The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the vehicle-mounted reading lamp in this embodiment includes a face frame 1, a decorative ring 9, a rear end cover 8, a rotating bracket 4, a rotating lamp head 2, a damping ring 10, a moving circuit board 5, a light-transmitting member 3 and a routing circuit board 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the face frame 1 has a cavity 11, and the end of the cavity 11 has an annular groove 12; one end of the face frame 1 is provided with a convex buckle part 16, the other end is provided with an elastic clip 17, and the vehicle-mounted reading lamp is arranged on the interior ceiling through the buckle part 16 and the elastic clip 17. The damping ring 10 is arranged in the annular groove 12 and the inner side surface of the damping ring is in damping contact with the rotary lamp cap 2.
The movable circuit board 5 is arranged at the rear end of the rotary lamp holder 2, the front end surface of the movable circuit board is provided with a luminous source 51, and the luminous source 51 is positioned in the cavity 21 of the rotary lamp holder 2; the light emission source 51 in the present embodiment is an LED.
The wiring board 6 is connected with the moving board 5 through a bendable connecting wire 63, a switch capable of controlling the light emitting source 51 is arranged on the wiring board 6, a connector 62 is further arranged on the wiring board 6, and the connector 62 is connected with an electric system of the whole vehicle.
The light-transmitting piece 3 is arranged in the cavity 21 of the rotary lamp holder 2 and can emit light rays emitted by the light-emitting source 51 to a specified area; the light-transmitting member 3 includes a main body 31, a light-transmitting portion 32 and a stopper rib 33, wherein the main body 31 is cylindrical, the light-transmitting portion 32 is formed at the front end of the main body 31, and the stopper rib 33 is formed on the outer side wall of the main body 31.
Referring to fig. 6, the decoration ring 9 is disposed at the port of the cavity 11 of the face frame 1, the lower end of the decoration ring 9 has beads 92 for pressing the damping ring 10, and a matching groove 93 located between the beads 92, the matching groove 93 is adapted to the upper end face of the damping ring 10.
The assembling structure of the decorative ring 9 and the face frame 1 is as follows: the annular groove 12 is provided with a through hole 13, the face frame 1 is arranged below the through hole 13 and is provided with a buckle 14, the decorative ring 9 axially extends to form an extension arm 91 penetrating through the through hole 13, and the front end of the extension arm 91 is provided with a clamping hole 94 in clamping fit with the buckle 14.
Referring to fig. 5, the cavity 21 of the rotary lamp cap 2 is axially formed with a connecting arm 22, and the middle of the connecting arm 22 is provided with a limiting groove 23 in limiting fit with a limiting rib 33. The bottom end of the connecting arm 22 has a rivet post 24, and the rivet post 24 is riveted to the upper end surface of the moving circuit board 5. Therefore, the movable circuit board 5, the rotary lamp cap 2 and the light-transmitting member 3 form an assembly module, the center of gravity of the whole assembly module is near the intersection point of the first shaft part 41 and the second shaft part 42, and the automatic rotation of the rotary lamp cap 2 in the vehicle vibration process can be effectively prevented.
The passenger presses the button according to the indoor requirement of lighting, the switch switches on the circuit of the fixed circuit board, the current flows into the fixed circuit board from the whole vehicle electrical system through the connector, and then flows into the movable circuit board through the connecting wire, so that the light emitting source LED on the movable circuit board is lightened, and the light of the LED is lightened in the specified area of the automobile chamber through the light distribution of the light-transmitting piece.
Because the space of the automobile interior is large, most positions of the interior space which cannot be illuminated by the traditional non-rotatable reading lamp are illuminated, and the other positions are illuminated by rotating the lamp holder. The passenger can press the head of the rotary lamp holder to adjust the rotation angle of the lamp holder according to the requirement of the lighting position so as to light more positions in the automobile. The rivet columns on the rotary lamp cap are melted through a hot riveting process and then fix the movable circuit board and the light-transmitting piece on the rotary lamp cap, so that the light-transmitting piece and the movable circuit board can be driven to move together by the rotation of the rotary lamp cap. The rotary lamp cap can rotate around the second shaft part of the rotary support when being operated, and the rotary support matched with the rotary lamp cap can also rotate around the connecting column on the back cover plate. The rotating angle of the rotary lamp holder on the warps is the largest, when the inclined limiting surface of the rotary lamp holder is in contact with the limiting surface of the back cover plate, the rotary lamp holder rotates to the position of the largest angle, and the limiting surface of the back cover plate is at the same height along the circumference, so that the largest rotating angle of the lamp holder in the direction of the warps is fixed, no switching section difference is caused during switching motion between adjacent warps, and the hand feeling is good. The maximum rotation angle of the rotary lamp cap can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the inclined limiting surface, and the premise is that the moving parts and the fixed parts inside are not interfered.
Because no damping force is arranged among the rotary lamp head, the rotary bracket and the rear cover plate, the problems of poor direction feeling and inconsistent hand feeling force caused by the first movement and the second movement do not exist in the movement of the rotary bracket. The damping is arranged at the position of the latitude line of the rotary lamp holder, the damping surface of the damping ring is in interference fit with the rotary lamp holder to achieve the damping effect, and the outer ring of the rotary lamp holder is the same spherical surface, so that after the rotary lamp holder is rotated, the magnitude of interference between the damping surface and the rotary lamp holder is always kept unchanged, the damping force is kept constant, and the hand feeling is kept constant.
