(4) Fourth stage: effluent treated by the high-speed ion air flotation and precipitation coupling all-in-one machine 4 flows into a first intermediate water tank 5 and is lifted to an integrated aeration biological filter 7 by a second lifting pump 6 to be subjected to biological aerobic carbon removal, nitrification and chemical phosphorus removal treatment, the hydraulic retention time is 40-80 min, and the dissolved oxygen is 4.0-6.0 mg/L; under the aerobic condition, the heterotrophic bacteria in the biomembrane remove the residual COD in the water body; nitrifying bacteria in the biomembrane attached to the surface of the pyrite-based biological filter material or the weak base ceramsite 7-4 are nitrified to remove ammonia nitrogen; the pyrite-based biological filter material or the weak base ceramsite 7-4 is subjected to chemical reaction of inorganic phosphorus in a microenvironment and is solidified on the surface of the filler to form iron phosphate or hydroxyl calcium sulfonate solid, so that the aim of synchronously removing phosphorus is fulfilled; after the treatment of the integrated biological aerated filter 7, the dissolved oxygen in the water body is greatly promoted; discharging the water after reaching the standard to an integrated clean water tank 8, discharging part of the discharged water in the integrated clean water tank 8 as standard water 11, and discharging part of the discharged water as backwashing raw water, and feeding the water through an F1 pipe; when high concentration intaking (COD and ammonia nitrogen) and low temperature with guaranteeing this equipment, the key effect of going out water: COD is less than 30mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is less than 1.0mg/L, TP is less than 0.3mg/L, DO is more than 4mg/L, SS is less than 10mg/L, and the effluent can reach the standard of surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-2002) and the standard of surface IV water.
(5) After the integrated biological aerated filter 7 runs for 24-72 hours, backwashing by adopting a water level reduction backwashing method, wherein the water level reduction backwashing method comprises the following steps: the time for lowering the water level, the time for air washing, the time for air-water combined backwashing and the time for water rinsing are respectively 0.3-1.5 min, 0.8-2.5 min and 3.0-9.0 min; the air washing strength and the water rinsing strength are 12-25L/m 2 & s and 4-6L/m 2 & s in sequence.
(6) The effluent of the lower water level backwashing system enters a second intermediate water tank 10 through an F5 pipe and desliming filtrate of the sludge treatment system through an F3 pipe, and the collected water enters an integrated sludge-film coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal device 3 for treatment; the water content of the mud cakes treated by the sludge treatment system 9 is less than 80 percent, and the mud cakes are transported outside.
The black and odorous water body 0 comprises sewage in the Duantou creek, sewage in a pump station, sewage in an overflow forebay of a flood discharge ditch, a black and odorous water body, initial polluted rainwater, and a water body polluted by a river channel, a lake, a pond and a landscape.
The whole system well combines the processes of first-stage physical pretreatment, second-stage biological treatment, third-stage magnetic coagulation treatment and physicochemical and biochemical treatment of a fourth-stage aeration biological filter, ensures that the system is not influenced by the fluctuation of high-concentration (COD and ammonia nitrogen) inlet water, ensures the alkalinity sufficiency of the system (no extra alkali is added), utilizes denitrifying phosphorus-accumulating bacteria to remove phosphorus, reduces the dosage of chemical dosing phosphorus removal agents, can ensure the system outlet water temperature in a low-temperature environment to reach the standard, improves and ensures the backwashing recovery effect and short time recovery period of the aeration biological filter under the conditions of high-concentration inlet water quality and the low-temperature environment, ensures that the system outlet water can reach the surface water environment quality standard (GB3838-2002) ground surface quasi IV water standard (COD is less than 30mg/L and ammonia nitrogen is less than 1.0mg/L, TP is less than 0.3mg/L, DO is more than 4mg/L, SS is less than 10 mg/L); the shock resistance and load capacity are strong, and the system stability is strong; the denitrification effect is excellent; the equipment investment is saved, the operating cost is low, and the like, and the water body can be obviously improved and restored to realize ecological water supplement. The method meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, and well realizes the best unification of social benefit, economic benefit and environmental benefit.

A complete set of treatment system for black and odorous water bodies is formed by connecting a first lifting pump, a fine grid, an integrated sludge-film coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal device, a high-speed ion air floatation and precipitation coupling integrated machine, a first intermediate water tank, a second lifting pump, an integrated biological aerated filter and an integrated clean water tank in series, and further comprises a sludge treatment system and a filter backwashing system; the method is characterized in that: the first lift pump is connected with the inlet of the fine grid through a sewage inlet pipe, and the outlet of the fine grid is connected with the inlet of the integrated sludge-membrane coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal equipment; the water outlet of the integrated sludge-film coupled nitrogen and phosphorus removal equipment is connected with the water inlet of the high-speed ion air floatation and precipitation coupled all-in-one machine through a sewage inlet pipe; the water outlet of the high-speed ion air floatation and sedimentation coupling all-in-one machine enters the first intermediate water tank through the sewage inlet pipe; the inlet and outlet pipe orifices of the second lift pump are respectively connected with the first intermediate water tank and the integrated biological aerated filter, and the outlet pipe of the integrated biological aerated filter is connected into the integrated clean water tank and is discharged outside.

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the integrated sludge-membrane coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal equipment also comprises a first section of anoxic sludge-membrane coupling tank, a second section of aerobic sludge-membrane coupling tank, a third section of anoxic sludge-membrane coupling tank, a sedimentation tank, a suspended filler, suspended activated sludge and an air stripping sludge-water reflux system; the integrated sludge-membrane coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal equipment has the treatment capacity of 200-1000 m3D; the filling ratio of the suspended filler is 5-45%; the sludge concentration is 1000-4000 mg/L, the total retention time is 3-10 h, and the retention time of the first section of anoxic sludge film coupling tank, the second section of aerobic sludge film coupling tank and the third section of anoxic sludge film coupling tank is not less than 0.2h, 2.6h and 0.2h respectively; the gas stripping mud-water backflow system enables mud water precipitated by the precipitation tank to flow back to the water inlet end of the first section of anoxic mud film coupling tank, and the mud water and water are mixed together with water discharged by the fine grid and then enter the first section of anoxic mud film coupling tank.

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 2, wherein: the suspended filler of the second section of aerobic sludge-film coupling tank is in turbine reciprocating circulating fluidized motion; the second section of aerobic sludge film coupling tank is a multi-stage aerobic zone, and the number of stages is 2-5; the suspending filler can adopt APG filler or MBBR filler.

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the high-speed ion air floatation and sedimentation coupling integrated machine comprises a mixing tank, a flocculation tank, a flotation and sedimentation coupling tank and a clean water tank; the flotation and precipitation coupling tank comprises an ion bubble generator, an inclined plate, a surface slag scraper, a sludge hopper, a slag collecting groove and a sludge reflux pump; the bottom of the sludge hopper is respectively connected with a reflux pump and a reflux pipeline through a residual sludge pipeline; the slag outlet of the surface slag scraper is connected with a collecting slag groove, and the outlet of the collecting slag groove is connected with a sludge dewatering system through a slag discharging pipeline.

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the integrated biological aerated filter body also comprises a water distribution chamber, a water distribution system, a supporting layer, a biological filter material layer, a clear water zone, a water outlet channel, an aeration system, a water level lowering system and a backwashing system; the integrated biological aerated filter is of a container-shaped cuboid structure, and the treatment capacity of each unit is 1000-5000 m3/d。

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 5, wherein: the backwashing system adopts a lower water level backwashing method, the backwashing raw water adopts sewage in a clear water tank as backwashing raw water, and backwashing effluent is discharged into a second intermediate water tank; and the effluent of the backwashing system and the desliming filtrate of the sludge treatment system are collected in a centralized manner by a second intermediate water tank and then enter the high-speed ion air flotation precipitation coupling all-in-one machine for treatment.
8. The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the processing scale of the complete set of black and odorous water body processing system is 1000-50000 m3/d。

The integrated black and odorous water body treatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the integrated sludge-membrane coupling nitrogen and phosphorus removal equipment, the high-speed ion air floatation and precipitation coupling integrated machine and the integrated biological aerated filter can be combined in a parallel connection mode, so that the treatment scale is improved.
