is arranged on an inner side of the traveling support 1f, and the guide wheels are arranged to guide the hopper, so that the position of the hopper can be well limited while guiding, and deviation can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 16 to 17, the rolling mechanism includes a driving sprocket 6f and a driven sprocket 7f, the middle part of the hopper 3f is movably connected with a connecting shaft 8f penetrating through the whole hopper, the driving sprocket 6f and the driven sprocket 7f are respectively and fixedly connected to two ends of the connecting shaft 8f, the whole hopper is driven to ascend through the transmission of the sprockets, and the hopper can be well ascended under the action of self-power.
In this embodiment, the driving sprocket 6f and the driven sprocket 7f are both double-row sprockets, which are more stable and safe in operation.
In this embodiment, the connecting shaft 8f and the power bracket 9f are movably connected through a bearing, so that the whole hopper can be kept in a vertical state all the time in the process of rising, and the hopper is prevented from toppling.
In this embodiment, driving support 1f includes driving grudging post and driving crossbearer, and the junction of driving grudging post and driving crossbearer is the arc, convenient transportation.
As shown in fig. 17, a partition plate 12f is provided inside the hopper 3f to partition the sludge so that the sludge can be uniformly distributed in the hopper.

Referring to fig. 18 to 20, a third embodiment of the present invention is similar to embodiment 1, except that the sludge treatment apparatus further includes a sludge leveling device c fixed above the fermentation tank 4 a. As shown in fig. 18 to 20, the sludge leveling device c comprises a guide rail 2c, a frame 1c and a linear reciprocating driving device, the device is installed at the upper end opening of the fermentation tank, the linear reciprocating driving device is connected with the frame 1c, two linear guide rails 2c are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the frame 1c respectively, a chute is arranged in each guide rail 2c, support plates 16c are arranged at two sides of the frame 1 respectively, the support plates 16c are inclined upwards by 45-65 degrees relative to the plane of the frame 1c, the frame 1c and the guide rails 2c are separated by the support plates 16c to form a gap, and the guide rails 2c are directly installed at the end opening of the fermentation tank, so that the frame 1c and the side wall of the fermentation tank form a gap, and the frame 1c is prevented from touching the side wall of the fermentation tank during the. The end face of the supporting plate 16c is provided with the plurality of wheel shafts 4c, the wheel shafts 4c are arranged in the sliding grooves, the sliding grooves play a role in guiding and limiting, and the sliding grooves limit the movement of the wheel shafts 4c in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the wheel shafts 4c can only slide along the direction of the sliding grooves, the wheel shafts 4c are ensured not to derail, and the use is safe and stable.

In the embodiment, a linear reciprocating driving device comprises a motor, a speed reducer 33c, a crank 32c and a connecting rod 31c, wherein the motor is connected with the speed reducer 33c, the crank 32c is connected with the speed reducer 33c, and two ends of the connecting rod 31c are respectively connected with the crank 32c and the frame 1c in a rotating mode. The torque is improved through the speed reducer, the rotating speed is reduced, so that sufficient power is guaranteed to push the fermentation materials, and the linear reciprocating driving device is simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to maintain.
In addition, because the fermentation material has high humidity, the guide rail 2c, the frame 1c and the scraper 15c are all provided with antirust coatings so as to prolong the service life of the device.

Referring to fig. 21 to 23, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is similar to embodiment 1, except that the sludge treatment apparatus further includes a rice hull feeding device disposed above the fermentation tank 4 a. As shown in fig. 21 to 23, the rice hull feeding device comprises a storage bin 1d and a blanking hopper 3d, wherein the storage bin 1d is connected with the blanking hopper 3d through a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying mechanism 21d and a second conveying mechanism 22d, the first conveying mechanism 21d and the second conveying mechanism 22d are identical in structure and are screw conveyors, the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying cylinder, a second driving motor 221d and a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged in the conveying cylinder, rotating blades are welded on the rotating shaft, and the second driving motor 221d is connected with the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to rotate. A conveying inlet 222d and a conveying outlet 223d are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying cylinder, wherein the conveying inlet 222d is arranged on the upper end surface of the conveying cylinder, the conveying outlet 223d is arranged on the lower end surface of the conveying cylinder, the conveying outlet 223d of the first conveying mechanism 21d is communicated with the conveying inlet 222d of the second conveying mechanism 22d, and the installation angle between the first conveying mechanism 21d and the second conveying mechanism 22d can be adjusted according to the actual installation position. As shown in fig. 24, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is similar to embodiment 4, and the difference is that, in this embodiment, the spiral plates 44d are provided with 3 spiral plates, the included angle between each adjacent spiral plate 44d is 120 °, and the discharge port 43d and the feed port 42d are installed on the same straight line, a chamber is formed between the adjacent spiral plates 44d, in this embodiment, when the spiral plates 44d rotate to any angle, the same chamber is not communicated with the feed port 42d and the discharge port 43d at the same time, so that the feed port 42d and the discharge port 43d are not directly communicated, and the function of the valve is achieved.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 25, a sixth embodiment of the present invention is similar to embodiment 1, except that in this embodiment, the sludge treatment apparatus further includes a vibrating sludge-moving device e disposed on the ground below the fermentation tank 4a, and the vibrating sludge-moving device e includes a sludge-moving tray 1e, a vibrator 2e, a swing frame 3e and a fixed support 4 e; the mud running disc 1e is rotationally connected with a swinging frame 3e, and the swinging frame 3e controls the mud running disc 1e to incline or be parallel relative to a horizontal plane; the vibrator 2e controls the mud-moving plate to vibrate.
After the sludge is discharged by the sludge discharge mechanism, the sludge moving disc 1e of the vibrating sludge moving device e can receive the sludge, and the swing frame 3e controls the sludge moving disc 1e to incline, so that the sludge is dumped; meanwhile, the vibrating machine 2e controls the mud moving disc 1e to vibrate, so that the adhesive force of the mud on the mud moving disc 1e can be effectively reduced, and the mud can be poured more easily.

Claims (10)

1. A sludge treatment apparatus comprising a fermentation tank, an aeration system for aerating sludge, a sludge discharge mechanism for discharging sludge in the fermentation tank, and a sludge feeding apparatus for conveying sludge to the fermentation tank, wherein:
the fermentation box is suspended in the air, the bottom of the fermentation box is provided with an opening, and a plurality of bearing plates which are obliquely arranged relative to the vertical direction of the fermentation box are arranged in the fermentation box;
the aeration system comprises an air supply system and a pipeline system, the pipeline system comprises an aeration main pipe and an aeration pipe which are mutually communicated, the aeration pipe is arranged at the bottom of the bearing plate, and a plurality of air outlets are arranged on the aeration pipe at intervals;
the sludge discharging mechanism is arranged at an opening at the bottom of the fermentation tank and comprises a plurality of rotating shafts and a rotating shaft driving mechanism which are uniformly arranged in parallel with the horizontal plane and are parallel to each other, comb-shaped baffles are arranged on the rotating shafts, and the rotating shaft driving mechanism controls the rotating shafts to rotate so as to drive the comb-shaped baffles to close or open;
the sludge feeding equipment comprises a travelling crane support, a hopper and a turnover mechanism located above an opening of the fermentation box, wherein the turnover mechanism is arranged on an upper beam of the travelling crane support, a rolling mechanism is movably connected to the side surface of the hopper, the rolling mechanism is connected with a feeding motor, and a rolling track matched with the rolling mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the travelling crane support.
2. The sludge treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bearing plates are provided with at least two layers, and each layer of the bearing plates is arranged in parallel relative to a horizontal plane; the bearing plates in each layer are provided with a plurality of bearing plates, and the inclination directions and the inclination angles of the bearing plates in the same layer are consistent; the inclination angles of the bearing plates of the two adjacent layers are consistent, and the inclination directions are opposite.
3. The sludge treatment apparatus according to claim 2, wherein at least one aeration pipe is provided at the bottom of each of the bearing plates, and an aeration head is connected to each of the air outlets; the aeration main pipe is arranged on the side wall of the outer side of the fermentation box.
4. The sludge treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rotation shaft driving mechanism includes a rotation shaft synchronizing mechanism for connecting all the rotation shafts to rotate synchronously, a rotating mechanism for controlling the rotation shafts to rotate, and a vibrating mechanism for controlling the rotation shafts to vibrate in the circumferential direction; the comb tooth installing baffle comprises a plurality of mud blocking rods which are uniformly arranged, and the length of each mud blocking rod is not more than that of each adjacent interval between the rotating shafts.
