The soft whip assembly is suspended below the suspension connector 5 through the suspension shaft 4a, the rear half ring 5c is embedded in the semi-annular groove 5b1 to obtain axial positioning, and the clamping ring set screw 5d enables the rear half ring 5c to obtain radial positioning; after the semi-ring gland 5e and the suspension semi-ring 5b are encircled, the rear half circumference of the suspension shaft necking section 4a1 is clamped by the rear semi-ring 5c, the front side of the necking section 4a1 is clamped by the front semi-ring 5e1, and the front semi-ring 5e1 and the semi-ring gland 5e are connected into a whole, so that the axial positioning of the suspension shaft 4a and the soft whip assembly is realized, but the rotation is facilitated, and the step of the well wall is avoided.
The upper end of the suspension shaft 4a is connected with the center of the lower end of the suspension core barrel 4, and the upper end of the suspension core barrel 4 is provided with a suspension core barrel outer convex ring 4b which is turned outwards; the lower end of the upper joint 1 is connected with a cylindrical sleeve 2 through threads, the lower port of the cylindrical sleeve 2 is provided with an inner convex ring 2a of the cylindrical sleeve which protrudes inwards, and the lower step of the outer convex ring 4b of the suspended core cylinder is pressed on the upper step of the inner convex ring 2a of the cylindrical sleeve; the center of the upper part of the suspension core cylinder 4 is provided with a suspension core cylinder counter bore 4c, and a damping spring 3 is arranged between the bottom wall of the suspension core cylinder counter bore 4c and the lower end surface of the upper joint 1.
When the seeker 11 encounters a larger obstruction, a larger impact force is generated, the suspension core cylinder 4 compresses the damping spring 3 upwards while the soft whip assembly is bent, so that the whole soft whip assembly is lifted upwards, the impact energy is absorbed, the impact force on an instrument string can be effectively relieved, the instrument is protected, and meanwhile, the buffering effect prevents the instrument from being stopped at a step, so that the instrument still has kinetic energy of downward movement, and the instrument is favorable for finding a well hole. When the guide head 11 passes over the step, the tension of the damping spring 3 pushes the suspension core barrel 4 to descend, so that the outer convex ring 4b of the suspension core barrel presses the inner convex ring 2a of the cylindrical sleeve again to reset.
The center of the upper end of the soft whip fixing seat 6k is provided with an inward-sunken limiting press block long groove 6m1, the bottom wall of the limiting press block long groove 6m1 is provided with a limiting press block long groove screw hole 6m3, a limiting block 6n is fixed in the limiting press block long groove 6m1 through a limiting block screw, and the inner end of the limiting block screw is screwed in the limiting press block long groove screw hole 6m 3; the upper end of the limiting block 6n is provided with a circular arc-shaped head, the center of the lower end of the soft whip block fixing seat 6k is provided with a limiting arc-shaped groove 6m2, and the circular arc-shaped head at the upper end of the limiting block 6n is embedded in the limiting arc-shaped groove 6m2 of the last soft whip block 6. The circular arc head of the upper end of the limiting block 6n is matched with the limiting arc groove 6m2 of the last soft whip block 6 to form the effect similar to a joint head and a joint socket, so that the swinging of the upper soft whip block 6 and the lower soft whip block 6 is more stable on one hand, and the swinging limit angle is limited on the other hand.
The guide head 11 is L-shaped in section, the upper end of the guide head 11 is provided with a guide hinge joint 11a extending upwards, and the guide hinge joint 11a is hinged in a soft whip block hinge socket 6d of the bottom soft whip block; a guide head spring seat 11c is installed at the lower end of the guide head 11, the lower end of the guide head spring seat 11c is inserted into a counter bore at the lower end of the guide head 11, a guide head spring insertion shaft 11c1 which extends upwards is arranged at the upper end of the guide head spring seat 11c, and the lower end of the soft whip spring 10 at the lowest end is sleeved on the guide head spring insertion shaft 11c 1; the outer periphery and the bottom of the guide head 11 are provided with guide arc transition surfaces 11b which are contracted towards the center downwards. The guiding arc of the guiding head 11 is beneficial to finding a well hole and crossing a step of a well wall, the guiding head spring seat 11c provides positioning for the soft whip spring 10 at the lowest end, and the guiding head 11 and the soft whip block 6 at the lowest part can swing at a certain angle, so that guiding is smoother.
The soft whip block planes 6b of the soft whip blocks 6 are positioned in the same vertical plane, the soft whip block arc surfaces 6a of at least four sections of soft whip blocks 6 at the lower part are in a conical shape with a larger upper part and a smaller lower part, and the sizes of the soft whip blocks 6 are smaller downwards. The soft whip assembly is of a structure with a large upper part and a small lower part, has elasticity and is favorable for moving downwards in a well hole and crossing over a well wall step.

The transition joint 17 can be directly connected below the upper joint 1, and the sealing cover 13 and the O-shaped ring 13a thereof seal the space where the bearing is positioned, so that the good lubrication of the two plane bearings is ensured; because the soft whip block 6 is asymmetric structure, under the effect of two plane bearings to and the effect of soft whip block 6 self gravity, when transferring the instrument in the pit shaft, soft whip block arc surface 6a transfers against the wall of a well, and two plane bearings can reduce the resistance when soft whip assembly is rotatory, make soft whip block 6 can rotate more in a flexible way for transition joint 17.

The upper end of the transition joint 17 is provided with a transition joint convex ring 17a which is turned over outwards; the lower end of the upper joint 1 is connected with a cylindrical sleeve 2 through threads, the lower port of the cylindrical sleeve 2 is provided with an inner convex ring 2a of the cylindrical sleeve which protrudes inwards, and the lower step of the outer convex ring 17a of the transition joint is pressed on the upper step of the inner convex ring 2a of the cylindrical sleeve; the center of the upper part of the transition joint 17 is provided with a transition joint counter bore, and a damping spring 3 is arranged between the bottom wall of the transition joint counter bore and the lower end face of the upper joint 1.
The embodiment has the shock absorption function of the shock absorption spring 3, the flexible rotation function of the plane bearing and the function of automatically searching the borehole by the soft whip assembly, can effectively solve the problem that an instrument meets the step resistance during open hole well logging, can improve the logging time efficiency, reduce the logging cost and simultaneously reduce the risk caused by multiple logging constructions; in addition, the shock absorption spring assembly effectively relieves the impact force on the instrument, can effectively reduce the damage rate of the instrument and reduce the cost for maintaining the instrument.
