Embodiment 2 is basically the same as embodiment 1 except for the difference in the manner of mounting the top spray arm 3. Referring to fig. 15 to 21, in embodiment 2, a protruding portion 325 is provided around the water outlet 324 of the top water pipe 32, the protruding portion 325 extends along the axis of the water outlet 324, the protruding portion 325 is in a circular ring shape, a protrusion 3251 is provided on the protruding portion 325, in this embodiment, four protrusions 3250 are provided on the protruding portion 325, and the four protrusions 3250 are arranged at equal angles. The lead-in portions 3251 are provided on two of the four projections 3250, and the two projections 3250 are disposed opposite to each other, that is, the two projections 3250 provided with the lead-in portions 3251 are spaced apart by 180 degrees. The fastening seat 7 in this embodiment includes a circular base 70, a circular main body 72 is provided on the base 70, 4 water outlets 78 are provided on the main body 72 at equal angular intervals, and the circular main body 72 is divided into an upper portion 73 and a lower portion 79 by the water outlets 78. Four clamping grooves 74 are arranged on the circular ring-shaped main body 72 at equal angular intervals, a gap 75 is formed between the bottom surface of each clamping groove 74 and the upper part of the main body 72, and the length of each gap 75 is greater than that of the corresponding bump 3250. A water guide table 77 is provided at an intermediate position of the base 70, and the water guide table 77 is provided inside the annular body 72. A straight rib 71 is provided on the base 70 for more conveniently rotating the fastening seat 7 for mounting and dismounting. In this embodiment, the top spray arm 3 is flat, has a hollow inner cavity inside, and is provided with a plurality of water spray holes downwards for spraying tableware for cleaning. The center of the top spray arm 3 is provided with a center through hole penetrating through the upper wall and the lower wall, and the center through hole is used for being sleeved on the main body 72 of the buckling seat 7 and supported by the base 70.
In this embodiment, the top nozzle arm 5 is first mounted on the fastening base 7. And then, the four clamping grooves 74 of the fastening seat 7 face the four convex blocks 3250 of the water ejecting pipe 3, the fastening seat is sleeved upwards until the fastening seat is pushed to the head, at the moment, the guiding part 3251 is clamped into the guiding groove 76, then, the fastening seat 7 is rotated along the direction of the notch 75 of the clamping groove 74 until the four convex blocks 3250 of the water ejecting pipe 3 slide out of the clamping grooves 74, and then, the fastening seat is clamped into the four water outlet holes 78, and the installation of the fastening seat 7 on the water ejecting pipe 3 can be completed. After installation, the four water outlet holes 78 of the fastening seat 7 are internally communicated with the water outlet 324 of the top water pipe and externally communicated with the inner cavity of the top spray arm. A water guide frustum 45 is arranged in the fastening seat 7, so that water can smoothly turn and horizontally flow into the inner cavity of the top spray arm 3.
In the embodiment, the fastening seat 7 is reversely rotated during assembly and disassembly, and the four protrusions 3250 of the top water pipe 3 slide into the secondary grooves 42, and then the fastening seat 7 can be taken down.
In this embodiment, the rotation direction of the fastening seat 7 is the same as the rotation direction of the top spray arm 3 during installation, and the top spray arm 3 rotates to drive the fastening seat 7 to rotate together until the four protrusions 3250 of the top water pipe 3 abut against the main body 72 of the fastening seat 7, at this time, the fastening seat 7 cannot rotate continuously with the top spray arm 3, so that the rotation of the top spray arm 3 does not cause the fastening seat 7 to rotate reversely or even disengage.

The drawer type dish washing machine with the built-in water pipe comprises a shell, wherein a cover plate (2) is arranged on the shell, and a movable drawer (1) is arranged on the shell, and is characterized in that the cover plate can move up and down relative to the shell, a top spray arm (3) with a water spray hole is arranged on the cover plate (2), a circulating water pump (4) is arranged on the bottom surface of the drawer (1), and the circulating water pump (4) is communicated with the top spray arm (3) through a water inlet pipe.

The dishwasher of claim 1, characterized in that the water inlet pipe comprises a top-spray water inlet pipe (31) and a top-spray water pipe (32), the top-spray water inlet pipe (31) being arranged inside the drawer (1), the top-spray water inlet pipe (31) being movable with movement of the drawer (1), the top-spray water pipe (32) being arranged on the cover plate (2), the top-spray water pipe (32) being movable with movement of the cover plate (2).

The dishwasher of claim 2, characterized in that the top water pipe (32) is provided on the cover plate (2), the top water pipe (32) extends from the center of the cover plate (2) to the edge of the cover plate (2), the top spray water inlet pipe (31) extends along the bottom and side of the drawer (1), the top water pipe (32) communicates with the top spray water inlet pipe (31) at the edge of the cover plate (2), and the top water pipe (32) communicates with the top spray arm (3) at the center of the cover plate (2).
4. The dishwasher of claim 3, further comprising a cartridge (33), the top water pipe (32) comprising a spray arm mount (322), the top spray arm (3) being connected with the spray arm mount (322) by means of the cartridge (33).

The dishwasher according to claim 4, wherein the spray arm mounting seat (322) is provided with a clamping hole (3221), the clamping seat (33) is provided with a clamping block (330) matched with the clamping hole (3221), and the spray arm mounting seat (322) is further provided with a water outlet (3220).
6. The dishwasher of claim 5, characterized in that the chucking holes (3221) of the spray arm mounting seat (322) and the water outlet (3220) of the spray arm mounting seat (322) are alternately arranged.

The dishwasher of claim 2, further comprising a catch seat (7), the buckling seat (7) comprises a main body (72) and a base (70), the main body (72) is arranged on the base (70), the main body (72) is annular, a water outlet hole (78) is arranged on the main body (72) of the buckling seat (7), the water outlet hole (78) divides the main body (72) into an upper part (73) and a lower part (79), an annular extending part (325) is arranged along the axial direction of a water outlet (324) of the top water pipe (32), a projection (3250) is provided on the protrusion (325), the projection (3250) being in contact with an upper portion (73) of the body (72), and the lug (3250) forms a support for the upper part (73) of the body (72), the top spray arm (3) is arranged on the buckling seat (7) and is communicated with a water outlet hole (78) of the buckling seat (7).

9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the protrusion (3250) is provided with an introduction portion (3251), the catching groove (74) is provided with an introduction groove (76), and the introduction portion (3251) is engaged with the introduction groove (76).
10. The dishwasher of claim 7, characterized in that a conical water guide table (77) is provided on the base (70).

The dishwasher of any one of claims 2 to 10, wherein the water inlet (321) of the top water pipe (32) is reversely flared, the water outlet (312) of the top spray water inlet pipe (31) is also flared, the water inlet (321) of the top water pipe (32) is inserted into the water outlet (312) of the top spray water inlet pipe (31), the water inlet (321) of the top water pipe (32) and the water outlet (312) of the top spray water inlet pipe (31) are sealed by a sealing ring (3210), and the sealing ring (3210) is disposed on the water inlet of the top water pipe (32) and/or the water outlet of the top spray water inlet pipe (31).
12. The dishwasher of any one claims 2 to 9, having a non-return valve in the water inlet (321) of said top water pipe (32) and a top-opening device cooperating with said non-return valve in the water outlet (312) of said top-spray water pipe (31).
13. The dishwasher of claim 12, wherein the check valve is a ball (340) and the liftoff device is a top post (314).

The dishwasher of claim 13, characterized in that a valve chamber (341) is provided at the water inlet (321) end of the top water pipe (32), the ball (340) is movable in the valve chamber (341), the bottom of the valve chamber (341) is a ball seat (342), a circular hole (343) is provided in the ball seat (342), the ball (340) is placed on the ball seat (342), and the diameter of the circular hole (343) is smaller than that of the ball (340).

The dishwasher of claim 14, characterized in that a water outlet (344) is provided at a side of the valve chamber (341), the width of the water outlet (344) of the valve chamber (341) is larger than the diameter of the ball (340) and the height is smaller than the diameter of the ball (340), or the width of the water outlet (344) of the valve chamber (341) is smaller than the diameter of the ball (340) and the height is larger than the diameter of the ball (340).

The dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a lower spray arm (41) with water spray holes is further provided on the bottom surface of the drawer (1), the water outlet of the circulating water pump (4) is connected with a water distribution structure (61), and the water inlet pipes of the top spray water inlet pipe (31) and the lower spray arm (41) are respectively communicated with the water distribution structure (61).

The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the bottom surface of the lid plate (2) is provided with a recessed area, the top spray arm (3) being fixed in the recessed area of the lid plate (2), the lowest point of the bottom surface of the lid plate (2) being equal to or lower than the lowest point of the top spray arm (3).
