The application discloses camera packaging part and electronic equipment, which can improve the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a camera package for packaging a camera in an electronic device, where the camera package includes a steel sheet and a first soft rubber, and the steel sheet includes a first part and a second part; the first part is connected with the first soft rubber, and the second part is used for being fixed on a middle frame of the electronic equipment; wherein: the steel sheet is used for supporting the first soft rubber; the first soft rubber is used for contacting with a touch screen cover plate of the electronic equipment; under the condition that the camera is installed in the electronic equipment, the camera is in contact with the second soft glue, so that the touch screen cover plate, the packaging piece and the second soft glue can package the lens of the camera in a sealing area.
The camera is packaged by using the camera packaging piece, and the first soft glue with the thinner wall thickness can be supported because the steel sheet is made of hard steel. Therefore, the occupied area of the first soft glue on the front panel of the electronic equipment in the packaging piece can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the thinnest wall of the first soft glue. The first flexible glue that the wall thickness is thinner still can utilize the steel sheet to support to need not to use the gum to bond first flexible glue on the camera, reduce the risk of dirty camera. In addition, the step of using the gum to bond the first soft glue on the camera is reduced, and the efficiency of camera installation can be improved.
In one possible embodiment, the first soft gel is formed on the first portion by injection molding.
In a possible implementation manner, the first soft rubber further comprises an annular groove, and the first soft rubber is connected with the first part through the annular groove. The annular groove is used for connecting the first soft adhesive and the first part, so that the connection stability of the first soft adhesive and the first part can be improved, and the reliability of packaging the camera by using the camera packaging piece can be increased.
In a possible embodiment, the first part includes a notch, the notch has a protrusion at a position corresponding to the annular groove, and the first part is connected to the first flexible glue through the notch and the corresponding protrusion. The first soft glue and the first part are connected through the notch of the first part and the bulge on the first soft glue, so that the connection stability of the first soft glue and the first part can be further improved, and the reliability of packaging the camera by using the camera packaging piece can be improved.
Wherein the notch may be dovetail shaped.
In one possible embodiment, the diameter of the window of the camera is 3.05 mm; the thickness a of the steel sheet is 0.12 mm, the height b of the first soft rubber is 0.67 mm, and the thinnest wall of the first soft rubber is 0.08-0.2 mm. Optionally, the thinnest wall thickness of the first soft rubber is 0.08 mm, 0.12 mm or 0.2 mm. The thickness d or e of the thinnest wall of the first soft glue is reduced, the area occupied by the first soft glue on the front panel of the electronic equipment in the packaging piece can be reduced, and therefore the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment is improved.
The packaging piece enables the area occupied by the camera on the front panel to be a + d + e in a single-side external expansion amount i outside the diameter of a camera window. Then i takes on the value [0.28, 0.52] mm. Alternatively, a is 0.12 mm, d is 0.14 mm, and e is 0.18 mm, then i is 0.44 mm.
The height b can be the influence of the packaging part on shaking inside the electronic equipment, so that the first soft glue can always contact with the touch screen cover plate to form a sealing area when the packaging part shakes inside the electronic equipment, the camera lens is sealed, and the reliability of packaging the camera by using the camera packaging part can be improved.
Wherein, the height c considering the shaking influence of the package inside the electronic device is 0.1-0.15 mm, such as 0.12 mm.
In order to ensure that the camera can be installed, the width f of a gap between the first soft rubber and the camera is 0.03-0.06 mm, such as 0.04 mm.
In a possible embodiment, in a case that the first soft rubber is connected to the first portion through the annular groove, the thinnest wall thickness of the first soft rubber is d or e, which is the thickness of both side walls of the annular groove.
In one possible embodiment, the groove width of the annular groove is 0.12 mm, the wall thicknesses d and e of the two sides of the annular groove are 0.18 mm and 0.14 mm, respectively, and the wall thickness d on the side close to the camera head is 0.18 mm.
In one possible embodiment, after the camera package is mounted to the electronic device, a distance g between the steel sheet and the camera is 0.13 mm; the distance g can reduce the condition that the steel sheet damages the camera. The distance h between the steel sheet and the touch screen panel of the electronic equipment is 0.25-0.35 mm. Optionally, the distance h is 0.29 mm. The steel sheet and the touch screen panel are arranged at a spacing distance h, so that the condition that the touch screen panel is damaged by the contact of the steel sheet and the touch screen panel can be reduced.
In a possible implementation manner, after the camera is installed on the electronic equipment, the distance f between the first soft glue and the camera is 0.03-0.06 mm.
In a possible implementation manner, the second portion includes a first surface and a second surface, the second surface is a surface of the second portion that is close to the camera after the camera is mounted on the electronic device, and the first surface of the second portion is fixed on the middle frame through a first back adhesive; after the camera is installed on the electronic equipment, the second face is connected to the camera through a second back adhesive, and the viscosity of the first back adhesive is larger than that of the second back adhesive. The second gum adopts the glue that viscidity is weaker, and the second gum contacts with the camera after the equipment is accomplished. Because the gum viscidity is less, dismantle easily when needing to dismantle the camera to the convenience of camera dismouting has been improved. The back adhesive adopts adhesive with stronger viscosity, so that the reliability of bonding between the packaging piece and the middle frame can be ensured.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a camera, a camera package, and a touch screen, where the touch screen includes a touch screen cover and a touch screen panel, and the touch screen panel is configured to perform displaying and detect a touch signal, where: the camera package is the camera package described in the first aspect or any one of the possible embodiments of the first aspect. The camera is sealed through a sealing area formed by the touch screen cover plate, the packaging piece and the second soft glue.
In a possible implementation manner, in the assembling process of the electronic device, before the camera is assembled, the camera package is fixed on the middle frame through a back adhesive; the camera is plugged in through the back-off and assembled.
When the camera is reversely buckled and plugged, the bottom surface of the camera and the touch screen cover plate form a certain angle α, the angle is optional, α can be 20-50 degrees, for example, 30 degrees, the camera is reversely buckled and plugged close to the edge of the middle frame, and the bottom surface of the camera contacts the inner side point of the middle frame.
Optionally, when inserting the camera back-off, the one end butt first flexible glue of camera lens face, then with the other end lock-in of camera lens face reachs bottleneck point on the first flexible glue. After the packaging, the first soft glue is in contact with the touch screen cover plate, so that the packaging piece, the second soft glue and the touch screen cover plate form a sealing area together, and the camera lens is sealed.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings. The terminology used in the description of the embodiments herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments herein only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Application scenarios related to embodiments of the present application are described below. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an area on a front panel of some electronic devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in (a), (b), and (c) of fig. 1, an area 100 and an area 200 may be included on the front panel of the electronic apparatus 10. The area 100 is a display area and can be used for displaying. Region 200 is a region reserved for one or more of the following devices: a camera, a proximity light sensor, or an earpiece, etc. A camera may be placed in this reserved area 200, and the camera occupies the area 300 in the reserved area 200. As shown in fig. 1 (a), (b), and (c), the reserved area 200 may enable the electronic device to implement a drip screen, a bang screen, or a drill screen. The touch screen includes a touch screen panel 900 and a touch screen cover 600. The touch screen cover 600 may be, for example, a glass cover, and the touch screen panel 900 is used for displaying to realize the area 100 and also for detecting a touch signal. The above-mentioned area 200 may be designed by the shape of the touch screen panel 900.
To improve the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device, the area occupied by the camera, the proximity optical sensor, or the earpiece on the front panel of the electronic device 10 may be reduced to reduce the reserved area 200.
The area 300 occupied by the camera is related to the window diameter of the camera, the camera package. The camera packaging piece is used for packaging the lens of the camera in a sealed space, so that the dustproof and waterproof performance of the camera is improved. In the case that the diameter of the window of the camera is fixed, the smaller the area 300 occupied by the camera on the front panel of the electronic device 10 after the camera is packaged by the packaging member is, the smaller the reserved area 200 can be set, and the larger the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device 10 is.
It can be understood that the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the example of the area occupied by the camera and the touch screen shown in fig. 1, the area 200 may also be disposed at other positions, the area 200 may also have other shape designs, which is not limited to this, and the embodiment of the present application is also applicable to the area 200 designed at other positions or in other shapes.
The camera package provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for electronic equipment. The electronic device may be implemented as any one of the following devices including a camera: digital display products such as mobile phones, tablet computers (pads), portable game machines, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), notebook computers, Ultra Mobile Personal Computers (UMPCs), handheld computers, netbooks, vehicle-mounted media playing devices, wearable electronic devices, Virtual Reality (VR) terminal devices, Augmented Reality (AR) terminal devices, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a camera and a camera package provided in the prior art. As shown in fig. 2 (a), in the electronic apparatus 10, the camera 400 is packaged by the camera package 500. The package 500 contacts the touch screen cover 600 to occupy the area 300 on the front panel of the electronic device 10. The package member 500, the soft glue 1000 and the touch screen cover plate 600 form a sealing area to package the camera lens 401, thereby reducing the contamination of the camera lens 401.
As shown in (a) and (b) of fig. 2, the camera package 500 may be a soft gel structure. The soft rubber structure needs to be fixed on a middle frame, a main board support or a camera of the electronic equipment. However, due to the limitation of physical space in the electronic device, the wall thickness of the soft glue structure is thin, which is about 0.2 mm. The soft rubber structure with the thinner wall thickness cannot be fixed on a middle frame or a main board bracket of the electronic equipment. Fixing this flexible glue structure on camera 400 then needs to use glue to realize, has the risk of the dirty camera 400 of excessive glue.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of another camera and a camera package provided in the prior art. As shown in (a) and (b) of fig. 3, the camera package 500 may be a foam. However, using foam as the package 500 requires a certain tolerance to meet the fitting accuracy of the foam. Illustratively, for a camera with a window diameter of 3.05 mm, the fitting accuracy of the foam is ± 0.15 mm. Considering the foam material and the process, the sealing width of the foam needs to be set to be 0.6-0.8 mm. If the sealing width of the foam is 0.6 mm, considering the foam attaching precision, the area 300 occupied by the camera on the front panel needs to be unilaterally expanded by 0.75-0.8 mm outside the diameter of the camera window. In the above manner of packaging the camera 400 by using foam, a larger area 200 still needs to be reserved for the camera 400 on the front panel of the electronic device 10, which reduces the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device.
In order to improve the screen occupation ratio of electronic equipment, the embodiment of the application provides a camera packaging piece and electronic equipment. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a camera and a camera package according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, in the electronic device 10, the camera package 700, the touch screen cover 600 and the soft glue 1000 form a sealing area to encapsulate the camera lens, so that the package does not need to be adhered to the camera through a back glue, and the contamination of the camera lens is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, the package 700 may be fixed to the middle frame 800 of the electronic device 10, and may be fixed to other components of the electronic device without being limited thereto. Wherein, the package 700 can be fixed on the middle frame 800 through the back adhesive 1101, and the description of the back adhesive 1101 refers to the description of the example shown in fig. 8.
The package 700 is described below from the following aspects: (1) the process and structure of package 700; (2) the size of the package 700; (3) assembly process of the package 700 and the camera 400.
(1) Process and structure of package 700
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a camera package according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the package 700 includes a steel sheet 701 and a soft glue 702. The soft gel 702 may be formed on the steel plate 701 by injection molding (LIM). As shown in fig. 5, the steel plate 701 may include a first portion 7011 and a second portion 7012, the first portion 7011 being used to connect to the soft rubber 702.
Wherein, the soft glue 702 is the first soft glue, and the soft glue 1000 is the second soft glue.
Optionally, in order to improve the stability of the connection between the steel sheet 701 and the soft rubber 702, the first portion 7011 of the steel sheet 701 may include one or more notches 7011a, and then a connection position on the soft rubber 702 corresponding to the notch 7011a after the injection molding is completed includes a protrusion 7021, which is described with reference to fig. 6 as an example of the protrusion 7021. The second portion 7012 may be secured to the center frame 800 by a backing adhesive 1101 to support the flexible adhesive 702.
The shape, size and number of the notches 7011a are not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The notches 7011a are, for example, dovetail-shaped, and for a camera having a window with a diameter of 3.05 mm, the number of notches 7011a on the steel plate 701 of the package 700 is, for example, 1, 2, 3, or 4. As shown in fig. 5, after being assembled in the electronic device, one side of the soft glue 702 close to the touch screen cover 600 is above the soft glue 702, and one side of the soft glue 702 far away from the touch screen cover 600 is below the soft glue 702.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a soft glue 702 according to an embodiment of the present application. Wherein, fig. 6 (a) is a rear view of the soft rubber 702. Fig. 6 (b) is a sectional view of the soft capsule 702 avoiding the protrusion 7022. Fig. 6 (c) is a sectional view of the soft gel 702 at the protrusion 7022. After the soft rubber 702 is formed on the steel sheet 701 by injection molding, as shown in (a), (b), and (c) of fig. 6, the soft rubber 702 includes an annular groove 7021, and a first portion 7011 of the steel sheet 701 is connected to the soft rubber 702 through the annular groove 7021. The annular groove 7021 of the soft glue 702 also contains one or more protrusions 7022. Each notch 7011a on the steel sheet 701 corresponds to a protrusion 7022 on the soft rubber 702. The notch 7011a on the steel sheet 701 is connected with the soft rubber 702 through the corresponding bulge 7022.
In the embodiment of the present application, the steel sheet 701 and the soft rubber 702 are both in an annular structure, and the cross-sectional shape of the annular groove 7021 and the cross-sectional shape of the steel sheet 701 are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
(2) Size of package 700
An example of a size of the corresponding package 700 is described below using a camera with a window diameter of 3.05 mm. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic size diagram of a camera package according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the thickness a of the steel sheet 701 is 0.12 mm. The width of the annular groove 7021 is also 0.12 mm after the injection molding is completed. As shown in fig. 7, the height b of the soft gel 702 is 0.67 mm. The height b considers the influence of shaking of the package 700 inside the electronic device 10, so that the soft glue 702 can always contact with the touch screen cover plate 600 to form a sealing area when the package 700 shakes inside the electronic device 10, thereby sealing the lens of the camera 400. The height c considering the shaking influence of the package 700 inside the electronic device 10 is 0.1 to 0.15 mm (e.g., 0.12 mm). The thickness d and e of the annular groove 7021 on both sides may be 0.14 mm and 0.18 mm, respectively. In order to ensure that the camera 400 can be installed, the gap width f between the soft rubber 702 and the camera 400 is 0.03-0.06 mm (for example, 0.04 mm).
Wherein, the thinnest wall of the soft rubber 702 can be 0.08-0.2 mm. For example, the thinnest wall thickness of the soft gel 702 is 0.08 mm, 0.12 mm, or 0.2 mm. Among them, the thinnest wall thickness may be the thickness of the thinnest side of the both side thicknesses d and e of the annular groove 7021. In the embodiment of the application, the thickness d or e of the thinnest wall of the soft rubber 702 is reduced, so that the area occupied by the soft rubber 702 in the packaging member 700 on the front panel of the electronic device can be reduced, and the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device is improved.
After the camera head 400 is assembled to the electronic device 10, a certain distance g is provided between the second portion 7012 of the steel sheet 701 and the camera head 400 to reduce the situation that the steel sheet 701 damages the camera head 400. As shown in fig. 7, the distance g between the second portion 7012 of the steel sheet 701 and the camera 400 is, for example, 0.13 mm. The distance h between the steel sheet 701 and the touch screen panel 900 is 0.25 to 0.35 mm (e.g., 0.29 mm). The distance h between the steel sheet 701 and the touch screen panel 900 can reduce the damage of the touch screen panel 900 caused by the contact between the steel sheet and the touch screen panel 900.
In the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned size of the package 700 is only used for explaining the embodiment of the present application, and should not be construed as limiting. Package 700 parameters: a. b, c, d, e, f, g and h may also have other values.
In the embodiment of the present application, the steel sheet 701 is made of hard steel, and can support the soft rubber 702 with a relatively thin wall. Therefore, the area occupied by the soft glue 702 on the front panel of the electronic device in the package 700 can be reduced by reducing the thickness (d or e) of the thinnest wall of the soft glue. The thin soft glue 702 can still be supported by the steel sheet 701, so that the back glue is not needed to adhere the soft glue 702 to the camera, and the risk of dirtying the camera 400 is reduced. In addition, the step of using gum to bond the soft glue 702 to the camera 400 is reduced, and the efficiency of camera installation can be improved.
Since d and e can be the thinnest wall thickness, d and e can range from 0.08, 0.2 millimeters. The package 700 is such that the area 200 occupied by the camera 400 on the front panel has a single-sided flare i of a + d + e outside the diameter of the camera window. Then i takes on the value [0.28, 0.52] mm. Illustratively, a is 0.12 mm, d is 0.14 mm, e is 0.18 mm, and i is 0.44 mm.
(3) Assembly process of package 700 and camera 400
In the embodiment of the present application, after the package 700 is obtained by injection molding the steel sheet 701, the package 700 is first fixed on the middle frame 800 through the back glue 1101. Then, the camera 400 is obliquely turned upside down and inserted.

Specifically, the second portion 7012 of the steel plate 701 is fixed to the middle frame 800 by the back adhesive 1101. After the package member 700 is fixed on the middle frame, the soft glue 702 contacts with the touch screen cover 600. Optionally, as shown in fig. 8 (a), a side of the second portion close to the camera also includes a back adhesive 1102. The adhesive backed 1101 is more adhesive than the adhesive backed 1102. The back adhesive 1102 is made of adhesive with weak viscosity, and the back adhesive 1102 is in contact with the camera 400 after assembly. Since the adhesive 1102 is weak in adhesiveness, it is easy to detach the camera 400 when necessary. Thereby the convenience of camera dismouting has been improved. The adhesive 1101 is a relatively strong adhesive, which can ensure the reliability of the adhesion between the package 700 and the middle frame 800.
In the embodiment of the present application, the back adhesive 1001 is a first back adhesive, and the back adhesive 1002 is a second back adhesive. The second portion 7012 includes a first surface and a second surface, the second surface is a surface of the second portion 7012 close to the camera 400 after the camera 400 is mounted on the electronic device 10, and the first surface of the second portion 7012 is fixed to the middle frame 800 by a first adhesive 1001. After the camera 400 is mounted to the electronic device 10, the second side is attached to the camera 400 by a second adhesive 1002.
When the camera 400 is assembled, as shown in (b) of fig. 8, the camera 400 is reversely inserted as close to the middle frame 800 as possible, and the bottom surface of the camera 400 contacts a point on the inner side of the middle frame 800, that is, a bottleneck point 1200. when the camera 400 is reversely inserted, the bottom surface of the camera 400 and the touch screen cover 600 may be at a certain angle α of 20 to 50 degrees (for example, 30 degrees).
In the embodiment of the present application, above-mentioned camera 400 assembles the in-process to electronic equipment 10, camera 400 passes through steel sheet 701, flexible glue 702, center 800 and 1000 screens of flexible glue, thereby the fixed position's on electronic equipment 10 accuracy is installed to camera 400 has been improved, the regional 200 that the camera occupied on the front panel is unilateral less distance that expands outward outside camera window diameter, can reduce the shared region of flexible glue 702 on the electronic equipment front panel in packaging part 700, thereby improve electronic equipment's screen and account for than. In addition, the process of installing the camera by using the steel sheet 701, the soft rubber 702, the middle frame 800 and the soft rubber 1000 in a clamping mode reduces operation difficulty, glue is not needed during installation, and the efficiency of installing the camera is improved.
