2. The amusement gift machine of claim 1 wherein a plurality of counter casters are also uniformly disposed on the bottom side of said rotating plate.

The amusement gift machine of claim 1 wherein the rotation mechanism further comprises a blocker spring disposed laterally above the rotation plate, a vertical distance between the blocker spring and the rotation plate being less than a diameter of the gift ball, and the blocker spring further disposed above the second opening.
4. The amusement gift machine of claim 3 wherein a blocker spring is angularly disposed, a first end of said blocker spring being lower than a second end of said blocker spring.
5. The amusement gift machine of claim 4 wherein said arresting springs are a plurality of ones, said arresting springs being radially disposed from low to high at second ends thereof.
6. The amusement gift machine of claim 1 wherein a pressure relief scoop is provided within said ball storage cylinder, said pressure relief scoop being disposed above said rotating plate.
7. The amusement gift machine of claim 1 wherein said ball-out mechanism further comprises a second motor, a moving plate and a gear, said second motor is connected to said gear, a rack engaged with said gear is provided at the bottom of said moving plate, said moving plate is provided above said ball-fetching box.

The amusement gift machine of claim 1 further comprising a lever device including a handle, a lever shaft, a drive motor, and a transmission, said handle being secured to said lever shaft, said transmission being further connected to said drive motor, said drive motor being configured to drive said transmission such that said transmission is connected to said lever shaft.
9. The amusement gift machine of claim 8 wherein said draw bar device further comprises a housing disposed outside of said drive motor and said transmission, said draw bar axle extending through said housing from an interior of said housing to an exterior of said housing, said handle secured to a side of said draw bar axle located on said exterior of said housing.

The amusement gift machine of claim 9 wherein a support rod is disposed in the housing, the transmission device comprises a ratchet wheel, a dial, a cam, a return spring and a shaft, the ratchet wheel is sleeved on the pull rod shaft, a pawl capable of engaging with the ratchet wheel is disposed on one side of the dial, one end of the return spring is fixed to one end of the dial close to the pawl, the other end of the return spring is fixed to the support rod, one end of the dial far from the pawl presses against an edge of the cam, so that the cam can change its position where the dial presses against the cam by rotation to control whether the pawl engages with the ratchet wheel, the cam is sleeved on the shaft, and the shaft is connected to the driving motor.
