The utility model relates to a telescopic respirator specifically is a respirator that can reduce the volume of accomodating through flexible folding around can.
Background
Oxygen in the air is indispensable for human life, however, in addition to oxygen necessary for human life, many substances harmful to human body are mixed in the air, and therefore, there is a need for an air filtering device such as a mask or a face mask which is portable and can be installed at the mouth and nose to isolate the contamination in the air.
The mouth and face mask is made by combining filtering materials with different pollutions in the environment to form a filtering/adsorbing layer of the mask, however, the thickness of the mouth and face mask is greatly increased due to the mode, so that the mouth and face mask generally combine a plurality of total filtering/adsorbing layers to form a filtering tank, then the body of the whole mask is made of airtight materials, a notch for installing the filtering tank is arranged on the mouth and face mask, and the thickness of the mouth and face mask body is reduced by limiting the position where air enters so that the air can pass through the filtering tank when entering the mouth and face mask. In addition, since the weight of the canister needs to be supported by the mouth or the mask itself when worn, the mouth or the mask must have a certain thickness to maintain sufficient support, and since the mouth or the mask is not easily deformed, the mouth or the mask is directly three-dimensional to fit the face, and thus the mouth or the mask is difficult to carry due to the thickness and the shape.
In another direction, such as a common disposable mask, in order to be folded like a piece of paper for convenient carrying, the thickness of the mask is reduced by reducing the number of the filtering/adsorbing layers, and then the mask can be folded and deformed to fit the shape of the face, but such a way certainly causes the filtering/adsorbing effect to be inferior to that of the mask using the canister.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to take into account under the condition of filter effect, still fold easily and reduce whole volume, convenient configuration transport and use and accomodate, the utility model provides a telescopic respirator, the technical scheme of the utility model is that: comprises a wearing part, a filtering part and a telescopic part; the wearing part is provided with an opening facing to an extending direction by a surrounding wall, and the surrounding wall is provided with a binding surface contacting with the face of a user; the filter part is used for connecting a filter element; the telescopic part is connected between the surrounding wall and the filtering part and can be selectively changed between an extending state and a contracting state, so that the filtering part can be selectively far away from or close to the wearing part; the displacement sensor comprises a first bending part, a second bending part and a displacement section, wherein the first bending part and the second bending part are arranged at intervals, and the displacement section is connected between the first bending part and the second bending part.
Regarding the folding manner of the retractable breathing mask, wherein the retractable breathing mask can change the relative position between the first bending part and the second bending part by folding the displacement section, and the first bending part and the second bending part are in the extending form when being sequentially arranged along the extending direction; and the first bending part and the second bending part are arranged along the direction opposite to the extending direction to present the contraction shape.
As a limitation, the length of the perimeter of the first bending portion is longer than the length of the perimeter of the second bending portion, so that the retractable breathing mask is gradually reduced from the wearing portion toward the extending direction in the extended configuration.
The surrounding wall of the wearing part surrounds a containing space, the displacement section is far away from the containing space when the telescopic breathing mask is in the extension state, and the displacement section enters the containing space when the telescopic breathing mask is in the contraction state.
In a detailed telescopic structure, as a limitation, the telescopic part is made of the same material, and the thickness of the first bending part and the second bending part is smaller than that of the displacement section; therefore, when the telescopic breathing mask is stressed, the stress concentration phenomenon is generated due to the difference of the thicknesses, and the first bending part and the second bending part are preferentially bent.
In addition, in the remaining detailed construction, the filter portion has, as a limitation, a plane having a first check valve body for air to exit and a second check valve body for air to enter, and a wall surface located at a periphery of the plane.
Also as a limitation, the filter part has a plane and a wall surface located at the periphery of the plane, the plane is provided with a first check valve body for air to leave, and the wall surface is provided with more than one second check valve bodies for air to enter.
The utility model has the advantages that: through setting up two kink that warp relatively easily when the atress at the face guard for the face guard can be prior to two kink productions and buckle when the atress, let the displacement section between two kinks as a gauze mask part can turn over and go into the accommodation space that the portion of wearing of another part of gauze mask surrounded, can change into a shrink pattern by an extension pattern, from this, even the face guard itself needs certain thickness and three-dimensional appearance in order to support the weight of the stronger filter piece of filter effect, but just can reduce the height of accomodating of face guard through folding.

Detailed Description
To facilitate further clear and detailed understanding of the structure, use, and features of the invention, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the drawings, in which:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, the retractable respiratory mask 10 of the present invention in a preferred embodiment comprises: a wearing part 11, a filtering part 12 and a telescopic part 13.
The wearing portion 11 has a surrounding wall 111 with a length capable of covering the nose and mouth of the user to form an accommodating space 112, and an opening 113 communicating with the accommodating space 112 is formed, so that the face of the user can enter the accommodating space 112 through the opening 113, one end of the surrounding wall 111 near the opening 113 is provided with an engaging piece 114, and the other end is used for connecting the expansion portion 13.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment, a folded portion 114a is disposed between the engaging piece 114 and the surrounding wall 111, such that the engaging piece 114 extends from the surrounding wall 111 toward the center of the opening 113, the opening 113 forms a funnel structure, and an engaging surface 114b contacting the face of the user is formed on the surface of the engaging piece 114, thereby, when the user wears the retractable respiratory mask 10, even if the contour of the face does not completely conform to the contour of the surrounding wall 111, the engaging piece 114 and the folded portion 114a can push the face of the user to maintain the air tightness of the retractable respiratory mask 10.
The filtering portion 12 has a plane 120a and a wall 120b located at the periphery of the plane 120a, in this embodiment, the plane 120a has a first connecting portion 121 and a second connecting portion 122, the first connecting portion 121 is used to provide a first one-way valve 120d (refer to fig. 6) for allowing air to leave the retractable breathing mask 10 in one direction, so as to rapidly exhaust the air out of the retractable breathing mask 10 and prevent the air from entering the retractable breathing mask 10 through the first connecting portion 121; the second connecting portion 122 is used to connect a filter element 120c (for convenience of illustrating the structure of the mask 10, the filter element 120c is not shown in fig. 2-5, and only one of them is shown in the schematic view of fig. 6).
In addition to the position of the first connection portion 121 and the second connection portion 122, the present invention also does not limit the state of the filtering element 120c, so in practice, a second check valve 120e for air to enter may be provided on the second connection portion 122, and the filtering element 120c may be connected to the second connection portion 122 by being mounted on the second check valve 120e (for convenience, please refer to fig. 6 with similar structure); the filter member 120c and the first check valve body 120d can be manufactured by using conventional products, and the second connecting portion 122 and the second check valve body 120e can be designed according to the use requirement.
The flexible portion 13, which is made of the same flexible material in the present embodiment, is connected between the surrounding wall 111 and the filtering portion 12, and includes a first bending portion 131, a second bending portion 132, and a displacement section 133, wherein the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 are disposed at an interval, and the displacement section 133 is connected between the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, regarding the folding manner of the retractable respiratory mask 10, the retractable respiratory mask 10 can change the relative position between the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 by folding the displacement section 133, so that the filtering portion 12 can be selectively away from or close to the wearing portion 11, and further the retractable respiratory mask 10 can be selectively changed between an extended configuration 30 and a retracted configuration 31.
As shown in fig. 3, when the first bending part 131 and the second bending part 132 are sequentially arranged along the extending direction 20, so that the displacement section 133 does not enter the accommodating space 112 and the filter part 12 is away from the wearing part 11 to assume the extended configuration 30; since the length of the first bending part 131 (the perimeter of the surrounding wall 111) is longer than the length of the second bending part 132 (the perimeter of the wall surface of the filtering part 12), the retractable breathing mask 10 in the extended configuration 30 is tapered from the wearing part 11 toward the extending direction 20; as for the cross-sectional shape of the retractable respiratory mask 10 in the extended configuration 30, please refer to fig. 4, in which the cross-sectional shapes of the wearing portion 11, the filtering portion 12 and the retractable portion 13 are arranged in a straight line 40 extending in substantially the same direction in the extended configuration 30.
As shown in fig. 5, when the displacement section 133 is turned over by an external force, such that the displacement section 133 enters the accommodating space 112, the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 are arranged along a direction opposite to the extending direction 20, such that the filter portion 12 approaches the wearing portion 11 to present the contracted configuration 31, and such that a wrinkle 41 is generated on the cross section of the wearing portion 11, the filter portion 12 and the expansion portion 13.
In order to make the retractable breathing mask 10 preferentially turn over the displacement section 133 when receiving an external force, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the thickness of the first bending part 131 and the second bending part 132 is smaller than the thickness of the displacement section 133, and the cross-sectional shape of the displacement section 133 is a central section 133a with a thicker thickness, and two ends of the central section 133a are provided with tapered sections 133b with a tapered thickness; therefore, when the retractable respiratory mask 10 is stressed, stress concentration occurs due to the difference in thickness, and the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 are preferentially bent.
Of course, the present invention does not limit the material design of the flexible portion 13, and therefore, in another embodiment of the present invention, the material of the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 can be different from the displacement section 133 by the change of the material, for example, the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 are softer than the displacement section 133, and the first bending portion 131 and the second bending portion 132 are more easily bent than the displacement section 133 when receiving the external force, so as to turn over the displacement section 133.
In addition, since the collapsible respiratory mask 10 needs to have enough external force to fold the displacement section 133 when it is transformed from the extended configuration 30 to the retracted configuration 31, the thicker design of the central section 133a of the displacement section 133 in this embodiment can maintain the three-dimensional shape/folded shape of the collapsible respiratory mask 10 when the external force is applied (such as the external force from the weight of the filter or the weight generated when the masks are stacked) which is smaller but still not enough to fold the displacement section 133, unlike the conventional mask which has a uniform thickness and is substantially planar when folded, and can not be deformed immediately when the external force is applied.
Of course, the present invention does not limit the number of the displacement section 133 and the bending sections (the first bending section 131 and the second bending section 132 in the foregoing embodiment) for deformation in the telescopic section 13, so in other embodiments, the telescopic section 13 may have a plurality (e.g., two) of the displacement section 133 and a plurality (e.g., three) of the bending sections, and the bending sections and the displacement section 133 are arranged at intervals.
Finally, referring to fig. 1, in the structure of how the retractable breathing mask 10 is connected to the face of the user, in the present embodiment, the retractable breathing mask 10 further includes an assembling portion 14 capable of being connected to a strap (not shown), the assembling portion 14 has a pair of extension arms 141, one end of each extension arm 141 is connected to the wall surface of the wearing portion 11 on the opposite sides, and the other end is used for connecting the strap, and a distance 12 is provided between the extension arm 141 and the abutting surface 114 b.
The present invention does not limit the details and materials of the retractable breathing mask 10, so in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, the retractable breathing mask 10 is a half mask that does not cover the eyes of the user, while in other embodiments, the retractable breathing mask 10 can be a full mask that covers the eyes of the user (e.g., the wearing portion 111 is enlarged, and transparent lenses are provided, etc.); in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the filtering portion 12 may be provided with two second connecting portions 122 and one first connecting portion 121, and in this embodiment, the second connecting portions 122 are respectively provided with a second one-way valve 120e (refer to fig. 6) for making air enter the retractable breathing mask 10 in one direction, in addition to increasing the number of the second connecting portions 122; in order to prevent the interference between the two filtering members 120c when the two second connecting portions 122 are mounted on the filtering member 120c, the two second connecting portions 122 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the wall surface 120b, and the first connecting portion 121 and the first check valve body 120d are disposed on the plane 120 a.
As can be seen from the above description, the retractable respiratory mask 10 can be bent preferentially over the two bending portions (131, 132) when the retractable respiratory mask 10 is stressed by the thickness or change of material, and the displacement section 133 is turned over and enters the receiving space 112 surrounded by the wearing portion 11, so that the retractable respiratory mask 10 is changed from the extended configuration 30 to the retracted configuration 31, and therefore, even though the retractable respiratory mask 10 requires a certain thickness and a three-dimensional shape to support the weight of the filtering element with strong filtering effect, the storage height of the retractable respiratory mask 10 can be reduced by folding.
