In a further more preferred scheme, the box taking and placing mechanism comprises a bag taking and placing cylinder, a sucker seat and at least one sucker group, wherein a cylinder body of the bag taking and placing cylinder is mounted on the rack, and a piston rod of the bag taking and placing cylinder faces upwards and is connected with the sucker seat; the sucker groups are arranged on the sucker seats, the sucker groups correspond to the box storage frames in the same number one by one, each sucker group comprises at least one vacuum sucker, and the vacuum sucker is positioned right below the corresponding box outlet of the box storage frame; and a second through hole for the vacuum chuck to pass through is formed in the horizontal supporting plate. When the bag taking and placing air cylinder works, the sucking disc seat and the vacuum sucking disc on the sucking disc seat are driven to ascend until the vacuum sucking disc reaches the box outlet of the corresponding box storage frame, and the inner box at the lowest position in the box storage frame is sucked by the vacuum sucking disc; then the bag taking and placing cylinder drives the sucker seat and the vacuum sucker thereon to descend, and the inner box at the bottom is taken out from the box outlet of the corresponding box storage rack through the vacuum sucker and is moved downwards to the horizontal supporting plate; then the vacuum chuck releases the inner box to finish the action of taking and placing the box once.
In a further more preferable scheme, the box pushing mechanism comprises a box pushing component and a box pushing cylinder, the box pushing component is arranged on one side of the horizontal supporting plate, and the position of the box pushing component is higher than the upper surface of the horizontal supporting plate; the cylinder body of the box pushing cylinder is arranged on the rack and arranged along the front-back direction, and the piston rod of the box pushing cylinder is connected with the box pushing component. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the moon cake conveying device 1 further comprises a plurality of material plate groups 14; along the conveying direction of the main conveying line 11, each material arranging plate group 14 is sequentially arranged in front of each material guide plate group from front to back; each material arranging plate group 14 is positioned on the upper side of the main conveying line 11, each material arranging plate group 14 comprises a plurality of material arranging plates 141 which are arranged side by side from left to right, the material arranging plates 141 are gradually inclined towards the left side or the right side from front to back, and the inclination directions of the material arranging plates 141 in the same material arranging plate group 14 are consistent; in two adjacent material tidying plate groups 14, the inclination direction of each material tidying plate 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the rear side is opposite to the inclination direction of each material tidying plate 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the front side, the number of the material tidying plates 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the rear side is the same as that of the material tidying plates 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the front side, and the front side edge of each material tidying plate 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the rear side and the rear side edge of each material tidying plate 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the front side are alternately arranged along the inclination direction of the material tidying plates 141 in the material tidying plate group 14 on the rear side.

(1) the working principle of the whole machine is as follows:
during operation, the main conveying line 11 drives the moon cakes 7 to move from front to back, and the moon cakes sequentially pass through the material arrangement plate groups 14, the first conveying line 121, the second conveying line 122 and the third conveying line 123. When the moon cakes 7 on the main conveying line 11 pass through each material arranging plate group 14, the moon cakes 7 are separated by each material arranging plate 141 in one material arranging plate group 14 and move towards the next material arranging plate group 14 under the guidance of the corresponding material arranging plate 141; in such a reciprocating manner, the material arranging plate groups 14 can divide the disordered moon cakes 7 on the main conveying line 11 into a plurality of groups and arrange the groups in order, and can enable the moon cakes 7 leaving the material arranging device and the moon cakes 7 in the material arranging device to be separated by a certain distance and move towards each branch conveying line. When the moon cakes 7 on the main conveying line 11 reach the position corresponding to the inlet end of the second branch conveying line 122, the moon cakes 7 between the second material guide plate 1321 on the right side and the inlet end of the second branch conveying line 122 enter the second branch conveying line 122 under the guidance of the right side surface of the second material guide plate 1321 on the right side, and then are conveyed to the corresponding moon cake packaging mechanism 2 by the second branch conveying line 122 to complete the packaging process of the moon cakes 7; the moon cakes 7 between the two second material guiding plates 1321 are guided by the right side of the second material guiding plate 1321 on the left side, and move to a position between the front edge of the third material guiding plate 1331 and the inlet end of the third conveying line 123. When the moon cakes 7 on the main conveying line 11 reach the position corresponding to the inlet end of the third conveying line 123, the moon cakes 7 enter the inlet end of the third conveying line 123 under the guidance of the right side surface of the third material guide plate 1331, and then are conveyed to the corresponding moon cake packaging mechanism 2 by the third conveying line 123 to complete the packaging process of the moon cakes 7. Finally, the moon cake packing mechanisms 2 send the finished products which finish the packing procedure to a finished product conveyer belt 5, and the finished product conveyer belt 5 carries out unified conveying.
When the position of the material guide plate in the left-right direction needs to be adjusted, the first locking screw 153 is firstly loosened, and then the position of the first adjusting seat 152 on the first guide rod 151 is adjusted, so that the position of the material guide plate in the left-right direction is adjusted; after the position is determined, the first locking screw 153 is tightened so that the tip of the first locking screw 153 is in close contact with the first guide rod 151, thereby fixing the first adjustment seat 152 to the first guide rod 151. When the inclination angle of the material guide plate needs to be adjusted, the second locking screw 155 is firstly loosened, and then the first operating handle 1541 is rotated to drive the first adjusting column 154 and the material guide plate to rotate to a proper inclination angle around the axis of the first adjusting column 154; after the position of the first adjusting post 154 is determined, the second locking screw 155 is tightened, so that the end of the second locking screw 155 is tightly contacted with the first adjusting post 154, and the first adjusting post 154 is fixed on the first adjusting seat 152.
