Claims (9)

1. A sponge cleaning device is characterized by comprising a frame; a conveying line for conveying the sponge is arranged on the rack; the conveying line comprises a conveying roller, a synchronous belt sleeved on the conveying roller and a driving motor for providing a power source; along the conveying direction of the sponge, an adsorption device for adsorbing particles on the sponge, a washing device for cleaning dirt on the sponge, a sterilization device for sterilizing and disinfecting and a dehydration device for wringing out the sponge are sequentially arranged on the conveying line; the dehydration device comprises a base and a driving device; the base is provided with a transmission mechanism; the transmission mechanism comprises a first transmission assembly and a second transmission assembly; the first transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the second transmission assembly; the first transmission assembly comprises a first rotating shaft, one end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a first cleaning block, and the other end of the first rotating shaft is connected with the output end of the driving device; the second transmission assembly comprises a second rotating shaft; one end of the second rotating shaft is connected with a second cleaning block, and the other end of the second rotating shaft is in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft; the first cleaning block and the second cleaning block are positioned at the same end side and are matched in a tangent mode; a recovery groove for recovering the dehydrated sponge block is arranged below the first cleaning block and the second cleaning block; and a parallel manipulator used for placing the sponge at the tangent position of the first cleaning block and the second cleaning block is arranged between the sterilizing device and the dehydrating device.

The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first transmission assembly further comprises a first gear sleeved on the first rotating shaft; the second transmission assembly further comprises a third rotating shaft, a fourth rotating shaft and a transmission belt; a second gear meshed with the first gear is sleeved on the third rotating shaft; the transmission belt is sleeved on the second rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft.
3. The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveyor line comprises a pair of parallel guide rails, a plurality of rollers disposed between the two guide rails, and a driving block for driving the rollers to rotate.

A sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the flushing means comprises a flushing chamber and at least one high pressure water gun located within the flushing chamber; the washing chamber is located on the conveying line and forms a gap with the conveying line for the sponge to enter the washing chamber and exit the washing chamber.
5. The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 1 wherein a detection device is provided downstream of the dewatering device in the direction of sponge transport; the detection device comprises a sampling manipulator, an assay workbench and an optical microscope; the optical microscope is positioned on the assay platform.
6. The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide rail is provided with a guide groove for guiding the waste water; the guide slot is in communication with the flush chamber.
7. The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first vertical linear module parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying line and a first transverse linear module perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying line are arranged in the flushing chamber; the first vertical straight line module and the first transverse straight line module comprise sliding blocks; the high-pressure water gun is arranged on the sliding block.

The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the assay workbench is provided with a second vertical linear module parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying line and a second transverse linear module perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying line; the second vertical straight line module and the second transverse straight line module comprise sliding blocks; the manipulator is installed on the slider.
9. The sponge cleaning device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the manipulator comprises two holding blocks and a driving device for driving the two holding blocks to work.
