背景技术
LED灯又称发光二极管，是目前主流的照明电器。LED模组是由集成有多行、多列的发光二极管四边形模块构成，应用非常广泛。在样品制作过程中，需要将LED芯片与引脚用UV胶粘接固定起来，而LED灯的芯片与引脚都非常小，粘接起来非常麻烦，如果没有专门的辅助装置就更难操作，而适用于大批量粘接的生产线又不适用于小批量样品制作，尤其是研发部门新研发的小批量的样品，存在不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，相比现有技术，本实用新型是针对LED灯芯片与引脚的形状与大小的特点，专门设计出来的引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其结构简单，使用灵活，主要适用于企业研发部门制作小批量样品。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，包括底板、基座、长槽、弹性压片、立柱、固定部；其中：底板之上固定安装有基座与立柱，基座一侧设有长槽，长槽内固定安装有弹性压片，立柱顶部设有固定部。
一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其中：弹性压片采用铍青铜材质。
一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其中：长槽的下表面与固定部的中心点等高齐平。
相比于现有技术，本实用新型是针对LED灯芯片与引脚的形状与大小的特点，专门设计出来的引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其结构简单，使用灵活，主要适用于企业研发部门制作小批量样品。

实施例1、请参阅图1至图3，一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，包括底板1、基座2、长槽3、弹性压片4、立柱5、固定部6；其中：底板1之上固定安装有基座2与立柱5，基座2一侧设有长槽3，长槽3内固定安装有弹性压片4，立柱5顶部设有固定部6。
实施例2、请参阅图1至图3，一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其中：弹性压片4采用铍青铜材质，弹性好，能够充分将LED灯的引脚压紧固定。其余同实施例1。
实施例3、请参阅图1至图3，一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其中：长槽3的下表面与固定部6的中心点等高齐平，确保引脚能够与LED灯头对齐。其余同实施例1。
工作原理：在使用时，首先将LED灯的引脚插进长槽3与弹性压片4之间，由弹性压片4压紧在长槽3的下表面上，然后将LED灯的带芯片的灯头夹紧在固定部6上，最后，将引脚与灯头的芯片接触连接好，并在接触部位涂上UV胶，粘接固定后取出即可。

1.一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，包括底板（1）、基座（2）、长槽（3）、弹性压片（4）、立柱（5）、固定部（6）；其特征在于：底板（1）之上固定安装有基座（2）与立柱（5），基座（2）一侧设有长槽（3），长槽（3）内固定安装有弹性压片（4），立柱（5）顶部设有固定部（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其特征在于：弹性压片（4）采用铍青铜材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED引脚粘接固定辅助装置，其特征在于：长槽（3）的下表面与固定部（6）的中心点等高齐平。
