Description

Household appliance
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a household appliance having a housing and an appliance component arranged on the housing and independent of the housing. The implement component is movable relative to the housing. Furthermore, the household appliance has a handle which is arranged on the appliance part. The handle has a handle recess that can be fitted, which is formed by a handle shell. Furthermore, the household appliance has an electronic component compartment for receiving the electronic component unit, wherein the electronic component compartment is arranged on the handle housing.
Background
In this case, a domestic refrigeration appliance is known from US 2011/0006655 a 1. The domestic refrigeration appliance has a drawer which comprises a front wall. An arcuate handle is disposed on the outside of the front wall. The handle is designed separately and extends forward in a manner projecting toward the front or outside of the front wall of the drawer, so that it can be gripped. Furthermore, this curved handle lever is spaced apart from the display unit integrated in the upper region in the front wall.
In such known handles, there are undesirable protrusions and the handle is limited in its functionality.
A household appliance is known from WO 2017/084845 a 1. There, an embodiment can be provided: the handle recess is integrated in the base part. In the base part, a receiving compartment can be integrated, in which the electronic component unit is arranged. The receiving compartment is integrated into the base part in the region of the handle recess.
In such configurations, it may be more difficult to assemble and access the electronic component compartments themselves and the electronic component modules disposed therein.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses a task lies in: a household appliance is achieved in which the configuration of the electronic component compartment on the handle housing is improved, which delimits the handle recess.
An aspect of the present invention relates to a household appliance having a housing and an appliance component arranged on and separate from the housing. The implement component is movable relative to the housing. Furthermore, the household appliance has a handle which is arranged on the appliance component. The handle has a handle recess that can be engaged, and the handle recess is formed by a handle case. Furthermore, the household appliance has an electronic component compartment for receiving at least one electronic component unit or electronic component module. The electronic component compartment is arranged on the handle housing. The electronic component compartment has a separate wall element which is arranged on the handle housing by means of a connection. The wall element thus constitutes a component which is separate in particular from the handle shell. Preferably, it is provided that: the connection relates to a connection that can be released without damage. In this case, the wall element can be removed and reattached reversibly and completely as a whole. According to the utility model discloses, individualized and the configuration of realizing the electronic parts check in a flexible way. Furthermore, the accessibility of the electronic component module in the electronic component compartment, in particular during assembly, is simplified.
It is possible to set: the wall elements are constructed in a basin-like manner, in particular shaped as flat troughs (Flachwanne). Thereby, it is more stable on its own and thus also more resistant to twisting. Just as a receiving electronic component module is improved thereby. In this case, the electronic component module can be arranged to sink at least partially into the volume having such a groove shape.
It is possible to set: the wall element is the bottom of the electronic component compartment. The electronic component compartment is therefore bounded by the wall element on the side facing away from the handle recess.
The wall element is thus visible as a configuration of the bottom of the electronic component compartment, seen from the handle recess in the direction of the electronic component compartment.
It is possible to set: the surface or the side of the handle shell and/or of the separate wall element facing away from the handle recess delimits the hollow space filled with the thermal insulation material at least in sections. In particular, the handle shell and/or the separate wall element can be foamed on the back.
It is possible to set: a through-hole is formed in the wall of the handle housing, said through-hole having a delimiting web projecting in relation to the plane of the wall. In an advantageous embodiment, a wall element is arranged on the delimiting tab, so that a receiving chamber for the electronic component module is formed by the perforation and the wall element. With such a configuration, the receiving volume and in this case also the depth of the electronic component compartment are increased to some extent by the delimiting webs. Furthermore, the wall element (in particular if the wall element is pot-shaped) rests with the groove-shaped side wall on the limiting tab. In this case, a minimum edge contact is achieved.
In this context, if the connection between the handle shell and the separate wall element is a connection that can be released without damage, it is to be understood in particular that only the two components, i.e. in particular the connection without further components, are formed by a connection that can be released without damage. In particular, it is conceivable that in the completely assembled domestic appliance in this case the handle housing and the separate wall element cannot be disassembled without damage due to further components or elements (for example, a thermal insulation material which contacts the surface or the side of the handle housing and/or of the separate wall element facing away from the handle recess).
It is possible to set: the connection that can be released in a particularly intact manner has at least one latching connection. Such a latching connection can be fitted very simply and quickly and can also be released if necessary without damage and can therefore be assembled.
Furthermore, the connection is a reliable and mechanically strong connection. Preferably, a plurality of such individual latching connections are formed. The latching connections are preferably formed at a distance from one another on the sides of the wall element.
It is possible to set: the latching connection has at least one tongue plate with a latching hook, which is integrally formed on the wall element. Such tongues are therefore configured as a strip or a tongue and the strip or the tongue has a hole, which is a snap lock. A very space-saving configuration of the locking element on the wall element side can be achieved by such a configuration. However, the mechanical stress can be correspondingly applied and a stable locking coupling can be achieved.
It is possible to set: the flap opens with a flap end onto the outer side of the side wall of the basin-shaped wall element, but is otherwise arranged at a distance from and projecting from this outer side. This is designed to form a free chamber between the outer side and the flap, into which a perforated limiting tab is inserted in the assembled state, said perforation being formed in the wall of the handle housing. In addition to the latching connection, a mechanical coupling between completely special parts, namely on the one hand the groove between the outer side and the flap element and on the other hand the delimiting web, is thus achieved which is improved again and independent of the latching connection. Thereby also supporting the wall element to fit more firmly on this wall of the handle shell.
It is possible to set: the connection, which can be released in a particularly intact manner, has at least one plug connection. This is a connection which can be produced very quickly and can be released again if necessary. Furthermore, mechanical connections which differ functionally from latching connections are realized by such plug connections, so that a plurality of types of mechanical connections are realized. Preferably, the plug connection is formed as follows: during assembly, the plug connection is first of all configured such that a plug tongue plate configured on the wall element side, in particular integrally with the wall element, is inserted into an insertion receptacle, for example a slot or a shaft. In an advantageous embodiment, in the intermediate assembly state, the wall element can be pivoted about the plug connection and subsequently locks at least one latching connection. By means of this configuration, certain means are also realized by the plug connection in order to realize a guidance of the wall element for locking the further connection, i.e. the latching connection.
The at least one latching connection and the at least one plug connection independent thereof can be formed on opposite sides of the electronic component compartment. In this way, a stable attachment on the opposite sides can be achieved in each case, while on the other hand the above-mentioned assembly scenario is achieved in a particularly advantageous manner.
It is possible to set: the wall element has a tubular passage for the cable, which is integrally and therefore integrally formed therewith. This is an advantageous embodiment, since the cable can thus be preassembled and can be mounted together with the wall element on the handle housing, without it being necessary subsequently to close this cable guide also by means of a further assembly step. In another assembly scenario, the cable can be prevented from coming out of the feedthrough by: a tubular passage of this type which is already completely closed in the circumferential direction is therefore integrally mounted on the wall element, since, as explained above, it is closed in the circumferential direction about the cable axis.
It is also possible to provide: the cable passage is open as viewed in the circumferential direction. In such a configuration it is possible to provide: in order to form such a cable passage completely closed on the circumferential side, a second element is provided, which is subsequently attached during assembly.
The cable leadthrough can be formed on a longitudinal side of the wall element, which extends between or leads to the following longitudinal sides: on the longitudinal side, on the one hand, at least one latching connection is formed and, at a further location, at least one plug connection is formed. As a result, the configuration of the cable duct is as large as possible and additional components such as latching elements and insertion elements are not obstructed in this case.
It is possible to set: the tubular feed-through opens directly into a hollow base formed on the wall element. Thus, an additional volume is realized just above the input end of the electronics compartment, thereby improving the positioning of the cable. Furthermore, a cable duct which is also larger in the attachment cross section is achieved by such a configuration and, in particular, a stable positioning of the passage is also achieved when the passage is constructed integrally with the wall element.
It is possible to set: the wall element is constructed in one piece, in particular from plastic.
In particular, the handle housing is constructed in one piece. The handle housing can be constructed of plastic. The handle shell is advantageously designed in a shaft-like manner, so that it, due to its walls, produces a correspondingly geometrically shaped handle recess which exhibits a corresponding volume region. In cross section, the handle recess is preferably V-shaped or U-shaped.
In an advantageous embodiment, provision is made for: the electronic component compartment is covered by a separate cover plate, specifically towards the handle recess. This prevents dust or grime from reaching the electronic component compartment. The electronic component units or electronic component modules located therein can therefore also be arranged in a protected manner in the electronic component compartment. Preferably, the cover plate can be at least partially transparent. The cover plate can be constructed of pure glass. The cover plate can also be made of other at least partially transparent materials, for example of corresponding plastics. Such an embodiment is also feasible: in the described embodiment, the material is opaque, yet visually displayed information can be seen. Pure glass or plastic can also be provided here.
The cover can be inserted as an insert into the handle housing, so that it forms a boundary wall of the handle recess. The cover plate can extend over the entire surface of a wall of the handle housing which delimits the handle recess on one side. However, the cover can also be of smaller design and, for example, only have the region of the electronic component compartment facing the input region of the handle recess.
It is possible to set: the handle recess extends in the height direction of the household appliance on a vertical edge of an appliance component which is configured as a door or drawer of the household appliance. The handle recess can be oriented in the height direction of the household appliance. It is also possible to provide: the handle recess extends in the width direction of the household appliance on a horizontal edge of an appliance component which is configured as a door or drawer of the household appliance. The handle recess can be oriented in the width direction of the household appliance.
In a further embodiment, the handle housing can also be constructed from a plurality of components and assembled from a plurality of individual components, which are for example plugged together or locked. The single part is preferably designed here as a plastic part, in particular as an injection-molded part.
In an alternative embodiment, provision can be made for: the separate wall element cannot be arranged on the handle housing without being released, but is glued or pressed on.
In a further alternative embodiment, provision can be made for: the household appliance is configured with a housing and appliance components arranged on the housing and independent of the housing. The appliance part can be moved relative to the housing and the household appliance can have a handle arranged on the appliance part, which handle has a handle recess that can be engaged, which handle recess is formed by a handle shell. Furthermore, the household appliance has an electronic component compartment for receiving the electronic component unit, which is arranged on the handle housing. The electronic component compartment has a wall element which is arranged on the handle housing so as to be non-destructively releasable and which can be pivoted relative to the handle housing by means of a pivoting device, wherein the pivoting device can be in particular a film hinge. On the side opposite the pivoting device, the wall element can be connected to the handle housing by at least one connection that can be released, in particular without damage. Such a connection, which can be released in particular without damage, can be a latching connection or a plug connection. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the wall element as a whole can be completely removed from the handle housing and reattached by the particularly nondestructively releasable connection, which, unlike this embodiment, is not possible in the above-mentioned further alternative embodiment. Basically, the wall element as a whole cannot be removed from the handle housing, but can be pivoted relative thereto in a connected state in which it cannot be released without damage. In order to prevent pivoting in the final position, an additional latching connection or plug connection is provided.
The advantageous embodiments of the above-mentioned first aspect of the present invention can be seen as advantageous embodiments of the above-mentioned further independent aspect.
In an advantageous embodiment, provision is made for: the appliance component is a drawer. However, the appliance component can also be a door which can be pivoted.
In particular, the domestic appliance is a domestic refrigeration appliance for receiving food. The domestic appliance can be, for example, a refrigerator or freezer or a combination refrigerator and freezer. In the case of the mentioned drawer, food items such as dishes or drinks can be inserted. In this case, information about the environmental conditions, for example temperature or air humidity, can be displayed on the operating unit and/or display unit, which is present if necessary, inside the drawer. In addition or alternatively thereto, information about the number and/or type of food deposited can likewise be presented. In this case, the information can be interpreted by letters or symbols or numbers.
In the case of the appliance component embodied as a door, the door can also be arranged for closing a receiving chamber for the food. Here, the information mentioned by way of example can also be displayed here.
By the descriptions of "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction", the positions and orientations are described for a given use and a given arrangement of the appliance.

Detailed Description
In fig. 1, a household appliance 1 is shown in one exemplary embodiment, which is here in particular a household refrigerator for receiving food.
The household appliance 1 has a housing 2, in which two separate receiving chambers 3 and 4 for food are formed, as is understood merely by way of example. The receiving chamber 3 can be closed by a door 5 which is arranged in a pivotable manner on the housing 2. The receiving chamber 4 can be closed by a door 6 separate therefrom, which is likewise arranged in a pivotable manner on the housing 2. In fig. 1, the doors 5 and 6 are shown in a closed state.
Furthermore, in this exemplary embodiment, the household appliance 1 has a drawer 7, which is designed as an appliance part and is shown in the pulled-out state. The drawer 7 is movable relative to the housing 2 and is arranged on the housing 2. The drawer can be moved back and forth linearly in the depth direction and thus in the z direction. The drawer 7 has a receiving chamber 8 in which food can be filled. The drawer 7 has a front wall 9 which delimits the receiving chamber 8 from the front and which forms the drawer 7 as an outer part on the front. The front wall 9 has a handle 10. A handle 10 is added to the front wall 9. The handle 10 has a handle recess 11 that can be fitted from above or behind. The handle recess 11 is bounded by a front wall 12 of the handle 10 and a slanted bottom wall 13 of the handle 10. Furthermore, the handle recess 11 is delimited in the width direction and thus, as viewed in the x direction, by two sides (delimiting walls 14 and 15) which are arranged on opposite ends of the handle recess 11 and are thus also arranged toward the bottom wall 13.
The handle recess thus constitutes a volume chamber, said handle recess 11 being delimited by these walls 12, 13, 14 and 15. In an advantageous embodiment, provision is made for: these walls 12, 13, 14 and 15 are formed by an integral handle shell 16, which can be formed in particular from plastic. Thus, the handle shell 16 can be, for example, an injection molded component. In addition or alternatively thereto, in an advantageous embodiment it can be provided that: at least one door, such as door 6, also has a handle 10. The handle 10 is oriented in the height direction in this configuration in the form of an elongated channel or well. The handle has a handle recess 11 which can also be formed here preferably by a wall, as already explained for the handle 10 on the drawer 7. Thus, in an advantageous embodiment, walls 12, 13 and 14 and 15 are provided here. In a preferred embodiment, a handle housing 16 can also be provided, which delimits the handle recess 11 by means of the walls 12 to 15. As can be seen here, the handle 10 is formed here at an edge 17 of the door 6, which constitutes a lateral edge oriented in the height direction.
Fig. 2 shows the door 6 in a perspective view. Thus, fitting into the handle recess 11 obliquely to the lateral direction and also fitting partially from the front is possible.
The door 6 is shown in partial elements in fig. 3. The door 6 has a base 18 with a front wall 19 and side walls 20. Immediately forward in the depth direction, a further element in the form of a decorative plate 21 can be constructed on the front wall 19. The decorative panel 21 can be constructed of pure glass.
Fig. 3 shows the handle shell 16, wherein the handle shell 16 is shown here, viewed from the outside and thus on the side facing away from the handle recess 11. The geometry of the narrowed configuration and thus in cross section, which is constructed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle housing 16, is V-shaped.
It is also possible, for example, to provide an electronic component compartment 22 on the handle housing 16, which electronic component compartment is designed to receive an electronic component module or an electronic component unit, not shown. The electronic component unit can be an operating and/or display unit. Thereby, operation can be achieved by fitting into the handle recess 11 and/or visually displayed information can be recognized by seeing into the handle recess 11. The electronic component compartment 22 has a separate wall element 23, which is shown in fig. 3 in the state of being mounted on the handle housing 16. The wall element 23 is preferably an integral plastic component. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the wall element 23 is arranged on the handle housing 16 as a whole in such a way that it can be released without damage. The wall element can thus be completely independent of the handle housing 16 and can be fixed thereto again. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the wall element 23 is of pot-shaped design. In the embodiment shown here, the wall element forms the bottom of the electronic component compartment 22. The wall element therefore encloses the electronic component compartment 22 on the side facing away from the handle recess 11. As can be seen in fig. 3, the handle housing 16 has a perforation 24 (fig. 4), in particular on the bottom wall 13 shown here. The perforation 24 is completely closed on the circumferential side, wherein in particular a limiting tab 25 is formed here. The delimiting tab projects from the bottom wall 13 on the side facing away from the handle recess 11. The wall element 23 is preferably mounted at least in sections on this limiting web 25.
The wall element 23 can be fastened to the bottom wall 13 in a manner that can be released without damage by means of a releasable connection. Such releasable connections have at least one latching connection. In this embodiment, three snap connections 26 are provided. These latching connections are formed according to the illustration in fig. 3 on the angled sides of the wall element 23. As can be seen in fig. 3, for this purpose, a strip-shaped element in the form of a tongue plate 27 is molded on the wall element 23 on the side. The tongue plate 27 has an aperture in the form of a snap-lock catch 28. A u-shaped splint is thereby also realized.
Fig. 5 shows an enlarged perspective sectional view of a part of fig. 3, as can be seen in fig. 5, a flap 27 of this type having a flap end 27a leading to a side wall 29 of the basin-shaped wall element 23. In this cross section according to the illustration in fig. 5, the tongue plate 27 is shaped in an L. In addition to opening onto the side wall 29 at the end 27a, the flap 27 is also arranged at a distance from the side wall 29. A free chamber 30 is thus formed between the outer side of the side wall 29 and the tongue plate 27. In an advantageous embodiment, the delimiting webs 25 are recessed in the free space 30, as is shown in fig. 5. A plurality of latching elements 32, which are designed in a strip-like manner in particular, are integrally arranged on the outer side 31 of the delimiting web 25 in an integrally molded manner. In the illustrated locked state, the latching elements engage through the latching hooks 28 of the tongue plate 27, so that locking takes place as a result. This can be seen in fig. 5.
In an advantageous embodiment, the connection that can be released without damage has a further mechanical connection, in particular a plug connection, that differs from the latching connection. A plug connection 33 of this type is shown in fig. 4. Here, an insert element 34 integrally molded on the wall element 23 is inserted into an insert receptacle 35, which can be a slot and is formed in a coupling element 36 of the handle housing 16. The sword-like insertion element 34 is guided in this case by the slit 35. As can be seen, the plug connection is formed on a side of the wall element 23 which is opposite the side with the latching connection.
In particular, this achieves: when the wall element 23 is assembled, a plug connection is first produced in that the plug element 34 (in which preferably a plurality of plug elements are present) is pushed or inserted into the plug receptacle 35, and in this plugged-together state the wall element 23 is pivoted about the plug connection, so that a locking between the latching element 32 and the flap 27 is achieved on the opposite side.
It can also be seen that in an advantageous embodiment, the wall element 23 has a channel-like or tubular passage 37, which is formed integrally with the wall element and is therefore formed integrally therewith. Such a passage 37 is designed to receive a cable or a plurality of cables which are guided out of the electronic component compartment 22 or lead into the latter. Moulding a tubular pipe joint on one side of the wall element 23, this side not being the following: the tongue plate 27 is molded on the side and/or the insert element 34 is molded on the side.
It can also be seen that the passage 37 is completely closed around, so that an integral component is provided here. It is possible to set: an additional small platform 38 is integrally molded on the wall element 23, to which the passage 37 opens. By means of such a configuration, a thickening of the wall element 23 can be achieved at this point, so that a larger diameter of the feed-through 37 can be achieved, and a largely stable, integral attachment of the feed-through 37 on the plate-shaped part and in particular also on the side wall 29 can also be achieved. The cross section of the passage 37 or of this ring is not configured at an angle, preferably as a degenerate circle, in particular as an egg or oval.
In an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that: the electronic component compartment 22 is covered toward the handle recess 11 by a cover device, which can be a separate element and can be designed in particular in the form of a plate. Such a cover device, which is preferably designed as a cover plate, can be designed at least partially transparent, in particular from pure glass. The cover device can extend in a plane only over the area of the electronic component compartment 22, but in other embodiments can be formed over the entire surface of the bottom wall 13. As can be seen in fig. 4, the side wall 29 rests on a projection 39 which delimits the perforation and projects further inward than the upwardly projecting delimiting web 25. A more exact fitting of the position of the wall element 23 is thereby achieved. In the advantageous embodiment according to fig. 5, on the opposite side with the latching connection 26, it is possible to see: the limiting webs 25 are arranged here to be completely recessed into the free space 30 and stop with their upper free ends or upper free edges on a curved surface which is curved toward the outside of the side walls 29. Thereby improving the fit of the wall element 23. This also stabilizes and holds the detent connection 26. Due to the already mentioned plate-like or sword-like configuration, the insertion element 34 can also be configured as a pin or tab or as a nose.
It is also possible to provide: the passage 37 is not formed integrally and not completely circumferentially closed on the wall element 23, but rather only one partial element of this ring or tube is integrally molded on the wall element 23. The further partial elements of the passage 37 can also be integrally molded on the bottom wall 13, for example. In the assembled state, the wall element 23 is arranged on the bottom wall 13, but in the assembled state, a circumferentially closed passage 37 can be realized by the two components abutting against one another. In an alternative embodiment, instead of the plug connection 33, a film hinge can be constructed.
